Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.医療用製品を製作するための多層構造体であって: 約25〜45モル%のエチレン含有量を有する、エチレンビニルアルコールコポリ マーのコア層; 該コア層の第1面に配置されるポリオレフィンの溶液接触層; 該溶液接触層の反対側の該コア層の第2面に配置される外層であって、ポリア ミド、ポリエステルおよびポリオレフィンからなる群から選択される外層; 2個の結合層であって、それぞれの内1個が、該コア層の該第1および第2面 に接着され、該溶液接触層と該コア層との間および該外層と該コア層との間に配 置される、結合層;を含み、そして ここで、該構造体がキャスト共押し出し成形加工で生産される、多層構造体。 2.前記ポリアミドが、2〜13個の範囲の炭素数を有するジアミンの縮合反応か ら生ずる脂肪族ポリアミド、2〜13個の範囲の炭素数を有する二酸の縮合反応か ら生ずる脂肪族ポリアミド、ダイマー脂肪酸の縮合反応から生ずるポリアミド、 およびアミド含有コポリマーから選択される、請求項1に記載の構造体。 3.前記ポリアミドが、4〜12個の炭素を有するラクタムの開環反応で生成され るポリアミドの群から選択される、請求項1に記載の構造体。 4.前記ポリアミドがナイロン12である、請求項3に記載の構造体。 5.前記溶液接触層の前記ポリオレフィンが、2〜約20個の炭素原子を有するア ルファオレフィンのホモポリマーおよびコポリマーからなる群から選択される、 請求項1に記載の構造体。 6.前記溶液接触層の前記ポリオレフィンが、2〜約10個の炭素を有するアルフ ァオレフィンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである、請求項5に記載の構造体 。 7.前記ポリオレフィンが、エチレンコポリマー、およびブテン-1コポリマーか らなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の構造体。 8.前記溶液接触層の前記エチレンコポリマーがエチレン-ブテン-1コポリマー である、請求項7に記載の構造体。 9.前記溶液接触層の前記エチレンコポリマーがメタロセン触媒を用いて生成さ れる、請求項8に記載の構造体。 10.前記結合層が、無水カルボン酸またはカルボン酸でグラフトされたポリエ チレンコポリマーと混合された、ポリオレフィンポリマーまたはコポリマーであ る、請求項1に記載の構造体。 11.前記無水カルボン酸が不飽和縮合環無水カルボン酸である、請求項10に 記載の構造体。 12.前記無水カルボン酸が無水マレイン酸である、請求項11に記載の構造体 。 13.前記構造体の低分子量水溶性画分が、450cm2の表面積を有しおよび250ml の生理食塩水を含有する容器についての測定において、1.0ppt未満である、請求 項1に記載の構造体。 14.前記構造体の低分子量水溶性画分が、450cm2の表面積を有しおよび250ml の生理食塩水を含有する容器についての測定において、100ppm未満である、請求 項1に記載の構造体。 15.前記構造体の低分子量水溶性画分が、450cm2の表面積を有しおよび250ml の生理食塩水を含有する容器についての測定において、10ppm未満である、請求 項1に記載の構造体。 16.前記コア層に関して非対称構造体を定義付けるように、前記溶液接触層が 約3〜8ミルの厚さであり、該コア層が約0.2〜2.5ミルの厚さであり、前記外層 が約0.2〜2.0ミルの厚さであり、そして前記結合層が0.2〜1.2ミルの厚さである 、請求項1に記載の構造体。 17.前記キャスト共押し出し成形加工が実質的に滑剤なしで行われる、請求項 13に記載の構造体。 18.医療用製品を製作するための多層構造体であって: 約25〜45モル%のエチレン含有量を有し、約0.2〜2.5ミルの厚さを有する、エ チレンビニルアルコールコポリマーのコア層; 隣接するコア副層の各セットの間に挿入された多数の結合副層; 該コア層の第1面に配置されるポリオレフィンの溶液接触層; 該溶液接触層の反対側の該コア層の第2面に配置される外層であって、該外層 はポリアミド、ポリエステルおよびポリオレフィンからなる群から選択される; を含み、そして ここで、該構造体がキャスト共押し出し成形加工で生産される、多層構造体。 49.約2〜10個のコア副層が存在する、請求項48に記載の多層化構造体。 50.医療用製品を製作するための多層構造体であって: 約25〜45モル%のエチレン含有量を有する、エチレンビニルアルコールコポリ マーのコア層; 各々がポリオレフィンの3個の副層を有する溶液接触層であって、該溶液接触 層は該コア層の第1面に配置される; 該溶液接触層の反対側の該コア層の第2面に配置される外層であって、該外層 はポリアミド、ポリエステルおよびポリオレフィンからなる群から選択される; を含み、そして ここで、該構造体がキャスト共押し出し成形加工で生産される、多層構造体。 51.前記溶液接触層が中心に配置された副層および2個の隣接副層を有し、該 中心に配置された副層が該溶液接触層の隣接副層の水蒸気透過率よりも低い水蒸 気透過率を有する、請求項50に記載の多層化構造体。 52.前記隣接溶液接触副層が超低密度ポリエチレンから成り、前記中心に配置 された溶液接触副層が低密度ポリエチレンから成る、請求項50に記載の多層化 構造体。
