Claims (14)

1. Poliesterska mješavina, naznačena time što sadrži: talinsku fazu polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera koja u sebi sadrži uključene ostatke monomera koji ima dva ili više kondenziranih aromatskih prstena, u količini od 0,5%, molarno, do 2,5%, molarno, na osnovi ukupne količine ostataka dikarboksilne kiseline u talinskoj fazi polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera koju čini 100%, molarno; i titanij; gdje je titanij prisutan u količini od 3 ppm do 100 ppm atoma titanija, na osnovi ukupne težine poliesterske mješavine.
2. Poliesterska mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što monomer koji ima dva ili više kondenziranih aromatskih prstena sadrži jedno ili više od: 2,6-naftalendikarboksilne kiseline; dimetil-2,6-naftalendikarboksilata; 9-antracenkarboksilne kiseline; 2,6-antracendikarboksilne kiseline; dimetil-2,6-antracendikarboksilata; 1,5-antracendikarboksilne kiseline; dimetil-1,5-antracendikarboksilata; 1,8-antracendikarboksilne kiseline; ili dimetil-1,8-antracendikarboksilata.
3. Poliesterska mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što monomer koji ima dva ili više kondenziranih aromatskih prstena sadrži 2,6-naftalendikarboksilnu kiselinu, prisutnu u količini od 0,5%, molarno, do 2,5%, molarno.
4. Poliesterska mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što poliesterska mješavina dodatno sadrži ostatke fosforne kiseline.
5. Poliesterska mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što poliesterska mješavina dodatno sadrži atome fosfora prisutne u količini od 5 ppm do 300 ppm.
6. Poliesterska mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što dobivena talinska faza polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera iz talinske faze reakcijom polimerizacije ima I. V. od najmanje 0,72 dl/g.
7. Postupak dobivanja talinske faze polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera, naznačen time što se sastoji u: dobivanju smjese koja sadrži etilen-glikol, najmanje jednu kiselinu, koju se bira između tereftalne kiseline i derivata tereftalne kiseline, te monomer koji ima dva ili više kondenziranih aromatskih prstena, gdje je monomer koji ima dva ili više kondenziranih aromatskih prstena prisutan u količini od 0,5%, molarno, do 2,5%, molarno, na osnovi ukupne količine ostataka dikarboksilne kiseline u smjesi koju čini 100%, molarno; zatim u reakciji smjese u prisutnosti titanija kako bi se dobilo talinsku fazu polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera; gdje smjesa ne sadrži antimon, gdje je titanij prisutan u količini od 1 ppm do 150 ppm atoma titanija, na osnovi ukupne težine dobivene talinske faze polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što: smjesa sadrži tereftalnu kiselinu, prisutnu u količini od najmanje 90%, molarno, na osnovi ukupne količine ostataka dikarboksilne kiseline u smjesi koju čini 100%, molarno, a etilen-glikol je prisutan u smjesi u količini od najmanje 90%, molarno, na osnovi ukupne količine diola u smjesi koju čini 100%, molarno.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što monomer koji ima dva ili više kondenziranih aromatskih prstena sadrži jedno ili više od: 2,6-naftalendikarboksilne kiseline; dimetil-2,6-naftalendikarboksilata; 9-antracenkarboksilne kiseline; 2,6-antracendikarboksilne kiseline; dimetil-2,6-antracendikarboksilata; 1,5-antracendikarboksilne kiseline; dimetil-1,5-antracendikarboksilata; 1,8-antracendikarboksilne kiseline; ili dimetil-1,8-antracendikarboksilata.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što monomer koji ima dva ili više kondenziranih aromatskih prstena sadrži 2,6-naftalendikarboksilnu kiselinu, prisutnu u količini od 0,5%, molarno, do 2,5%, molarno.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što smjesa ne sadrži germanij.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje korak: dodavanja fosfora u dobivenu talinsku fazu polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera, u količini od 5 ppm do 300 ppm fosfora, na osnovi ukupne težine dobivene talinske faze polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što dobivena talinska faza polietilen-tereftalatnog poliestera ima I.V. od najmanje 0,72 dl/g postignut u talinskoj fazi.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što postupak ne uključuje polimerizaciju u čvrstom stanju.
