L'invention concerne un système de passage pour piétons, comprenant une zone circulable destinée à être positionnée sur une chaussée, ledit système étant caractérisé en ce que : La zone circulable comporte plusieurs zones photovoltaïques (ZP) comprenant des cellules photovoltaïques (Cp) destinées à capter une énergie lumineuse pour la convertir en une énergie électrique ; La zone circulable comporte plusieurs zones de signalisation (ZS), de surfaces non nulles, au moins deux d'entre elles étant séparées par une zone photovoltaïque (ZP), chaque zone de signalisation (ZS) intégrant des moyens électriques d'éclairage ; Un système de commande desdits moyens électriques d'éclairage ; - Au moins une unité de stockage de l'énergie électrique (14) générée par chaque zone photovoltaïque (ZP) et connectée auxdits moyens électriques d'éclairage pour les alimenter en énergie électrique ; - Des moyens de détection de présence ; - Une unité de traitement et de commande (15) ;
