Abstract
Dans un système d'alimentation électrique pour véhicule comprenant une batterie (6), une unité de convertisseur (400) destinée à convertir un courant électrique continu de la batterie (6) en courant électrique alternatif et à le fournir à une machine électrique rotative (2) pour entraîner celle-ci, une ligne de câblage en courant alternatif (9) destinée à relier la machine électrique rotative (2) et l'unité de convertisseur (400), et une ligne de câblage en courant continu (81, 82), celle-ci devient plus courte que la ligne de câblage en courant alternatif (9). De ce fait, une chute de tension due à la ligne de câblage en courant continu est réduite et une caractéristique de couple de la machine électrique rotative peut être améliorée.
Description
SYSTEME D'ALIMENTATION ELECTRIQUE POUR VEHICULE
CONTEXTE DE L'INVENTION DOMAINE DE L'INVENTION La présente invention concerne un système d'alimentation électrique pour véhicule, et plus particulièrement une relation positionnelle entre une unité de convertisseur destinée à commander une machine 5 électrique rotative montée dans un véhicule électrique, un véhicule hybride ou équivalent et une batterie, et concerne un système d'alimentation électrique pour véhicule qui peut améliorer une caractéristique de couple de la machine électrique rotative.
DESCRIPTION DE L'ART CONNEXE
Avec comme arrière plan la prévention du réchauffement climatique mondial, la réduction des émissions de C02 a été requise.
La réduction de C02 dans un véhicule signifie une amélioration de la performance de consommation en carburant, et comme l'une des solutions à celle-ci, on a poursuivi le développement et l'application pratique d'un véhicule électrique ou d'un véhicule hybride.
Ici, plus spécialement, les fonctions requises pour une machine électrique rotative montée dans un véhicule hybride comprennent une butée de ralenti au moment de l'arrêt du véhicule, une régénération de l'énergie pendant la décélération, une assistance de couple pendant l'accélération, et équivalent, et l'amélioration de la performance de consommation en carburant est autorisée en réalisant ceci.
Par exemple, tel que décrit dans le document JP A - 7 -89355, l'art connexe présente une structure telle qu'une unité de commande comprenant un convertisseur pour entraîner une machine électrique 5 rotative est montée dans un compartiment du moteur, et une batterie est montée dans un compartiment arrière d'un véhicule.
Dans la structure telle que mentionnée ci-dessus, sont survenus des problèmes en ce qu'une ligne de 10 câblage en courant continu destinée à relier la batterie et l'unité de commande comprenant le convertisseur devienne longue, si bien qu'une chute de tension dans la ligne de câblage en courant continu devient grande, et afin d'obtenir à la fois un couple 15 souhaité et une vitesse de rotation souhaitée dans la machine électrique rotative, il se produit finalement la situation qu'une tension de batterie doit être rendue élevée, et cela provoque une grande augmentation de coût et de poids.
Claims (10)
1. Système d'alimentation électrique pour véhicule comprenant: une batterie (6) ; une unité de convertisseur (400) destinée à convertir le courant électrique continu de la batterie (6) en courant électrique alternatif et à le fournir à une machine électrique rotative (2) afin de 10 l'entraîner; une ligne de câblage en courant alternatif (9) destinée à relier la machine électrique rotative (2) et l'unité de convertisseur (400) ; et une ligne de câblage en courant continu (8) 15 destinée à relier l'unité de convertisseur (400) et la batterie (6), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de convertisseur est placée à proximité de la batterie afin que la ligne de câblage en courant continu (81, 82) devienne plus 20 courte que la ligne de câblage en courant alternatif (9)
2. Système d'alimentation électrique pour véhicule comprenant: une batterie (6) ; une unité de convertisseur (400) destinée à convertir le courant électrique continu de la batterie (6) en courant électrique alternatif et à le fournir à une machine électrique rotative (2) afin de 30 l'entraîner; une ligne de câblage en courant alternatif (9) destinée à relier la machine électrique rotative (2) et l'unité de convertisseur (400) ; et une ligne de câblage en courant continu (8) 5 destinée à relier l'unité de convertisseur (400) et la batterie (6), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de convertisseur est placée à proximité de la batterie en fixant l'unité de convertisseur (400) à un élément de fixation (15, 16) 10 destiné à monter la batterie (6) à un corps principal de véhicule.
3. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'unité de 15 convertisseur (400) est intégralement fixée à une face d'extrémité supérieure de la batterie (6).
4. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule selon la revendication 1ou 2, dans lequel l'unité de 20 convertisseur (400) est intégralement fixée à un côté de la batterie (6).
5. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans 25 lequel l'unité de convertisseur (400) est fixée à un logement (16) pour maintenir la batterie (6).
6. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans 30 lequel un logement de l'unité de convertisseur (400) présente également une fonction de logement (16) pour maintenir la batterie (6).
7. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule 5 selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel un corps de connexion électrique destiné à relier électriquement la batterie (6) et l'unité de convertisseur (400) est une plaque métallique.
8. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'unité de convertisseur (400) est maintenue et fixée à la batterie (6) par le corps de connexion électrique destiné à relier électriquement la batterie (6) et 15 l'unité de convertisseur (400).
9. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, dans lequel un logement (16) pour maintenir la batterie (6) 20 est prévu avec un élément de fonction de refroidissement.
10. Système d'alimentation électrique de véhicule selon la revendication 9, dans lequel un agent de 25 refroidissement pour refroidir la batterie (6) est identique à un agent de refroidissement pour refroidir l'unité de convertisseur (400).
