Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.予充填容器(2)に接続されたマスターシリンダ(1)と、ブレーキ管路( 5)を介してマスターシリンダ(1)に接続された少なくとも1個の車輪ブレ ーキ(12,13)と、第1の吸込み管路(20)を介して車輪ブレーキ(1 2,13)に接続され、第2の吸込み管路(22)を介して予充填装置(4) 接続された戻しポンプ(21)とを備え、この場合、戻しポンプ(21)の吸 込み側への圧力媒体供給を制御する手段(23)が第2の吸込み管路(22) 内に配置されている、ブレーキスリップコントロール装置とアクティブブレー キング装置を備えた液圧ブレーキ装置において、戻しポンプの吸込み側への圧 力媒体供給が、戻しポンプ(21)の第2の吸込み管路(22)内の圧力勾配 に依存して制御されることを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 2.液圧的に挿置可能な絞り個所(22)を備えた電磁的に操作される弁(23 )を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブレーキ装置。 3.電磁操作式弁(23)がタペット(44)を備え、給電していない状態で、 このタペットが摺動可能な案内された弁体(48)を通る絞り個所(52)を 閉鎖し、弁体(48)がタペット(44)と反対側の弁通路(53)を開閉し 、圧縮ばね(51)によってタペット(44)の方に付勢されていることを特 徴とする請求項2記載のブレーキ装置。
