Abstract
Description
本発明はまた、アルミニウムおよび類似のタイプの軽合金からなる材料を鋳造または鍛造する技術分野、並びに、鋳造および鍛造の操作を組み合わせる技術分野に関する。
本発明はより具体的には、上記構造部品の考慮される機能性に関して、高度で特有の仕様を満たす自動車の構造部品の製造に関する。
−それらは、構造領域が破壊するまで、部品に不可欠な状態(integral)を保ちながら、それらの平面の変形により、異常なおよび/または偶発的な応力に対する、固有の衝撃を吸収することができる、
−それらはまた、質量/性能比の最適化を可能とする。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも鋳造および/または鍛造の操作によって得られる中空構造部品の製造方法であって、HあるいはU型に限定されない開口断面形状を有する中空構造部品の製造方法であって、
構造部品の少なくとも1つの表面上で、外側と内側の周縁(10.1)の間の中空部分の全体または一部に、硬質金属材料を用いて作られた少なくとも1つのカバーシート(11-12)を結合し、
このようにしてカバーシートを前記構造部品の前記周縁の端部(10.7)に結合させて機械的に固定し、
前記カバーシート(11-12)は前記部品の開口側に形成された内部空洞(10.2)(10.3)を全体的にあるいは部分的に覆い、
前記カバーシートは、前記構造部品の剛性を増加させる、前記部品と一体のまま、それらの平面内で変形することによって衝撃を吸収する、記構造部品の質量を低減して質量/性能比の最適化を可能とする、の3つの機能を有することを特徴とする、中空構造部品の製造方法。 - 少なくとも鋳造および/または鍛造の操作によって得られ、HあるいはU型に制限されない開口形状を有し、周縁(10.1)と中空空洞(10.2)(10.3)とを有し、端部(10.5)(10.6)が固定領域に配置された中空構造部品であって、
前記構造部品(10)の少なくとも1つの表面は、当該開口表面に、前記部品に付加する形状を有し、接続手段(13)を重ね固定することによって、内側と外側の前記周辺縁のそれぞれのエッジ(10.7)上に配置および固定される1つまたはそれ以上のカバーシート(11-12)を受け、
前記カバーシート(11-12)は前記部品の開口側に形成された内部空洞(10.2)(10.3)を全体的にあるいは部分的に覆い、
前記カバーシートは、前記構造部品の剛性を増加させる、前記部品と一体のまま、それらの平面内で変形することによって衝撃を吸収する、記構造部品の質量を低減して質量/性能比の最適化を可能とする、の3つの機能を有することを特徴とする、中空構造部品。 - 前記構造部品は、開口(10.8)と、開口(11.1)(12.1)を有する前記シート(11-12)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の中空構造部品。
- 前記カバーシート(11-12)は、前記構造部品の材料に対応した金属材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の中空構造部品。
- 前記カバーシート(11-12)は、機械的な接続を確実化するために、組立、溶接、ねじ込み、接着、リベット締め、ろう付け等の任意の方法によって、前記構造部品に固定されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の中空構造部品。
- 車両用であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の中空構造部品。
