Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för att framställa en torr degblandning, som in-nehaller ost i finfördelad partikelform, känneteck- n a t av, att förfarandet omfattar att raspa färsk ost tili partikulär form, kylä den raspade osten tili en temperatur mellan lägre än 0°C och -50°C, blanda stärkelse tili den kylda osten i en mängd tillräcklig för att väsentligen hindra de kylda ostpartiklarna frän att häfta samman, sedan söndersmulas den kylda blandningen tili finfördelade partiklar och de söndersmu-lade partiklarna förenas därefter med torr degblandning vid en temperatur under 0°C.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att den torra degblandningen är Tempura-degblandning.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att innan partiklarna förenas med degblandningen lagras partiklarna i ett djupkylt utrymme.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att osten raspas tili en medeldiameter av 6 - 15 mm, stär-kelsen blandas tili den kylda osten i en mängd av 10 - 40 vikt-delar per 100 viktdelar kyld ost och partiklarna söndersmulas tili en medeldiameter av ca 0,5 - 5 mm.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 4, kännetecknat av, att den raspade osten kyles tili en tempera-tur mellan -10°C - -30°C. tl
