以下、本発明の一実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図4は、本発明の一実施形態に係るスタビリンクの左側部分の概略構成を表す図、図5は、本発明の一実施形態に係るスタビリンクにおいて一体成形されたハウジングとサポートバーの概略構成を表す図である。本実施形態のスタビリンク100では、図2のスタビリンク3と同様な構成には同符号を付し、その説明を省略している。
ウイング板151,152、および中央支持板153は、たとえば図5に示すようにサポートバー150の長手方向に延在し、長手方向に垂直な断面においてI字状をなしている。中央支持板153は、サポートバー150の長手方向(x方向に平行な方向)の全ての部分でウイング板を支持する機能を有する。中央支持板153の長手方向の左右両面のリブ154A〜154Fは、ウイング板151,152間で互いが長手方向において離間するように設けられている。この場合、リブ154A〜154Fは、たとえばウイング板151,152と同様、中央支持板153に対して幅方向(y方向に平行な方向)に突出し、ウイング板151,152の倒れを抑制する機能を有する。

Claims (1)
- 強化繊維を含有する樹脂を用いた射出成形により形成されるとともに、ハウジング同士を連結するためのサポートバーを備え、
前記サポートバーは、上ウイング板、下ウイング板、中央支持板、および、複数のリブを有し、
前記上ウイング板、前記下ウイング板、および、前記中央支持板は、前記サポートバーの長手方向に延在するとともに前記長手方向に垂直な断面においてI字状をなし、前記複数のリブは、前記上ウイング板と前記下ウイング板との間で互いが前記長手方向において離間するように設けられ、
前記上ウイング板、前記下ウイング板、および、前記中央支持板では、前記強化繊維が前記長手方向に配向し、前記リブでは、前記強化繊維が垂直方向に配向し、
前記上ウイング板および前記下ウイング板の長手方向中央部の長手方向配向率をD1(%)、前記リブの垂直方向中央部の垂直方向配向率をD2(%)、前記リブの垂直方向端部の垂直方向配向率をD3(%)とした場合、配向率D1〜D3は式(1)を満たすことを特徴とするスタビリンク。
