é descrito um aparelho de iluminação exterior (1) para instalação fixa adaptado para ser ligado a uma rede elétrica para ser alimentado com uma tensão de alimentação de rede. o aparelho (1) compreende pelo menos uma fonte de luz (6), um circuito de acionamento (30) da pelo menos uma fonte de luz (6), um circuito de controle e comunicação (20) adaptado para controlar o circuito de acionamento (30) e adaptado para comunicar com um dispositivo de controle remoto (60). o aparelho de iluminação (1) está adaptado para ser fornecido seletivamente a partir da rede elétrica com um primeiro valor de tensão de alimentação e com um segundo valor de tensão de alimentação inferior ao primeiro valor de tensão. desta forma, é possível alimentar vantajosamente o aparelho de iluminação (1) durante o dia com uma tensão de segurança para reduzir o risco elétrico.
