Claims (4)

1. Uređaj za vulkanizaciju gume (1, 1A), u kojem se zelena guma postavlja u metalni kalup koji se može razdvojiti u gornji metalni kalup (4) i donji metalni kalup (3) i zatim se grije i podvrgava tlaku, kako bi dovršetkom procesa poprimila oblik otvrdnute gume, uređaj za vulkanizaciju gume (1, 1A) podrazumijeva povratni klizni mehanizam (10) konfiguriran tako da se gornji metalni kalup (4) odvoji i podiže od donjeg metalnog kalupa (3) postavljenog tako da je pričvršćen na postolje i može se pomicati pomoću pokretnih kolica (14), tako da se naizmjenično pomiče između položaja za vulkanizaciju u kojem se gornji metalni kalup (4) potiskuje prema donjem metalnom kalupu (3), i položaja na čekanju, u kojem se zelena guma može umetnuti u donji metalni kalup (3), a stvrdnuta guma može izvaditi iz donjeg metalnog kalupa (3), naznačen time, da je gornji metalni kalup (4) pričvršćen ispod, putem mehanizma kompresijskog cilindra (20), na horizontalnu gredu (11) spojenu s poveznicom (13) koja se vertikalno pomiče djelovanjem cilindra za podizanje / spuštanje (12), duž otvora za navođenje postavljenog u pokretnim kolicima (14), i pri čemu mehanizam kompresijskog cilindra (20) ima ploču za prihvaćanje pritiska (31), tlačni cilindar (32) koji je pričvršćen na gornju površinu ploče za prihvaćanje pritiska (31), i ovjesni element (33) koji povezuje ploču za prihvaćanje pritiska (31) i horizontalnu gredu (11), i pri čemu mehanizam kompresijskog cilindra (20) pritišće gornji metalni kalup (4) prema dolje, pri čemu je ploča za prihvaćanje pritiska (31) pričvršćena na gornjem krajnjem dijelu gornjeg metalnog kalupa (4), preko kalupne ploče (5), pri čemu klipnjača (32a) strši iz gornje površine kompresijskog cilindra (32), a klipnjača je (32a) u kontaktu sa horizontalnom gredom (11) i podiže donju površinu horizontalne grede u trenutku presurizacije u potpuno zatvorenom stanju metalnog kalupa.
2. Uređaj za vulkanizaciju gume u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da postoji veći broj mehanizama kompresijskog cilindra (20).
3. Uređaj za vulkanizaciju gume u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačen time, da dodatno sadržava sredstva za hlađenje (34) koja se nalaze između mehanizma kompresijskog cilindra (20) i gornjeg metalnog kalupa (4).
4. Uređaj za vulkanizaciju gume u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je navedeni ovjesni element (33) pričvršćen na horizontalnu gredu (11) i postavljen tako da, kada je gornji metalni kalup (4) postavljen na podignutom položaju koji odgovara potpuno otvorenom položaju metalnog kalupa, gornji metalni kalup (4) pridržava se tako što je pričvršćen na ovjesni element (33).
