Abstract
本發明係有關於一種雙螺桿裁切碳纖維回收料方法與裝置,其主要係於殼體內部形成有裁切通道,於殼體外緣分別設有與裁切通道連結導通之長纖維入料口、中長度纖維入料口及短纖維入料口,另於殼體末端對應裁切通道設有連結導通之出料口,令異向雙螺桿設置於殼體之裁切通道內,令異向雙螺桿設有兩同時向內旋轉之螺桿;藉此,即能將所回收後各種不同長度之碳纖維,予以裁切成所預定需求的長度,使得能方便碳纖維之回收後續處理應用,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效特性者。

本發明係有關於一種雙螺桿裁切碳纖維回收料方法與裝置,尤其是指一種能將所回收後各種不同長度之碳纖維,予以裁切成所預定需求的長度,使得能方便碳纖維之回收後續處理應用,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效特性者。
按,碳纖維〔Carbon fiber〕係為一種高強度和模量的耐高溫纖維,其主要由碳原子構成,係指於纖維中含碳量在93%~95%之間,一般是在高溫下,以熱分解的方式將預形體〔precursor〕碳化成碳纖維,預形體的材質主要係有嫘縈〔rayon〕、聚丙烯睛〔PAN〕纖維、及瀝青〔pitch〕等,為了產生碳纖維,碳原子在晶體中被鍵合在一起,平行排列的纖維長軸給予碳纖維相當高的強度-體積比,幾千條碳纖維集束在一起形成一個纖維束,可以單獨使用或被編織成織物。
碳纖維具有高硬度、高強度、重量輕、高耐化學性、耐高溫和低的熱膨脹等特性,其質輕於鋁而強力高於鋼,比重是鐵的1/4,強力是鐵的10倍;該碳纖維可加工成織物、氈、席、帶、紙及其他材料,且其通常作為增強材料與樹脂、金屬、陶瓷、混凝土等其他材料結合,以形成複合材料,使得其在航天工程、土木工程,軍事,賽車與其他競技體育運動製品很受歡迎。
然而,上述碳纖維雖可具有諸多極佳特性,達到廣泛應用在許多產業製品之預期功效,但也在其實際操作施行使用上發現,由於該類碳纖維之製造費用較為昂貴,相對令其使用成本居高不下;也因此,如何有效將廢棄的碳纖製品回收再利用,即成為一重要的課題。
緣是,發明人有鑑於此,秉持多年該相關行業之豐富設計開發及實際製作經驗,針對現有之技術手段再予以研究改良,提供一種雙螺桿裁切碳纖維回收料方法與裝置,以期達到更佳實用價值性之目的者。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種雙螺桿裁切碳纖維回收料方法與裝置,其主要係能將所回收後各種不同長度之碳纖維,予以裁切成所預定需求的長度,使得能方便碳纖維之回收後續處理應用,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效特性者。

由以下具體技術手段所達成:其主要係包括下列步驟:A.將碳纖維材料分為300mm~200mm之長纖維、200mm~100mm之中長度纖維、100mm~15mm之短纖維;B.分別將長纖維的該碳纖維由殼體之長纖維入料口輸入連結導通之裁切通道、將中長度纖維的該碳纖維由該殼體之中長度纖維入料口輸入連結導通之該裁切通道,將短纖維的該碳纖維由該殼體之短纖維入料口輸入連結導通之該裁切通道;C.驅動設置於該裁切通道內之異向雙螺桿的兩螺桿同時向內旋轉,依所欲回收的該碳纖維長度調整兩該螺桿之轉速;D.即能將輸入該裁切通道內之各種長度的該碳纖維,利用兩該螺桿同時向內旋轉進行裁切,且隨著兩該螺桿之轉動一併將該碳纖維往該殼體末端與該裁切通道連結導通之出料口方向輸送,而將裁切後成預定長度之該碳纖維由該出料口輸出。

中長度纖維入料口(13)輸入該裁切通道(11),將長度為100mm~15mm之短纖維的碳纖維由該殼體(1)之該短纖維入料口(14)輸入該裁切通道(11),且驅動該異向雙螺桿(2)之兩該螺桿(21)同時向內旋轉,依所欲回收的碳纖維長度調整兩該螺桿(21)之轉速,若所欲回收的碳纖維長度為15mm~20mm時,控制兩該螺桿(21)之轉速為150rpm,而若所欲回收的碳纖維長度為5mm~10mm時,則控制兩該螺桿(21)之轉速為300rpm,使得即能將輸入該裁切通道(11)內之各種長度的碳纖維,利用兩該螺桿(21)同時向內旋轉進行裁切,且隨著兩該螺桿(21)之轉動一併將該碳纖維往該出料口(15)方向輸送,而即可將裁切後成預定長度之碳纖維由該出料口(15)輸出。
藉由以上所述,本發明之使用實施說明可知,本發明與現有技術手段相較之下,本發明主要係能將所回收後各種不同長度之碳纖維,予以裁切成所預定需求的長度,使得能方便碳纖維之回收後續處理應用,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效特性者。
然而前述之實施例或圖式並非限定本發明之產品結構或使用方式,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者之適當變化或修飾,皆應視為不脫離本發明之專利範疇。

- 一種雙螺桿裁切碳纖維回收料裝置,其主要係包括有殼體及異向雙螺桿;其中:該殼體,其內部形成有裁切通道,於該殼體外緣分別設有與該裁切通道連結導通之長纖維入料口、中長度纖維入料口及短纖維入料口,另於該殼體末端對應該裁切通道設有連結導通之出料口;該異向雙螺桿,其設置於該殼體之該裁切通道內,令該異向雙螺桿設有兩同時向內旋轉之螺桿。
