Abstract

成形机,包括滑块、上模、下模,所述的滑块上设置夹持上模的夹持机构;还设置至少二台移动台车,上模和下模设置在移动台车上,上模和下模之间设置用于上模和下模锁住或开锁的锁模机构,移动台车上设置用于顶出模具中制品的顶出机构;还设置出料装置,出料装置包括框架,框架顶座上设置模具提升机构,模具提升机构升降进入出料装置后的上模具。本发明由于设置了移动台车和出料装置,因此可以同时进行注射成型和制品最终成型,提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及一种成形机。
背景技术
现有的成形机一般在一套模具中进行压制或注射成型,并需待制品在模具中完全成型后取出制品,再进行下一个制品的生产。
由于制品压制或注射至成型完成需要一定的时间,因此,现有成形机在生产过程没有得到有效利用,生产效率不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述缺陷而提供一种带有移动台车和出料装置复合材料成形机,使其生产效率高。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
成形机,包括滑块、上模、下模,其特征在于:所述的滑块上设置夹持上模的夹持机构;还设置至少二台移动台车,上模和下模设置在移动车台上,上模和下模之间设置用于上模和下模锁住或开锁的锁模机构,移动台车上设置用于顶出模具中制品的顶出机构;还设置出料装置,出料装置包括框架,框架顶座上设置模具提升机构,模具提升机构升降进入出料装置后的上模具。
更好地,上述模具提升机构设置在顶座底面上。
更好地,成形机和出料装置之间设置导轨,移动台车放置在导轨上。
本发明由于设置了移动车和出料装置,因此可以同时进行注射成型和制品最终成型,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图2所示的现有成形机1,其移动、注射、加压机构与现有的成形机一样,在此不再详细叙述。
上述成形机1的滑块9上安装夹模机构4,用于夹持上模6。
上述夹模机构4为用于夹持物体的机构或部件,如夹子等,已为常用机构,在此不再详细叙述。
成形机1的左右两侧分别设置移动台车2。
成形机1旁边还设置出料装置3,出料装置3设置位置以方便卸料为准,见图1。
上述移动台车2上安装工件顶出机构5、上模6、下模7以及模具锁模机构8,顶出机构5安装在移动台车2上,下模7安装在顶出机构5上,顶出机构5的顶出杆51可顶出下模7中的活动模,上模6安放在下模7上,上模6、下模7由模具锁模机构8锁合或开锁。
如图3所示,上述移动台车2移入成形机内至设定位置后,滑块9下降,夹模机构4夹持和固定上模6后成形机方可进行正常工作,如注射、上模提升、下降,加压等动作。
本实施例中的顶出机构为顶出油缸,顶出油缸的活塞杆51为顶出杆,用于顶出模具中已经成型好的制品。
出料装置3也为框架结构31,框架顶座32的高度与移动台车2、上模6、下模7的高度相适应,使移动台车2能移入框架31内,机座底面设置模具提升机构11,提升机构11用于固定和提升上模6。
移动台车2、出料装置3和成形机之间通过轨道(图中未示)连接,可以方便移动台车出入出料装置和成形机。
工作时,左移动台车2连同上模6和下模7驶入到成形机设定位置并被定位,成形机滑块9下移到夹模位置,滑块夹模机构4动作,夹持并固定上模6。
完成后,注料机构进料加压,压制产品成型,然后锁模机构8将模具的上下模锁定,夹模机构4松开上模,滑块上升,左移动台车连同模具及工件驶出成形机区域,驶入左出料装置区域。
左移动台车驶入出料装置的设定位置,进行保压同时冷却,工件10最终成型,然后出料装置的提升机构11下降夹持住上模,模具锁模机构8解锁,上模和下模处于可分离状态,然后提升机构11提升上模,顶出机构5顶出工件;取出工件后,上模下降,上下模具合模并由锁模机构8锁紧,提升机构上升,左移动台车继续移动到成形机处,重新开始循环生产。
当左移动台车驶出成形机进行冷却出料时,右移动台车连同模具驶入成形机进行另一个工件的压制。右移动台车的动作过程与左移动台车相似。由于同时有二组移动台车,一个工件在冷却出料时,成形机可进行另一个工件的压制,因此减少了等待时间,提高了生产效率。
上述移动台车的数量和出料装置可根据生产实际而进行调整,其数量的变化仍属于本发明的技术方案,仍受本发明的保护。

1.成形机,包括滑块、上模、下模,其特征在于:所述的滑块上设置夹持上模的夹持机构;还设置至少二台移动台车,上模和下模设置在移动台车上,上模和下模之间设置用于上模和下模锁住或开锁的锁模机构,移动台车上设置用于顶出模具中制品的顶出机构;还设置出料装置,出料装置包括框架,框架顶座上设置模具提升机构,模具提升机构升降进入出料装置后的上模具。
2.如权利要求1所述的成形机,其特征在于:所述的模具提升机构设置在顶座底面上。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的成形机,其特征在于:所述的成形机和出料装置之间设置导轨,移动台车放置在导轨上。
