Abstract
【解決手段】 一対の円環とこれを繋ぐロッド部が樹脂又は金属にて一体に形成され、円環内に内筒がゴム弾性体を介して備えられた防振装置であって、前記ロッド部が一対の円環に対して非対称形状をなして剛性差をもたらし、一定以上の荷重が掛かった場合に剛性の弱い側が破壊する構造としたことを特徴とする防振装置。1、2‥円環部、3、3a、3b‥ロッド部、3c‥空洞、4、8‥円筒、5‥ゴムブッシュ、6、7‥ストッパ−、9、10‥ゴム弾性体、A、B‥ロッドの破壊部。

Description
図3は本発明の防振装置(トルクロッドブッシュ)の第1実施例の正面図、図4はその側面図である。又、図5は車両に装着した際の状態図である。符号1、2は一対の円環であり、90度方向がずれたものである。3はこの円環1、2を繋ぐロッド部であり、円環1、2及びロッド部3は6、6ナイロンによって一体に成形されている。円環1(エンジン側)には円筒4がその周囲をゴムブッシュ5にて囲まれた状態で挿入されており、一方の円環2(ボディ側)には一対のゴムストッパ−6、7が配置されると共に、円筒8が傾斜配置された一対のゴム弾性体9、10にて支持されて配置されたものである。符号11はエンジン12の取り付けプレ−トである。尚、円環部1、2及びロッド部3にはリブ13が形成され、強度アップを図ると共に、全体をできるだけ均一な厚みとして成形性の向上を図ったものである。

Claims (2)
- 一対の円環とこれを繋ぐロッド部が樹脂又は金属にて一体に形成され、円環内に内筒がゴム弾性体を介して備えられた防振装置であって、前記ロッド部が一対の円環に対して非対称形状をなして剛性差をもたらし、一定以上の荷重が掛かった場合に剛性の弱い側が破壊する構造としたことを特徴とする防振装置。
- 一対の円環に対して、ロッド部が一対の円環間の中心に対して複数股に分けられ、複数股の少なくとも一箇所に荷重が集中する部位を構成した請求項1記載の防振装置。
