Description
比較例1は、JIS T 8141における遮光度5に適合する遮光眼鏡レンズ(株式会社理研オプテック製 SOLIDA#5)を用いた。ガラス厚は2.2mmの着色ガラスである。
比較例2は、実施例で使用した透明結晶化ガラス(日本電気硝子株式会社製 N−0)に成膜せずにガラス物品として使用した。
Claims (4)
- 30〜380℃における平均熱膨張係数が−20〜+20×10 −7 /℃である透明耐熱ガラス板の表面にTiからなる遮光膜および錫含有酸化インジウムからなる熱線反射膜が形成されてなる、高温炉内部観察用覗き窓に使用されるガラス物品であって、波長380〜780nmの可視光線の平均透過率が0.03〜15%であり、波長1000〜2500nmの赤外線の平均反射率が50%以上であることを特徴とするガラス物品。
- 波長1000〜2500nmの赤外線の平均透過率が10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス物品。
- 透明耐熱ガラス板が、透明結晶化ガラス、高珪酸ガラス、ホウ珪酸ガラスまたは石英ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス物品。
- SiO2、Si3N4、AlN、SiAlNxおよびTiO2からなる群より選ばれた一種からなる保護膜を遮光膜または熱線反射膜に隣接するように形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラス物品。
