Abstract

具有纺织层的轮胎胎圈
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有径向胎体加强件的轮胎,特别涉及这种轮胎的胎圈的构造。
背景技术
欧洲专利EP 0823341描述了一种轮胎,其包括顶上有胎面的胎冠加强件、两个胎圈、以及至少从一个胎圈向另一个胎圈延伸的径向胎体帘布层。每一轮胎的胎圈具有如下特征:
1)它没有胎圈钢丝(bead wire),对于本领域的熟练技术人员来说,“胎圈钢丝”是指一种加强元件,其具有两种功能:其一是在一个给定的充气压力下固定胎体加强件的功能,另一种是将胎圈夹持在轮圈上的功能。
2)它包含一个环形元件,该元件在长度方向上的抗拉强度极限明显小于使用于相同尺寸的普通轮胎中的胎圈钢丝所需的强度,然而,该强度对于轮胎制造过程中受其影响的组装(building)、上翻、成型和硫化等操作来说是足够的。
3)用于固定胎体加强件所需的机械强度一般是由两个胎圈加强层来提供的,其排布成与环形元件相接触,或者靠近所述元件,每个所述加强层包含的加强元件在每一层内相互平行,且从一层穿过到相邻的一层,在圆周方向形成一个大于0°且至多等于10°的角度。
由此形成的轮胎胎圈能够以一个较低的滞后损失和较薄的厚度作为轴向外侧、径向内侧的橡胶层,该橡胶层用于提供与安装轮缘的连接。结果是减轻了轮胎的重量,并可在保持较高速度和较好耐久性能同时,显著地减小了滚动阻力。
不过,问题是该轮胎缺乏良好的性能,以在经过一段有规律的时间后安装于轮圈上:很多轮胎安装轻易的而准确,而一些据说同样的轮胎存有必须纠正的安装缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服这些缺陷,本发明建议对构成胎圈的元件的抗拉强度进行更好的分配。因而,按照本发明的轮胎,包括顶上有胎面的胎冠加强件,所述胎面通过两个侧壁与两个胎圈相连,在其间延伸有至少一个胎体加强帘布层,其在每一胎圈之内通过绕过一个环形元件而固定,该环形元件的抗拉强度小于相同尺寸的普通轮胎胎圈钢丝的抗拉强度,以及具有至少两个胎圈加强层的组件,所述加强层排布成与环形元件相接触,且由加强单元组成,所述加强单元在所述层内互相平行,且其从一层穿过到另一层,形成一个角度α,该角度在圆周方向上满足0°<α<15°。其特征在于:环形元件的抗拉强度为由建议的充气压力作用在胎体加强件上的应力的3~5倍,且其断裂时的延伸率是在2~6%之间,所有胎圈加强层的抗拉强度为环形元件的抗拉强度的0.5~1倍,且环形元件以及加强层组件的抗拉强度的总和为作用于胎体加强件的应力的6~8倍。
“由建议的充气压力作用于胎体加强件的应力”应理解为施加于胎圈钢丝平面内单位长度上的应力。
环形元件优选为金属制成,更优选为钢制成,而胎圈加强层以由芳香族聚酰胺的线缆构成较为有利,以减轻重量,两个加强层可以是一个帘布层的两股,该帘布层向上翻过环形元件,或者可以是两个轴向相邻的帘布层。
多层组件的“抗拉强度”应被理解为对从新的、经过硫化的轮胎上取得的所有层的样品施加牵引而获得的极限强度,该牵引是沿着对应于所述轮胎圆周方向的轴施加的。
已知,该混炼胶层在轴向和径向上排布成朝着胎圈B的外侧,以提供与轮缘连接,其厚度优选为至多2mm,且构成混炼胶层的混炼胶的弹性损失模量(modulus of elastic loss)G”小于1,G”是用MPa(兆帕)表示,且G”是在10%切变(shear)、50°以及10Hz频率的条件下测量的。

具体实施方式
图1中,按照本发明的轮胎,从子午线截面观察,包含一个顶上有胎面(未示出)的胎冠加强件。该胎面通过一个侧壁3和每一胎圈B结合,该侧壁3被一径向胎体帘布层1所加强,该帘布层从一个胎圈B向另一个胎圈连续地延伸。在图1所示的第一实施例中,胎圈加强帘布层4绕过环形元件2而形成两股41和42,这些股由芳香族聚酰胺制成的加强单元所形成,这些加强单元在每一股内相互平行,但被从一个股41穿过到另一个股42,在圆周方向上形成一个等于5°的角度α。两个股41和42的端部位于不同的高度H41和H42,所述高度是通过与平行于轮胎旋转轴的直线垂直的若干条线来测量的,该直线穿过环形元件2上最靠近所述旋转轴的点,所述直线为参考直线D。在图1中,高度H41大于高度H42,但反过来,也可是高度H42大于高度H41,同样也产生良好的效果。在环形元件2径向上方与两个股41、42之间,排布有一个异型的混炼胶元件5,其构造大致为三角形楔块,其径向上端位于离参考直线D的距离为H5处,虽然它已存在于被描述的实施例,所述楔块形状的异型元件并不是必须的,且加强帘布层4上翻的股42可以无需异型元件而直接作用于(applied to)股41。
环形元件2在圆周方向上的抗拉强度明显地小于相同尺寸的轮胎胎圈钢丝所需的抗拉强度,但另一方面,又远远大于序言所引证申请中描述的环形元件的抗拉强度。具体就尺寸为175/70.R.13而言,常规轮胎的金属胎圈钢丝的抗拉强度为大约20,000N(2,000daN),所引证申请的环形元件的抗拉强度(在同样条件下)大约为2,000N(200daN),而按照本发明的轮胎的环形元件2的抗拉强度大约为10,000N(1,000daN)。所述环形元件2由7条编织在一起的单元钢丝形成,该钢丝的直径大致等于1mm。所述钢丝,经过适当的热处理(例如所参照的专利EP 611 669中描述的)之后,具有特殊的性能:大约为6%的高延伸率,大于普通钢丝通常获得的延伸率,并且当其使用在上述“编织”形的环形元件2时,可保证环形元件2延伸率大约为2%。该抗拉强度的增加,以及由此而产生的使用于环形元件2中的材料和钢丝的抗拉强度的增加,使得所述元件在圆周弯曲及垂直于元件平面的弯曲作用下具有足够的强度,以明显改善甚至消除轮胎的安装缺陷,因为按照本发明人所论证的安装缺陷的真正原因,实际上是由于不具有抗拉强度的环形元件在弯曲压力之下缺乏刚性而造成的。
在环形元件为“叠加”形成(钢丝在若干层上以螺旋形式缠绕,直至获得该元件)时,用高延伸率钢丝可能获得延伸率大约为4%的胎圈钢丝。
该高延伸性可使胎圈加强帘布层在充气压力作用下更有效地承受胎体帘布层1上的应力。而在使用抗拉强度很低的环形元件时,该应力的主要部分是由单层(多层)胎圈加强帘布层吸收,在本发明中,所述应力能被较好地分配。该种类型分配的优点是对于胎圈帘布层的加强元件所承受的应力具有作用:加强帘布层实际上吸收了所有应力的情况下,应力主要是由位于靠近环形元件的受到相反作用的加强元件吸收;而这种轮胎不是本发明的轮胎。
图2中,绕环形元件2上翻的加强帘布层4被两个加强帘布层51和52所替代,其径向内部端点与环形元件2相连,而径向外端点位于距参考直线D的径向距离分别为H51和H52处,这些距离分别等于前述的距离H41和H42。尽管图1所示的轴向外侧的股42比轴向内侧的股41短,如果径向距离H51和H52分别等于H42和H41,而使轴向外侧的帘布层52比轴向内侧的帘布层51长,并不脱离本发明的范围。由前述实施例中的股所形成的同样的加强元件所构成,该加强帘布层51和52在轴向彼此相邻,且其一侧邻近胎体帘布层1的主体部分,而另一侧邻近所述帘布层1的上翻10部分,该上翻部分位于轴向外侧帘布层52附近。所述上翻部分10的高度HRNC大于最短的加强帘布层的径向上端部的高度,但小于最长的加强帘布层的端部的高度。

Claims (4)

1.一种轮胎,其具有胎冠加强件的、顶上有胎面,所述胎面通过两个侧壁(3)与两个胎圈B相连,在其间延伸至少一胎体加强帘布层(1),该胎体加强帘布层(1)在每一胎圈B之内通过绕一个环形元件(2)而固定,该环形元件的抗拉强度小于相同尺寸的普通轮胎胎圈钢丝的抗拉强度,以及具有至少两个胎圈加强层(41、42、51、52)的组件,所述加强层排布成与环形元件(2)相接触,且由加强单元组成,该加强单元在每一层内互相平行,且其从一层穿过到相邻的一层,形成一个角度α,该角度在圆周方向上满足0°<α<15°,其特征在于:该环形元件(2)具有为由建议的充气压力施加于胎体加强件的张力的3~5倍的抗拉强度,且其断裂时的延伸率是在2~6%之间,所有的胎圈加强层的抗拉强度为环形元件(2)的抗拉强度的0.5~1倍,且环形元件(2)以及加强层组件的抗拉强度的总和为施加于胎体加强件的张力的6~8倍。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:该环形元件(2)是由金属制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的轮胎,其特征在于:该胎圈加强层是由芳香族聚酰胺的线缆构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:提供有一混炼胶层(7),该混炼胶层(7)在轴向和径向上排布成朝着胎圈B的外侧,以提供与轮缘连接,其厚度至多为2mm,混炼胶的弹性损失模量G”小于1,G”是由MPa表示,G”是在10%切变、50°以及10Hz频率的条件下测量的。
