Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約20%未満である、複数のポリラクチド含有繊維を 含む繊維状材料。 2.複数のポリラクチド含有繊維の平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約15%未満である請 求項1に記載の繊維状材料。 3.複数のポリラクチド含有繊維が、重量にして少なくとも約50%未満のポリラ クチドポリマーを含む単成分繊維である請求項1に記載の繊維状材料。 4.複数のポリラクチド含有繊維が、ポリラクチドポリマー及び非ポリラクチド ポリマーの混合物を含む単成分繊維である請求項1に記載の繊維状材料。 5.非ポリラクチド含有ポリマーが、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエステ ル、それらのブレンド、それらのアロイ、及びそれらのコポリマーからなるグル ープより選択されるポリマーである請求項4に記載の繊維状材料。 6.繊維状材料がカレンダー処理された不織布製品である請求項1に記載の繊維 状材料。 7.繊維状材料が熱接着された不織布製品である請求項1に記載の繊維状材料。 8.複数のポリラクチド含有繊維が、ポリラクチドポリマーを含む第一の成分及 び、ポリラクチドポリマーもしくは非ポリラクチドポリマーを含む第二の成分を 含む多成分繊維(複合繊維)である請求項1に記載の繊維状材料。 9.第二の成分が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、それらのブレ ンド、それらのアロイ、及びそれらのコポリマーからなるグループより選択され る非ラクチドポリマーを含む請求項8に記載の繊維状材料。 10.多成分繊維(複合繊維)が、芯成分の外側に鞘成分を備えた鞘−芯構造で ある請求項8に記載の繊維状材料。 11.ポリラクチドポリマーを含む第一の成分が鞘−芯構造の鞘成分である請求 項10に記載の繊維状材料。 12.さらに複数の非ポリラクチド含有繊維を含む請求項1に記載の繊維状材料 。 13.第一の成分が鞘−芯構造の芯成分である請求項10に記載の繊維状材料。 14.第二の成分が鞘成分としてポリラクチドポリマーを含む請求項13に記載 の繊維状材料。 15.芯成分のポリラクチドポリマーの鏡像異性体の純度が、鞘成分のポリラク チドポリマーの鏡像異性体の純度より大きい請求項14に記載の繊維状材料。 16.多成分繊維が、サイド−バイ−サイド構造、分割パイ(中心点通過分割) 構造、及び海島構造から選択される構造を持つ請求項8に記載の繊維状材料。 17.第一の成分がポリラクチドポリマーと非ポリラクチドポリマーのブレンド を含む請求項8に記載の繊維状材料。 18.複数のポリラクチド含有繊維がスパンボンド材料である請求項1に記載の 繊維状材料。 19.複数のポリラクチド含有繊維がメルトブロー材料である請求項1に記載の 繊維状材料。 20.複数のポリラクチド含有繊維が織布材料である請求項1に記載の繊維状材 料。 21.前記ポリラクチド含有繊維の結晶化度が約20J/gを超える請求項1に記載 の繊維状材料。 22.前記ポリラクチド含有繊維の結晶化度が約25J/gを超える請求項1に記載 の繊維状材料。 23.前記ポリラクチド含有繊維が、数平均分子量が約25,000〜約110,000のポ リラクチドポリマーから製造されたメルトブロー繊維を含む請求項1に記載の繊 維状材料。 24.前記ポリラクチド含有繊維が、数平均分子量が約32,000〜約60,000のポリ ラクチドポリマーから製造されたメルトブロー繊維を含む請求項1に記載の繊維 状材料。 25.前記ポリラクチド含有繊維が、数平均分子量が約25,000〜約150,000のポ リラクチドポリマーから製造されたスパンボンド繊維を含む請求項1に記載の繊 維状材料。 26.前記ポリラクチド含有繊維が、数平均分子量が約50,000〜約90,000のポリ ラクチドポリマーから製造された溶融紡糸繊維を含む請求項1に記載の繊維状 材料。 27.平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約20%未満である複数のポリラクチド含有繊維を 含む繊維状材料及びフィルムを含む積層体。 28.フィルムがポリラクチドポリマーを含む請求項27に記載の積層体。 29.平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約20%未満である複数のポリラクチド含有繊維を 含む製品。 30.前記製品がおむつである請求項29に記載の製品。 31.ポリラクチドを押出し成形して平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約20%未満である ポリラクチド含有繊維とする低収縮ポリラクチド含有繊維の製造方法。 32.平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約10%を超え,融解熱が約25J/g未満である複数 のポリラクチド含有繊維を含む繊維状材料。 33.平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約10%を超え,融解熱が約25J/g未満である複数 のポリラクチド含有繊維を含む繊維状材料及びフィルムを含む積層体。 34.平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約10%を超え,融解熱が約25J/g未満である複数 のポリラクチド含有繊維を含む繊維状材料を含む製品。 35.ポリラクチドを押出し成形して平均繊維沸騰水収縮性が約10%を超え,融 解熱が約25J/g未満であるポリラクチド含有繊維とする工程を含む、高収縮ポリ ラクチド含有繊維の製造方法。
