Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの面のうちの少なくとも一部分に、金属ニオブNbをベースとする金属で構成される、又は酸化ニオブNbOx(この式中のxは最大0.5である)をベースとする酸化物で構成される少なくとも1つの薄い機能層を含む薄層のコーティングを備えており、当該薄い機能層は誘電材料製の少なくとも2つの薄層に囲まれていて、当該薄い機能層の物理的厚さ、又は該当する場合には全ての薄い機能層を合わせた物理的厚さが8〜15nmの範囲内である、ガラスセラミックシート。
- 前記薄い機能層が金属ニオブで構成されている、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 前記コーティングが薄い機能層を1つだけ含む、請求項1又は2に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 前記誘電材料が、同一であるか又は異なるものであって、ケイ素、アルミニウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、スズ、亜鉛の酸化物、窒化物又は酸窒化物から、又はそれらの混合物もしくは固溶体のうちのいずれか1つから選択されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 同一であるか又は異なるものである前記誘電材料が、窒化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウムチタン、酸化スズ亜鉛、窒化ケイ素チタン、窒化ジルコニウムケイ素又は酸化ケイ素をベースとしている、請求項4に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 誘電材料の各層の物理的厚さが10〜100nm、特に20〜80nmの範囲内である、請求項1〜5の1項に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 前記薄い機能層の上にそれと接触して、及び/又はその下にそれと接触して、ブロッカーの薄層が位置している、請求項1〜6の1項に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 前記ブロッカーの薄層がチタン製である、請求項7に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 前記ブロッカーの薄層の物理的厚さが最大で3nm、特に2nmである、請求項7又は8に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- EN 410:1998規格の意義の範囲内で、最大15%、特に13%の光反射率、及び少なくとも40%、特に50%の光透過率を示す、請求項1〜9の1項に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 3マイクロメートルの波長について少なくとも50%の反射率を示す、請求項1〜10の1項に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- 当該ガラスセラミックが、アルミノケイ酸リチウム塩型の組成を有し、且つβ−石英構造の結晶を含む、請求項1〜11の1項に記載のガラスセラミックシート。
- その化学組成が下記の成分を重量百分率で表される下記の範囲内で含む、請求項12に記載のガラスセラミックシート:
SiO2 52〜75%、特に65〜70%、
A12O3 18〜27%、特に18〜19.8%、
Li2O 2.5〜5.5%、特に2.5〜3.8%、
