Claims (7)
- ロッド状のベースボディ(1)と、該ベースボディ(1)の自由端部に配置された、ボールピンのボールヘッドのための収容エレメント(2,3)とを備えたプラスチック揺動支持体において、
前記ベースボディ(1)の横断面が、平行に互いに離間されて配置された少なくとも3つの横方向ウェブ(5,6,7)と、それぞれ隣り合う2つの前記横方向ウェブ(5,6,7)を連結する結合ウェブ(8,9)とを備えたほぼS字形の形態を有しており、前記結合ウェブ(8,9)が前記横方向ウェブ(5,6,7)の相対する端部領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、プラスチック揺動支持体。 - S字形の横断面の外側の横方向ウェブ(5,7)の、外側に方向付けられたエッジが丸味付け部(12)を有している、請求項1記載のプラスチック揺動支持体。
- 前記横方向ウェブ(5,6,7)の厚さと隣り合った2つの前記横方向ウェブ(5,6,7)の間隔量とが、ほぼ同じ値を有している、請求項1又は2記載のプラスチック揺動支持体。
- 前記結合ウェブ(8,9)の配置がロッド状のベースボディ(1)の軸線方向の長手方向において、少なくとも2つの部分領域(14)における相対する側面に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載のプラスチック揺動支持体。
- 前記ベースボディ(1)の前記側面に、それぞれ2つの部分領域(14)が異なる結合ウェブ配置において設けられている、請求項4記載のプラスチック揺動支持体。
- 少なくとも前記ベースボディ(1)の中央領域における前記外側の横方向ウェブ(5,7)の外側の制限面に、前記ベースボディ(1)の長手方向軸線の方向に延在している補強リブ(13)が配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載のプラスチック揺動支持体。
- 前記ベースボディ(1)と前記収容エレメント(2,3)とがPA6.6から製造されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載のプラスチック揺動支持体。
