Abstract

A lighting system with single loop light-dimming function includes a first dimming lamp and a first motion-sensing device. The first dimming lamp is coupled to an AC circuit to receive an AC power. The first motion-sensing device is separated from the first dimming lamp. The first motion-sensing device and the AC circuit are coupled in series. The first motion-sensing device includes a switch element, a controller, and a motion sensor. The switch element and the AC circuit are coupled in series. The controller is coupled to a control terminal of the switch element and the motion sensor. When the motion sensor is triggered, the switch element is correspondingly turned off and turned on by the controller at a predetermined time so as to shortly interrupt the AC power. The first dimming lamp enters a brightness mode from a standing mode according to the interruption of the AC power.
