Description

后轮罩总成、轮罩加强件、车身总成及汽车 技术领域
本发明涉及白车身领域,更具体地,本发明涉及后轮罩总成、轮罩加强件以及具有该类后轮罩总成的车身总成和汽车。
背景技术
以往,后轮罩主体采用钢制冲压件制成,并在后轮罩主体的减震器安装点附近提供冲压件制成的加强件以强化所述安装点。在所述减震器安装点处,多个螺母通过凸焊等热连接方式连接至后轮罩主体或加强板上。
随车身轻量化要求,铝合金车身逐渐替代传统钢制车身。对于铝合金后轮罩而言,同样需提供稳固的减震器安装点。但对于铝合金材料的后轮罩进行焊接等热加工将留下热影响区,在热影响区处可能发生各种失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决或至少缓解现有技术中所存在的问题;
根据部分特征,本发明的目的在于提供具有稳固的减震器安装点的后轮罩总成;根据部分特征,本发明的目的在于提供纯机械连接而不包括热连接的后轮罩主体与加强板;
根据部分特征,本发明提供易于组装的后轮罩总成。
一方面,提供了一种后轮罩总成,其包括:
后轮罩主体,所述后轮罩主体限定与后轮匹配的轮廓;

  6. 根据权利要求4所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一加强件与所述后轮罩主体之间和/或所述第二加强件与所述后轮罩主体之间还通过高强度结构胶加固。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一加强件,第二加强件和所述后轮罩主体具有折弯加强部,所述后轮罩主体,所述第一加强件和所述第二加强件上的所述位置对应的多个开孔对称均布在所述折弯加强部两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第二加强件的折弯加强 部中具有多条平行的加强肋。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一加强件和所述后轮罩主体由铝合金或钢制成,所述第二加强件由铝合金制成。
  10. 一种车身总成,其特征在于,所述车身总成包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的后轮罩总成。
  11. 一种汽车,其特征在于,所述汽车包括如权利要求10所述的车身总成。
  12. 一种轮罩加强件,其特征在于,所述轮罩加强件附接至后轮罩主体的靠车身侧,所述轮罩加强件由压铸件构成,所述轮罩加强件上具有多个开孔,多个螺母附接至所述轮罩加强件上的所述多个开孔位置处以提供减震器安装点。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的轮罩加强件,其特征在于,所述多个螺母压铆连接至所述轮罩加强件的靠车身侧。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的轮罩加强件,其特征在于,所述轮罩加强件具有折弯加强部,所述多个开孔对称均布在所述折弯加强部两侧。
