レッド(4)の他の部分(4″)すなわち舌部は、点Cと、タイヤの外壁上の点
Dとの間で0.6mmに等しい一定厚さを有している。舌部(4″)の一部が図2
Bに示されており、舌部(4″)の端部には、中心軸線XX′の両側で頂点が丸
められた連続三角形で、振動波状痕跡線が形成されている。振幅aは5mmに等し
く、波長λは10mmに等しい。波長λは、赤道平面ZZ′内で測定したタイヤの
周方向長さの0.55%を表す。

幅および波長をもつ周期的台形痕跡線で形成することもできる。
合部に関する説明の部分で述べたような周期的痕跡線をもつ同じ配合物間の接合
部を備えたタイヤとを比較試験したところ、本発明による解決方法の非常に明瞭
な優秀性が証明された。なぜならば、何らかの劣化が生じる前に、本発明に従っ
て設計されたタイヤは、トレッドと側壁ゴムとの間の直線状痕跡線をもつ接合部
を備えたタイヤの走行距離の2倍の走行距離が得られたからである。尚、両タイ
ヤとも、過大荷重を受けて、オゾン化環境で走行した。同様に、ビードワイヤの
上方のセクションとカーカス補強体のライニングとの間のタイヤの下方部分に使
用される本発明による接合部は、セクション(7)に、組成の点で慣用のライニ
ング配合物との接着相容性が非常に劣った配合物を使用することを可能にする。

- 【請求項1】 異なる組成および特性をもつ少なくとも2つのゴム配合物A
、Bからなり、前記2つのゴム配合物A、Bが重ね継手を備えている構成の、加
硫ゴムで作られた製品において、2つのゴム配合物A、Bのうちの少なくとも一
方の少なくとも1つの縁部が、振動波状痕跡線をもつ端部を有していることを特
徴とする製品。 - 【請求項2】 2つのゴム配合物間の少なくとも1つの重ね継手が、一方の
ゴム配合物を他方のゴム配合物の縁部上に重ねることにより作られ、前記縁部が
振動波状痕跡線をもつ端部を備えていることを特徴とする幾つかの加硫ゴム配合
物からなるタイヤ。 - 【請求項3】 関連する2つのゴム配合物は、側方の外壁上に現れた接合部
を有するトレッド(4)用ゴム配合物および側壁(5)用ゴム配合物であること
を特徴とする請求項2記載のタイヤ。 - 【請求項4】 前記トレッド(4)の各縁部は厚さが減少している部分(4
′)を有し、該部分(4′)はせいぜい2mmに等しい一定厚さの部分(4″)に
より延長されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のタイヤ。 - 【請求項5】 前記痕跡線の振幅aは3〜15mmの間にあり、前記痕跡線の
波長は、赤道平面内で測定した前記タイヤの周方向長さの0.1〜2.0%の間
にあることを特徴とする請求項4記載のタイヤ。
