Claims (6)
1. Postupak proizvodnje šupljih konstrukcijskih dijelova dobivenih barem postupkom lijevanja i/ili postupkom kovanja, te navedeni dijelovi imaju otvoreni poprečni presjek profila koji nije ograničen na tip H ili U, naznačen time što se spaja na barem jednoj površini konstrukcijskog dijela (10) na cijelom ili dijelu njegovog vidljivog šupljeg poprečnog presjeka između njegovih vanjskih i unutarnjih graničnih rubova (10.1) najmanje jednu pokrovnu ploču (11-12) izrađenu od tvrdog metalnog materijala, te time što mehanički učvršćuje navedenu pokrovnu ploču(e) (11-12) tako povezanu s rubom (10.7) navedenih graničnih rubova (10.1) konstrukcijskog dijela u poprečnom presjeku, te time što pokrovna ploča ili ploče (11-12) pokrivaju u potpunosti ili dio unutarnjih šupljina (10.2) (10.3) oblikovanih na otvorenim stranama navedenog dijela u poprečnom presjeku, te time što pokrovna ploča ili pokrovne ploče imaju trostruku funkciju, povećanje krutosti konstrukcijskog dijela, apsorbiranje udarca deformacijom u njihovoj ravnini dok ostaju cjelovite s navedenim dijelom i omogućavanje smanjenja mase konstrukcijskog dijela i omogućavanje optimizacije omjera masa/učinak.
2. Šuplji konstrukcijski dio dobiven barem postupkom lijevanja i/ili postupkom kovanja koji obuhvaća konfiguraciju otvorenog poprečnog presjeka i profil koji nije ograničen na tip H ili U s vanjskim i unutarnjim graničnim rubovima (10.1), unutarnjim šupljinama (10.2) (10.3), te čiji su krajevi (10.5, 10.6) raspoređeni s područjima za učvršćenje, naznačen time što konstrukcijski dio (10) prihvaća na svojoj otvorenoj površini (površinama) na cijelom ili dijelu njegovog vidljivog šupljeg poprečnog presjeka između njegovih graničnih rubova (10.1) jednu ili više pokrovnih ploča (11-12) koje imaju profil komplementaran navedenom dijelu koji se postavlja i učvršćuje na rubu (10.7) svaki od unutarnjih i vanjskih graničnih rubova (10.1) preklapanjem i učvršćivanjem sredstava za spajanje (13), te time što pokrovne ploče (11-12) pokrivaju u potpunosti ili dio unutarnjih šupljina (10.2, 10.3) oblikovanih na otvorenim stranama navedenog dijela u poprečnom presjeku, te time što pokrovne ploče imaju trostruku funkciju, povećanje krutosti konstrukcijskog dijela, apsorbiranje udarca deformacijom u njihovoj ravnini dok ostaju cjelovite s navedenim dijelom i omogućavanje smanjenja mase konstrukcijskog dijela i omogućavanje optimizacije omjera masa/učinak.
3. Šuplji konstrukcijski dio prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što konstrukcijski dio ima otvore (10.8) i ploče (11-12) imaju otvore (11.1, 12.1).
4. Šuplji konstrukcijski dio prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što su pokrovne ploče (11-12) izrađene od metalnog materijala koji je kompatibilan s materijalom konstrukcijskog dijela.
5. Šuplji konstrukcijski dio prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što su pokrovne ploče (11-12) pričvršćene na konstrukcijski dio bilo kojim postupkom spajanja: zavarivanjem, vijcima, lijepljenjem, zakivanjem, lemljenjem itd. kako bi se osigurala mehanička veza.
6. Konstrukcijski dio u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 5, naznačen time što se primjenjuje na vozilima.
