Abstract

Description
Recipientes multicámara para soluciones médicas y
método de fabricación de los mismos.
La presente invención se refiere en general a
películas de plástico y a recipientes hechos con ellas. Más en
concreto, la presente invención se refiere a recipientes para
alojar productos médicos y a métodos para fabricar dichos
recipientes.
Es conocido alojar soluciones médicas en
recipientes flexibles construidos con películas de plástico. Estos
recipientes se pueden utilizar para alojar productos tales como
soluciones parenterales, enterales y de diálisis. De hecho, se
pueden alojar y almacenar una gran variedad de soluciones diferentes
en tales recipientes.
Los recipientes para alojar soluciones médicas y
las películas utilizadas para construir tales recipientes tienen
varias desventajas. Estos recipientes deben construirse de manera
que no incluyan solventes de extracción dañinos que se lixivien en
la solución. Esto es especialmente importante en lo que se refiere
a soluciones tales como soluciones parenterales que se infunden
directamente en la corriente sanguínea del paciente.
Además, estos recipientes deben ser capaces de
resistir ciertas exigencias de uso que otros recipientes no tienen
que afrontar, debido a los ambientes en los que se usan. Además,
problemas tales como esterilización o limpieza, que no son tan
importantes para otros recipientes que se usan para soluciones que
no se infunden, crean problemas a la hora de fabricar y diseñar los
recipientes médicos.
De hecho, los productos que se almacenan en estos
recipientes pueden crear problemas a la hora de fabricar, almacenar
y diseñar dichos recipientes. Existen varios productos que debido a
la estabilidad, compatibilidad, etc., se deben almacenar en partes
componentes, por ejemplo en recipientes separados, y mezclarlos
antes de usarlos. Esto se puede deber a la incompatibilidad de los
productos, por ejemplo, aminoácidos y soluciones de dextrosa, o al
hecho de que ciertos productos se deben mantener con diferente pH
durante la esterilización u otros procesos, por ejemplo la
dextrosa. Por ello, se utilizan los recipientes multicámara. Estos
recipientes incluyen medios para que las cámaras separadas se
puedan colocar en comunicación de fluido entre si permitiendo que
las soluciones de cada cámara se entremezclen dentro del recipiente
y después se administren al paciente.
Los recipientes multicámara son más deseables que
almacenar componentes en recipientes separados y después mezclarlos
entre si. En parte porque el proceso de abrir y mezclar recipientes
separados puede afectar negativamente a la esterilidad del sistema.
Además, la fase de abrir y mezclar recipientes separados crea un
proceso que requiere mucho esfuerzo. En consecuencia, para eliminar
las desventajas de los recipientes separados, se usan los
recipientes que tienen un interior que incluye dos o más cámaras. Un
modo de crear tal recipiente es con una junta térmica que divide el
interior en dos cámaras. Tales recipientes se describen, por
ejemplo, en las patentes U.S. 4.396.488; 4.770.295; 3.950.158;
4.000.996 y 4.226.330.
Por ejemplo, también se conoce el usar válvulas
frangibles a través de la junta térmica para permitir una
comunicación selectiva y mezclar los componentes almacenados en las
cámaras separadas. Ver, por ejemplo, la patente U.S.
4.396.488.
Sin embargo, puede ser que tales estructuras -
válvulas frangibles - no sean ventajosas por varias razones, entre
las que se incluye el coste. Una alternativa a las válvulas
frangibles se describe en las patentes U.S. 3.950.158; 4.000.996 y
4.226.330. En estas patentes, se describen recipientes multicámara
con una línea de menor resistencia tal como una línea ranurada, que
se rompe al aplicar presión.
También se conoce el proporcionar un cierre
hermético entre dos hojas de material termoplástico flexible, que se
puede abrir de manera selectiva. La patente U.S. 4.770.295
proporciona una línea de obturación que resiste a las fuerzas de
apertura involuntarias, aunque se abre al aplicar una fuerza
específica. El recipiente incluye dos hojas que forman el exterior
del recipiente y una membrana interna entre las hojas exteriores.
Un cierre hermético, que se puede abrir de manera selectiva, está
dispuesto entre una de las hojas externas y la hoja de la
membrana.
Además, se proporcionan lengüetas o tiras de
rasgadura para embalajes de plástico tales como las que se muestran
en la patente U.S. 2.991.000. Estas lengüetas de rasgadura se pueden
utilizar para proporcionar acceso a los contenidos del recipiente.
Sin embargo, una desventaja que tienen estos recipientes es que
implican el uso de estructuras de cierre hermético relativamente
complicadas. La patente U.S. 3.983.994 también describe un cierre
hermético que se rompe tirando de las lengüetas que están situadas
en el recipiente.
Otro problema que debe tenerse en cuenta a la
hora de construir recipientes para la industria médica es que las
soluciones, y por tanto los recipientes, necesitan a menudo
esterilización después de la fabricación del recipiente y/o la
introducción de la solución. Normalmente, los productos se
esterilizan con vapor o autoclave. La esterilización con autoclave
puede alterar las propiedades térmicas de la película que se usa
para formar el recipiente y del cierre hermético que hay entre las
cámaras del recipiente.
Naturalmente, es necesario al proporcionar un
contenedor multicámara que el cierre hermético entre las cámaras
pueda hacer frente a las tensiones externas producidas por la
manipulación normal, de manera que el cierre hermético no se abra de
manera prematura. Tales tensiones incluyen la presión que se puede
aplicar a una o más cámaras, por ejemplo, al comprimirlas de manera
involuntaria al embalarlas, o al caerse de manera accidental.
Además, una dificultad al crear tal cierre
hermético, usando estos tipos de materiales, es que la resistencia
del cierre hermético aumenta normalmente como resultado del calor
que se aplica durante la esterilización. Debido a ello, el cierre
hermético puede quedar demasiado duro después del proceso de
esterilización haciendo difícil al usuario final separar o abrir el
cierre hermético para combinar los componentes que hay dentro de
las cámaras.
Es importante apreciar que el usuario final de
muchas de las soluciones médicas que se contemplan para usar con la
presente invención es a menudo el propio paciente. Esto es en
particular cierto en el caso del recipiente que se usa para contener
y administrar soluciones para diálisis peritoneal. La diálisis
peritoneal es un método alternativo a la hemodiálisis tradicional
mediante el cual un paciente que tiene una enfermedad renal en fase
terminal se trata esencialmente a si mismo administrándose
soluciones de diálisis varias veces al día. Además, los pacientes
que tienen que someterse a diálisis, normalmente son ancianos, a
menudo diabéticos, con un deficiente sentido de la vista, débiles y
con las capacidades disminuidas. Por tanto, es crucial que la fuerza
necesaria para abrir el cierre hermético entre las cámaras sea
controlada cuidadosamente para soportar una manipulación normal y
una cierta compresión accidental, aunque no tan grande como para que
sea difícil para el paciente romper tal cierre hermético cuando lo
necesite.
La patente U.S. 5.577.369 describe un recipiente
flexible que incluye una pluralidad de compartimentos internos
separados mediante un cierre hermético. Al menos una zona del cierre
hermético está construida con una película que comprende como mínimo
dos capas, una de las cuales es sensible a la radiofrecuencia (RF) y
la otra, la interna, no es sensible a la RF. La capa sensible a la
RF, en respuesta a la energía de RF calienta la capa interior no
sensible a la RF para formar un cierre hermético despegable que
está definido por una unión entre las capas no sensibles a la RF que
definen el interior del recipiente.
La patente U.S. 5.209.347 describe un recipiente
con un cierre hermético interno rasgable. El recipiente tiene al
menos dos cámaras. Se proporciona una línea de cierre hermético que
se puede abrir de manera selectiva y que conecta dos hojas de
material. La línea de cierre hermético que se puede abrir de manera
selectiva resiste las aperturas involuntarias aunque se abre al
aplicar una fuerza específica.
La WO-A-9526177 ó
la WO-A-9737628, describe un
recipiente según el preámbulo de la reivindicación 1.
Según la presente invención, se proporciona un
recipiente según la reivindicación 1.
La presente invención proporciona recipientes
mejorados para soluciones médicas y métodos para fabricar los
mismos. Los recipientes de la presente invención incluyen al menos
dos cámaras. El recipiente está especialmente diseñado para alojar
soluciones médicas aunque también puede alojar otras soluciones y
puede usarse para otros fines.
En una realización, el recipiente incluye una
primera área definida, en parte, por un cierre hermético
despegable. La primera área está diseñada para separarse al aplicar
una presión de fluido suficiente. En otra realización, la primera
área está acoplada en un tubo.
En una realización de la presente invención, se
proporciona un recipiente que incluye al menos un cierre hermético
permanente periférico y que define al menos dos cámaras que tienen
entre medias un cierre hermético despegable.
En una realización, el funcionamiento térmico
bimodal de la capa obturadora es tal que se crea un cierre hermético
permanente a una temperatura de al menos 5ºC por encima de la
temperatura con la que se crea el cierre hermético despegable.
En una realización, la capa obturadora incluye:
un 45% en peso de polipropileno (PP); entre el 5% y el 20% en peso
de polietileno lineal de baja densidad (LLDPE); y más del 0% al
25% en peso de SEBS.
En otra realización, la capa obturadora incluye:
del 45% al 80% en peso de polipropileno; del 5% al 15% en peso de
polietileno lineal de baja densidad; más del 0% al 25% en peso de
SEBS, y entre el 0% y el 20% en peso de EVA.
En una realización, la capa obturadora incluye al
menos dos calidades diferentes de polipropileno que tiene diferentes
puntos de fusión.

La presente invención se refiere en general a
recipientes para alojar soluciones médicas. Sin embargo, como se ha
apuntado antes, el recipiente de la presente invención se puede
utilizar para alojar otros tipos de productos.
Refiriéndonos ahora a la figura 1, se ilustra en
general una realización de un recipiente multicámara 10 de la
presente invención. Aunque según se ilustra, el recipiente incluye
dos cámaras 12, 14, se pueden proporcionar más de dos cámaras. Las
cámaras 12 y 14 están diseñadas para almacenar por separado
sustancias y/o soluciones. Se proporciona un cierre hermético
despegable 16 entre la cámara 12 y 14. Naturalmente, si se
proporcionan cámaras adicionales, se pueden proporcionar también
cierres herméticos despegables adicionales.
En la realización que se ilustra, el recipiente
10 se ha formado con una hoja flexible de plástico. El recipiente 10
puede formarse con dos hojas de película que se termosellan por sus
bordes (11, 13, 15 y 17 respectivamente). Sin embargo, el recipiente
10 se puede formar también con una banda de película doblada y
sellada por sus tres lados. Según la presente invención, el
recipiente está formado por una película multicapa que se describe
después.
En la realización que se ilustra, se utilizan dos
hojas de película. Las hojas están selladas por la periferia del
recipiente 10 por los bordes 11, 13, 15 y 17. Se proporciona un
cierre hermético despegable 16 entre las dos hojas de película para
formar las cámaras 12 y 14.
En una realización preferida que se ilustra en la
figura 1, se proporciona un puerto tubular 22 en un extremo del
recipiente. El puerto tubular 22 proporciona comunicación con el
interior de la cámara 12, aunque se puede colocar en cualquier sitio
adecuado del recipiente 10. El puerto 22 puede incluir una cubierta
de membrana adecuada que se puede perforar con, por ejemplo, una
cánula o aguja hipodérmica de un instrumento de administración. Esto
permite que se puedan añadir otras sustancias de manera aséptica a
la cámara 12 o, una vez que el cierre hermético se ha despegado, al
recipiente 10.
En la realización que se ilustra, en el extremo
inferior del recipiente 10 hay tres puertos tubulares 23, 25 y 27
que se comunican con el interior de la cámara 14. Estos puertos
permiten que se pueda añadir fluido a la cámara 14, o, una vez que
se ha despegado el cierre hermético 16, al recipiente 10 o que se
administre a un paciente desde ellos. Los puertos 23, 25 y 27
pueden incluir también una membrana (no se muestra) que se puede
perforar con, por ejemplo, una cánula o una aguja hipodérmica de un
instrumento de administración.
Se debe apreciar que los puertos 22 y 23 para
llenar el recipiente 10 no son necesarios para la invención.
Dependiendo del método que se emplee para fabricar los recipientes,
puede que no sean necesarios en absoluto los puertos de llenado.
Por ejemplo, si los recipientes se van a fabricar con un rollo
continuo de película de plástico, la película se puede doblar a lo
largo, se puede crear un primer cierre hermético permanente, el
primer compartimiento se puede llenar con una solución, y después
crear un cierre hermético despegable, llenar un segundo
compartimiento, crear un cierre hermético permanente, etc.
Según la presente invención, se proporciona un
nuevo cierre hermético despegable 16. El recipiente 10 y por tanto
el cierre hermético despegable 16 se proporciona utilizando
películas que incluyen una nueva capa obturadora. La capa obturadora
permite que se pueda crear tanto el cierre hermético despegable como
el cierre hermético permanente. Así, los cierres herméticos
laterales permanentes 11, 13, 15 y 17 además del cierre hermético
despegable 16 se pueden crear con la misma capa de película.
Refiriéndonos a la figura 2, se ilustra una
realización de la película 30 de la presente invención. La película
30 se ilustra en sección transversal e incluye al menos tres capas
32, 34 y 36. La capa 36 define el exterior del recipiente 10, la
capa 34 define una capa interna y la capa 32 define una capa
obturadora. En la realización que se ilustra, las capas están
aseguradas entre si mediante unas capas de enlace 38 y 40.
La capa obturadora 32 proporciona una capa que
tiene un funcionamiento térmico bimodal. En una realización, la capa
obturadora 32 comprende una composición que está formada por el
mismo material aunque con diferentes calidades de material. Con
respecto a esto, en una realización, la capa obturadora 32 es una
mezcla de diferentes calidades de polipropileno que tienen
diferentes temperaturas de fusión debido a sus diferencias de
tacticidad. Por ejemplo, en una realización, se usan polímeros de
polipropileno muy cristalinos. Los polímeros de polipropileno muy
cristalinos tienen una temperatura de fusión alta; preferiblemente
por encima de 140ºC. Además, estos polímeros tienen un rango de
fusión estrecho.
De manera preferible, la capa obturadora 32
incluye además un polipropileno más amorfo con una temperatura de
fusión inferior a 130ºC. Este punto de fusión más bajo podría
deberse, por ejemplo, a que esta segunda calidad de polipropileno
tiene un carácter más amorfo/menos cristalino que la primera
calidad de polipropileno que hay en la capa 32.
Si se usan tales materiales, se puede hacer un
cierre hermético despegable 16 fundiendo las dos capas obturadoras
opuestas 32 del recipiente 10 entre si siempre que se desee un
cierre hermético despegable a una temperatura que oscile, por
ejemplo, entre 125ºC y 129ºC. Se puede crear un cierre hermético
permanente fundiendo las dos capas obturadoras 32 entre si a una
temperatura superior a 135ºC. Así, la misma capa obturadora 32 puede
crear tanto los cierres herméticos laterales permanentes como los
cierres herméticos despegables formando únicamente cada cierre
hermético dentro de un rango de temperaturas diferentes. Se pueden
utilizar varias técnicas de sellado diferentes para hacer tales
cierres herméticos entre las que se incluyen termosellado, sellado
por impulsos de energía térmica, y sellado sónico.
En esta realización de la capa obturadora 32, el
cierre hermético despegable 16 se crea debido a la fusión de
únicamente el polipropileno más amorfo que tiene una temperatura de
fusión baja y que se encuentra en la capa lateral obturadora opuesta
32. En la adhesión resultante, sólo participan estos polímeros. Si
se varía la composición de la capa obturadora 32, se debe
determinar el nivel de adhesión dentro del margen preferido.
Refiriéndonos a la figura 3, se ilustra un
termograma de calorimetría por exploración digital. Este termograma
demuestra el funcionamiento bimodal de los materiales de la presente
invención. Los materiales se midieron con un colorímetro de
exploración digital que se puede adquirir comercialmente en Mettler
con el nombre DSC 12E. Para medir el material, se sometió a un
primer ciclo de calentamiento desde 30ºC hasta 220ºC a 20ºC/min, se
enfriaron a 30ºC a 10ºC/min y finalmente se llevó a cabo la medición
en una tercera fase de calentamiento desde 30ºC hasta 150ºC a
20ºC/min. La corriente de calor se mide comparando con una
referencia.
La realización de la película que se ilustra en
la figura 2 incluye una capa externa 36 que comprende
polipropileno. Una capa de enlace 38 está situada entre la capa
externa 36 y la capa interna 34. La capa de enlace 38 puede ser
anhídrido maleico injertado con polipropileno. La capa interna 34 se
asegura después en una capa obturadora 32 utilizando preferiblemente
otra capa de enlace 40 de anhídrido maleico injertado con
polipropileno.
De manera preferible, la capa externa 36 tiene
una temperatura de fusión más alta que la de las capas internas de
la película 30, para evitar la adhesión durante el proceso de
esterilización. Esto evita también la adhesión de la matriz de
obturación en la capa externa si se usan matrices de obturación por
calor para crear cierres herméticos.
La capa interna 34 de la película 30 debe
proporcionar buenas propiedades mecánicas y de difusión. La capa
interna 34 debe mantener estas propiedades incluso a temperaturas de
hasta 200ºC, que son mucho más altas que las temperaturas de
obturación.
Refiriéndonos ahora a la figura 4, se ilustra
otra realización de la película 41. En esta realización, la capa
obturadora 42 comprende polipropileno y polietileno lineal de baja
densidad. En una realización preferida, la capa 42 comprende
aproximadamente 70% en peso de polipropileno (PP). El polipropileno
es una poliolefina cristalina con un punto de fusión que oscila
entre 126ºC y 170ºC (dependiendo de la cristalinidad del material).
Es preferible que el polipropileno tenga una fase continua, y por
tanto, en una realización preferida la concentración debe ser de al
menos aproximadamente el 60% en peso.
De manera preferible, en una realización, la capa
obturadora 42 comprende aproximadamente el 10% en peso de
polietileno lineal de baja densidad (LLDPE) dispersado en la matriz
de polipropileno. El polietileno lineal de baja densidad es una
poliolefina semicristalina con un punto de fusión que oscila entre
90ºC y 130ºC. Se podría utilizar en una concentración que oscila
entre el 5% y el 15% en peso.
El polietileno lineal de baja densidad que está
en la capa obturadora 42 juega dos papeles. Tiene un punto de
fusión menor que el polipropileno y por tanto aumenta el
funcionamiento térmico bimodal de la mezcla. Además, la naturaleza
altamente amorfa del polietileno lineal de baja densidad aumenta la
movilidad y compatibilidad de la fase de dispersión, produciendo una
mezcla mejor.
En una realización, la capa obturadora también
incluye aproximadamente el 20% en peso de
estireno-etileno-butileno-estireno
(SEBS). SEBS es un copolímero tribloque. Comprende un bloque de
poliestireno, un bloque de copolímero de
etileno-butileno y un bloque poliestireno. El
etileno-butileno es un elastómero. El tribloque
completo actúa como un elastómero termoplástico con una temperatura
de ablandamiento de aproximadamente 100ºC. Esta debe ser la segunda
fase de dispersión, con concentraciones que oscilan entre el 5% y el
20% en peso. La naturaleza de emulsión de este copolímero tribloque
produce poca movilidad incluso a temperaturas que están por encima
del punto de ablandamiento.
En la anterior realización, se debe apreciar que
se puede utilizar polietileno con una densidad ultrabaja (ULDPE) en
la misma concentración como sustituto de todo o parte del
polietileno lineal de baja densidad y se podría añadir
etileno-acetato de vinilo para mejorar las
propiedades desincrustantes.
Una parte esencial de esta realización del cierre
hermético despegable consiste en que la capa obturadora 42 funciona
como un sólido a una temperatura de obturación baja (es decir, una
temperatura de obturación despegable). Refiriéndonos a las figuras
5(a) y 5(b), se ilustra el sellado de dos capas
obturadoras 42, 42' entre si. De manera específica, se ilustra la
producción de un cierre hermético despegable 43 y de un cierre
hermético permanente 45.
Refiriéndonos específicamente a la figura
5(a), cuando se calientan las capas obturadoras 42, 42', sólo
la fase de dispersión es líquida. Por tanto, la adhesión se produce
únicamente en los puntos que forman puentes 50 y 52 entre el cierre
hermético 43 de las dos capas de película 42 y 42'. La resistencia
del cierre hermético despegable 43 es proporcional al número de
puentes. Por ello la resistencia del cierre hermético despegable 43
viene determinada no sólo por la composición de las capas
obturadoras 42 y 42' sino también por la microestructura y por tanto
por las características mecánicas y térmicas de la maduración.
Además, como la esterilización se lleva a cabo a una temperatura
baja (por ejemplo de aproximadamente 120ºC) las capas obturadoras
42, 42' son sólidas, no hay flujo laminar durante el proceso de
esterilización reduciéndose tanto la entremezcla como la formación
de la tira de unión.
Refiriéndonos a la figura 5(b), a
temperaturas más altas, las capas obturadoras 42, 42' se comportan
como un fluido viscoso que conduce a una entremezcla más fuerte y a
la formación de una tira de unión. Esto produce un cierre hermético
permanente 45.
La capa obturadora 42 proporciona un sistema
bimodal auténtico, con una zona de meseta que se puede sellar de
manera que se puede romper ese sello a una temperatura comprendida
entre 110ºC y 125ºC y una segunda meseta que se puede sellar de
manera permanente. El polietileno lineal de baja densidad (altamente
amorfo) juega el papel de un plastificante y puede ser un
compatibilizante.
A continuación se muestran ejemplos de la
presente invención y pruebas de los mismos, a modo de ejemplo y no
como limitación.
En este ejemplo, la capa obturadora
comprendía:
aproximadamente entre 45 y 54% de PP,
aproximadamente entre 18 y 27% de SEBS,
aproximadamente entre 9 y 14% de EVA,
aproximadamente entre 4,5 y 9% de aceite de
parafina,
aproximadamente entre 9,8% de LLPDE, y
aproximadamente entre 2%, de ABP.
La figura 6 ilustra en forma de gráfico la
resistencia al despegue versus la temperatura para una capa
obturadora formada según la anterior formulación. El cierre
hermético se hizo en un sellador térmico con una presión de 2 MPa
para un tiempo de soldadura de 3 segundos de soldadura. Los cierres
herméticos tenían una longitud de 200 mm y una anchura de 4 mm. Las
mediciones de resistencia se llevaron a cabo en una máquina para
pruebas de tracción Instron en bandas de una anchura de 15 mm
cortadas perpendicularmente al cierre hermético.
En este ejemplo comparativo, la capa obturadora
comprendía:
65% de PP, una cantidad indiscriminada de
co-etileno (4% de etileno), y
35% de PP sindiotáctico.
La figura 7 ilustra en forma de gráfico la
resistencia al despegue versus la temperatura para una capa
obturadora formada según la anterior formulación. El cierre
hermético se hizo en un sellador térmico con una presión de 2 MPa
para un tiempo de soldadura de 3 segundos. Los cierres herméticos
tenían una longitud de 200 mm y una anchura de 4 mm. Las mediciones
de resistencia se llevaron a cabo en una máquina para pruebas de
tracción Instron en bandas de una anchura de 15 mm cortadas
perpendicularmente al cierre hermético.
En este ejemplo, la capa obturadora
comprendía:
60% de PP, una cantidad indiscriminada de
co-etileno
25% de SEBS, y
15% de LLDPE.
La figura 8 ilustra en forma de gráfico la
resistencia al cierre hermético. El cierre hermético se hizo en un
sellador térmico con una presión de 2 MPa para un tiempo de
soldadura de 3 segundos. Los cierres herméticos tenían una longitud
de 200 mm y una anchura de 4 mm. Las mediciones de resistencia se
llevaron a cabo en una máquina para pruebas de tracción Instron en
bandas que tenían una anchura de 15 mm cortadas perpendicularmente
al cierre hermético.
En este ejemplo, la capa obturadora
comprendía:
60% de PP,
20% de SEBS,
10% de EVA, y
10% de LLDPE.
La figura 9 ilustra en forma de gráfico la
resistencia al cierre hermético. El cierre hermético se hizo en un
sellador térmico con una presión de 2MPa para un tiempo de soldadura
de 3 segundos. Los cierres herméticos tenían una longitud de 200 mm
y una anchura de 4 mm. Las mediciones de resistencia se llevaron a
cabo en una máquina para pruebas de tracción Instron en bandas que
tenían una anchura de 15 mm cortadas perpendicularmente al cierre
hermético.
Las conclusiones que se derivan de los datos de
los cuatro ejemplos anteriores incluyen:
1. Todas las formulaciones probadas tienen
propiedades despegables.
2. La adición de EVA aumenta el valor de
despegabilidad, es decir, la cantidad de fuerza requerida para abrir
el cierre hermético.
3. Parece que la adición de EVA disminuye la
resistencia del cierre hermético permanente, aparentemente debido a
la menor adhesión en la capa de enlace.
4. Si se mezcla LLDPE en vez de una mezcla seca
se tiene más influencia sobre el valor de resistencia.
Refiriéndonos ahora a la figura 10, se ilustra
una realización de la presente invención. El recipiente 60 se
proporciona con dos cámaras 62 y 64 que están separadas por un
cierre hermético despegable 66. Sin embargo, se pueden prever más de
dos cámaras. Según se ilustra, el recipiente 60 incluye un puerto 67
que permite comunicación de fluido con el exterior del recipiente
60.
El recipiente 60 incluye un área interna 68 que
está en comunicación de fluido con el interior 69 del puerto 67. El
área interna 68 está definida en parte por un cierre hermético
despegable 70. Aunque no es necesario, en una realización preferida,
el cierre hermético despegable 70 puede tener una resistencia al
despegue mayor que la resistencia al despegue del cierre hermético
despegable 66. En uso, el primer cierre hermético despegable 66 está
separado, esto permite que se mezclen soluciones en la cámara 62 y
64. Cuando se aplica más presión, el cierre hermético despegable 70
se abre y la solución que se ha mezclado se puede infundir al
paciente a través del puerto.
Claims (11)
1. Recipiente que incluye al menos un cierre
hermético lateral permanente y que define al menos dos cámaras que
tienen entre medias un cierre hermético despegable, recipiente que
está construido, al menos en parte, con una película que
comprende:
una capa externa que define una superficie
externa del recipiente, incluyendo la capa externa
polipropileno;
una capa obturadora que define, al menos en
parte, una superficie interna del recipiente, el cierre hermético
despegable y el cierre hermético permanente, capa obturadora que
tiene una propiedad térmica bimodal,
y caracterizado porque la película
comprende entre la capa externa y la capa obturadora una capa
interna que incluye poliamida y porque la capa obturadora incluye
polipropileno, polietileno lineal de baja densidad y

2. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, en donde
la capa obturadora incluye etileno-acetato de vinilo
(EVA).
3. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1 que
incluye una primera área definida, en parte, por un segundo cierre
hermético despegable que está situado en yuxtaposición con un lado
del recipiente, estando el segundo cierre hermético despegable
diseñado para separarse al aplicar una presión de fluido
suficiente.
4. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1 que
incluye un puerto y un área interna en comunicación de fluido con
al menos una parte del puerto, estando el área interna definida, al
menos en parte, por un segundo cierre hermético despegable que
separa el área interna de al menos una de las cámaras.
5. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, en donde
la primera área está acoplada en un tubo.
6. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, en donde
la capa obturadora incluye al menos el 45% en peso de
polipropileno.
7. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, en donde
la capa obturadora incluye: entre el 45% y el 48% en peso de
polipropileno; el 20% en peso de polietileno lineal de baja
densidad; el 25% en peso de SEBS; y del 0% al 15% en peso de
EVA.
8. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, en donde
la capa obturadora incluye al menos dos calidades de polipropileno,
cada una con un punto de fusión diferente.
9. Recipiente según la reivindicación 8, en donde
el comportamiento bimodal es tal que se crea un cierre permanente a
una temperatura por lo menos 5ºC mayor que las temperaturas con
las que se crea el cierre permanente.
10. Recipiente según la reivindicación 8, que
incluye una primera área definida, en parte, por un segundo cierre
hermético despegable diseñado para separarse al aplicar una presión
de fluido suficiente.
11. Recipiente según la reivindicación 8, que
incluye un puerto y un área interna en comunicación de fluido con
una parte del puerto, estando el área interna definida, al menos en
parte, por un segundo cierre hermético despegable que separa el área
interna de al menos una de las cámaras.
