(a)導電性層を少なくとも1つ含む導電性コーティングを基材の露出表面に適用し、
(b)このコーティングを備えた基材に少なくとも100℃で温度処理を施し、その後に基材は、310〜360nmの範囲、特に320〜350nmの範囲に反射率の極小を有し、且つ400〜460nmの範囲に反射率の極大を有する。

Claims (14)
- 基材(1)、及び前記基材(1)の露出表面上の導電性コーティング(2)を含む、導電性コーティングを有するペインであって、前記コーティングが、前記基材(1)から開始して、少なくとも次のものを含み:
・少なくとも1.9の屈折率を有する、アルカリ拡散に対するブロッキング層(7)、
・1.3〜1.8の屈折率を有する、誘電性の下方反射防止層(3)、
・導電性層(4)、
・少なくとも1.9の屈折率を有する、酸素拡散を調節するための誘電性のバリア層(5)、及び
・1.3〜1.8の屈折率を有する、誘電性の上方反射防止層(6)、
当該ペインは、310〜360nmの範囲に反射率(RL)の極小を有し、且つ400〜460nmの範囲に反射率(RL)の極大を有する、
導電性コーティングを有するペイン。 - 前記導電性層(4)が、透明導電性酸化物(TCO)、好ましくは酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)を含有している、請求項1に記載のペイン。
- 前記導電性層(4)が、50〜150nm、好ましくは60〜100nmの厚さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のペイン。
- 前記下方反射防止層(3)及び/又は前記上方反射防止層(6)が、少なくとも1種の酸化物、好ましくは酸化ケイ素、特に好ましくはアルミニウムをドープした、ジルコニウムをドープした、チタンをドープした、又はホウ素をドープした酸化ケイ素を含有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記下方反射防止層(3)が、5〜50nm、好ましくは10〜30nmの厚さを有し、前記上方反射防止層(6)が、10〜100nm、好ましくは30〜70nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記上方反射防止層(6)が、前記コーティング(2)の最上層である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記バリア層(5)が、1.9〜2.5の屈折率を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記バリア層(5)が、金属、窒化物、又は炭化物、好ましくは窒化ケイ素又は炭化ケイ素、特に窒化ケイ素を含有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記バリア層(5)が、5〜20nm、好ましくは7〜12nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記ブロッキング層(7)が、1.9〜2.5の屈折率を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記ブロッキング層(7)が、窒化ケイ素、好ましくはアルミニウムをドープした、ジルコニウムをドープした、チタンをドープした、又はホウ素をドープした窒化ケイ素を含有している、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 前記ブロッキング層(7)が、10〜50nm、好ましくは20〜40nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のペイン。
- 導電性コーティングを有するペインを製造するための方法であって、
(a)基材(1)の露出表面に、前記基材(1)から開始して、
・少なくとも1.9の屈折率を有する、アルカリ拡散に対するブロッキング層(7)、
・1.3〜1.8の屈折率を有する、誘電性の下方反射防止層(3)、
・導電性層(4)、
・少なくとも1.9の屈折率を有する、酸素拡散を調節するための誘電性のバリア層(5)、及び
・1.3〜1.8の屈折率を有する、誘電性の上方反射防止層(6)、
を少なくとも含む導電性コーティング(2)を適用し、
(b)前記コーティング(1)を有する前記基材(1)に、少なくとも100℃で温度処理を施し、その後に前記ペインが、310〜360nmの範囲に反射率(RL)の極小を有し、且つ400〜460nmの範囲に反射率(RL)の極大を有する、
導電性コーティングを有するペインの製造方法。 - 建物、電気又は電子装置における、あるいは陸上、航空、又は水上移動のための輸送手段における、特にウィンドーペインとしての、例えば建物のウィンドーペイン、又は乗り物の屋根パネル、側面ウインドー、後方ウインドー、もしくは風防としての、又は触感用途向けの容量式又は抵抗式のセンサーとしての、例えばタッチセンサー又はタッチパネルとしての、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のペインの使用。
