具有两种橡胶胶料之间连接的橡胶制品
本发明涉及一种包括至少两种硫化胶料的橡胶制品,该胶料具有不同的成分和性能,并且在它们之间有搭接接头。本发明尤其涉及一种轮胎,其各种组份胶料通过一种胶料边缘叠加另一种胶料而接合。
上述胶料之间的连接表示所说制品的特定硫化区域,当其经受应力时(不管是拉伸、压缩还是剪切),制品的寿命极大地受限于接合处的断裂,不管这种断裂是由于粘合失效或是连接处的应力集中,或甚至在某些连接情况下的外部应力集中。
本发明的目的是使构成所说制品橡胶胶料之间的连接较少受到已知引起其断裂的原因的影响从而提高所说制品的寿命。
根据本发明的硫化橡胶制品,其由至少两种具有不同成分和不同性能的橡胶胶料组成,所说的两种胶料在它们之间有一搭接接头,该制品的特征在于至少两种胶料之一的至少一个边缘有这样的端部,其曲线(trace-line)类似于振荡移动,即一种振荡曲线。
所说胶料边缘的厚度优选为大于一宽度的恒定值,该宽度至少等于所希望的曲线振幅,所说的厚度在非硫化条件下的任何情况下都小于2mm,以通过模制和硫化成品消除在两种胶料的接合处产生的表面不规则性。
任何曲线都合适(固定振幅或非固定振幅曲线),优选的曲线是谐波振动的正弦曲线和圆形曲线(其中相当于半周期的线段是半圆)。
锯齿或齿形边缘的优选应用涉及构成轮胎的两种橡胶胶料的连接,而不管此连接是在轮胎外壁上形成或是整个内部。该应用对用于胎面的胶料和用于侧壁的胶料之间的轮胎侧壁的连接特别有利。
振动曲线的特征在于振幅和波长。从齿顶至齿顶测量的振幅不管是变化的还是不变的,在轮胎应用的情况下最好是在3mm和15mm之间。作为波长,优选是在中纬线平面所测量的轮胎圆周延长的0.1%和2%之间。

图2A和2B涉及上述方法的优选应用并通过尺寸为175/70R.13的轮胎显示截面上部的局部视图。所说的轮胎包括径向胎体增强体(1),其被胎冠增强体(2)径向围绕,该胎冠增强体由从一层至另一层交叉的两层金属丝形成并与圆周方向形成22°的角。所说胎冠(2)的边缘由部分(3)连接到胎体增强体(1)上。胎面(4)径向覆盖增强体(2)并连接到侧壁橡胶(5)上。胎面(4)和侧壁橡胶(5)之间的连接由所说胎面的边缘与部分(4’)形成,该部分的厚度离点C越远越小,部分(4”)或扁尾厚度恒定,在轮胎外壁的点C和D之间为0.6mm。所说的扁尾(4”)示于图2B中,在其末端的振荡曲线由三角系列与中心轴线XX’任意一侧上的环形峰形成。振幅等于5mm,波长λ等于10mm,后者表示在中纬线平面ZZ’测量的轮胎圆周方向延伸的0.55%。
示于图3A至3C的最后的例子,涉及轮胎的内部连接,尤其是位于胎体增强体(1)胎圈钢丝(6)的径向上方的橡胶胶料的元件(section)(7)最上边径向点之间的连接,一方面橡胶胶料层覆盖胎体增强体(1)的钢丝(衬层),另一方面橡胶胶料轴向位于所说点的外面。如较前面所述,元件(7)的边缘一部分厚度减小另一部分EF的厚度恒定,在此情况下为0.5mm,宽度为5mm。EF部分的端部呈周期曲线,如图3B所示为半圆形,振幅a为3.0mm,波长λ为6.0mm。所说的曲线也可以是如图3C所示的不规则四边形周期曲线,具有相同的振幅和波长,但不危及胶料之间的连接。
具有胎面和侧壁橡胶间直线边缘连接的轮胎和具有在涉及连接部分中所述相同胶料和相同周期曲线之间的轮胎之间的对比试验证实本发明解决方案非常明显的优势,因为以该方式设计的轮胎所覆盖的距离,在任何初始断裂出现之前,是胎面和侧壁橡胶之间直线曲线连接轮胎所覆盖距离的2倍,其试验都是在超载条件下经受滚压和在臭氧环境中经受滚压进行的。类似地,本发明用于胎圈钢丝之上的元件和胎体增强体加衬之间的轮胎较低部分的连接,使其有可能用于元件(7)的胶料,该元件就其成分而论,在与通常所用衬层胶料粘接时不很相容。
如上所述,本发明由此还提供由几种硫化橡胶胶料构成的轮胎,其特征在于两种胶料之间的至少一个搭接接头是通过一种胶料叠加到另一胶料的边缘而形成的,所说的边缘有振荡曲线的端部。
如上所述的轮胎,其特征在于所涉及的两种胶料是用于胎面(4)的胶料和用于侧壁(5)的胶料,该胶料具有在轮胎外侧壁形成的连接。

Claims (5)

1.由硫化橡胶制造的制品,由至少两种具有不同成分和不同性能的橡胶胶料A和B组成,所说的两种胶料A和B有一搭接接头,其特征在于至少两种胶料A,B之一的至少一个边缘具有在垂直于厚度的方向上沿着接头方向的振荡曲线的端部。
2.由几种硫化橡胶胶料构成的轮胎,其特征在于两种胶料之间的至少一个搭接接头是通过一种胶料叠加到另一胶料的边缘而形成的,所说的边缘有振荡曲线的端部。
3.根据权利要求2的轮胎,其特征在于所涉及的两种胶料是用于胎面(4)的胶料和用于侧壁(5)的胶料,该胶料具有在轮胎外侧壁形成的连接。
4.根据权利要求3的轮胎,其特征在于胎面(4)的每一边缘具有厚度减小的部分(4’),该部分延伸到部分(4”),后者厚度恒定最大为2mm,其端部具有周期曲线。
