Abstract
【解決手段】同方向回転二軸押出機1であって、粉体原料が供給される第一搬送部4と、この搬送部の下流側に2つ以上の混練部と2つ以上の搬送部を有するスクリュ3構成を有し、搬送部に少なくとも1つのスクリュー長径Dとスクリュー短径dとの比D/dが1.65〜1.85であるスクリューエレメントを有する粉体原料用押出機1とその粉体原料用押出機1を使用した熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法を提供する。

Description
1.同方向回転二軸押出機であって、粉体原料が供給される第一搬送部と、第一搬送部の下流側に2つ以上の混練部と2つ以上の搬送部を有するスクリュー構成を有し、搬送部に少なくとも1つのスクリュー長径Dとスクリュー短径dとの比D/dが1.65〜1.85であるスクリューエレメントを有する粉体原料用押出機。
2.第一搬送部にスクリュー長径Dとスクリュー短径dとの比D/dが1.65〜1.85であるスクリューエレメントを有する1に記載の粉体原料用押出機。
3.第一搬送部に、リード長さLとスクリュー長径Dとの比L/Dが0.7〜2である一条スクリューエレメントを有する1または2記載の粉体原料用押出機。
4.第一搬送部の全体長さLとスクリュー長径Dとの比L/Dが4〜20である1〜3のいずれか記載の粉体原料用押出機。
5.第一搬送部に続く第一混練部に、右ひねりのニーディングブロックを有する1〜4のいずれか記載の粉体原料用押出機。
6.ニーディングブロックのディスク幅Wとスクリュー直径Dとの比W/Dが0.3〜1であり、ひねり角が10〜30°である5記載の粉体原料用押出機。
7.第一混練部の全体長さLとスクリュー長径Dとの比L/Dが3〜15である1〜6のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
8.第一混練部の下流側にベント口を有する1〜7のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
9.第一混練部の下流側の第二搬送部に大気開放ベントを有する1〜8のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
10.第二搬送部の下流側の第二混練部より下流側に真空ベントを有する1〜9のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
11.ベント口を有する搬送部にスクリュー長径Dとスクリュー短径dとの比D/dが1.65〜1.85のスクリューエレメントを有する1〜10のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
12.1〜11のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機に、見掛け密度が0.1〜0.7g/ml、又は平均粒径が1〜500μmの粉体原料を含む原料を供給し、混練押出する熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
13.粉体原料がポリフェニレンスルフィドを20〜100重量%を含む12記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。

Claims (13)
- 同方向回転二軸押出機であって、粉体原料が供給される第一搬送部と、第一搬送部の下流側に2つ以上の混練部と2つ以上の搬送部を有するスクリュー構成を有し、搬送部に少なくとも1つのスクリュー長径Dとスクリュー短径dとの比D/dが1.65〜1.85であるスクリューエレメントを有する粉体原料用押出機。
- 第一搬送部にスクリュー長径Dとスクリュー短径dとの比D/dが1.65〜1.85であるスクリューエレメントを有する請求項1に記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 第一搬送部に、リード長さLとスクリュー長径Dとの比L/Dが0.7〜2である一条スクリューエレメントを有する請求項1または2記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 第一搬送部の全体長さLとスクリュー長径Dとの比L/Dが4〜20である請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 第一搬送部に続く第一混練部に、右ひねりのニーディングブロックを有する請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- ニーディングブロックのディスク幅Wとスクリュー直径Dとの比W/Dが0.3〜1であり、ひねり角が10〜30°である請求項5記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 第一混練部の全体長さLとスクリュー長径Dとの比L/Dが3〜15である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 第一混練部の下流側にベント口を有する請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 第一混練部の下流側の第二搬送部に大気開放ベントを有する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 第二搬送部の下流側の第二混練部より下流側に真空ベントを有する請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- ベント口を有する搬送部にスクリュー長径Dとスクリュー短径dとの比D/dが1.65〜1.85のスクリューエレメントを有する請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の粉体原料用押出機に、見掛け密度が0.1〜0.7g/ml、又は平均粒径が1〜500μmの粉体原料を含む原料を供給し、混練押出する熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 粉体原料がポリフェニレンスルフィドを20〜100重量%を含む請求項12記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
