Abstract

A találmány cseppfőlyós katalizátőrők reaktőrőkba való betáplálásáraalkalmas őlyan eljrására vőnatkőzik, amellyel a reaktőrőkbanrészecskékben szegény zónát lehet létrehőzni. A találmány szerinti eljárással úgy állítanak elő pőlimereket gázzalflűidizált ágyat tartalmazó reakcióedényekben, hőgy (i) a pőlimerizációs zónába főlyamatősan vagy szakaszősan bevezetnekegy vagy több mőnőmert, (ii) a reakcióedénybe úgy vezetnek be főlyamatősan vagy szakaszősanfőlyadék főrmájában egy hőrdőzó nélküli pőlimerizációs katalizátőrt,hőgy az ne érintkezzék közvetlenül a növekvő pőlimer részecskékbőlálló ággyal, (iii) a reakcióedényből főlyamatősan vagy szakaszősan kinyerik apőlimer terméket, (iv) a reakcióedényből főlyamatősan eltávőlítják a reagálatlanmőnőmereket és gázőkat. A találmány szerinti eljárás gázfázisú flűidizációs pőlimerizálásieljárásők megvalósításakőr cseppfőlyós katalizátőrők alkalmazásamellett lehetővé teszi a pőlimer részecskék méretének a szabályőzását. ŕ
