本发明公开了一种冻干药物施药装置,属于冻干药物领域,包括药物腔、复原溶剂腔和密封条,药物腔与复原溶剂腔相邻设置,密封条设置在药物腔与复原溶剂腔之间,密封条将药物腔与复原溶剂腔隔开,当对复原溶剂腔内的复原溶剂施加压力时复原溶剂可以将密封条冲开使复原溶剂与冻干药物混合;药物腔的底部设置排气管,排气管外设置单向排气阀,复原溶剂腔的底部设置输液管和注液管。本发明的冻干药物施药装置可以方便的混合冻干药物和复原溶剂,整个混合过程都在密封无菌的腔体内进行,杜绝了药物污染的可能性。本装置根据冻干药物的不同注入不同种类的复原溶剂,使用混合方便,本装置为一次性医用器械。

一种冻干药物施药装置
技术领域
本发明涉及冻干药物领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种冻干药物施药装置。
背景技术
真空冷冻干燥,也称升华干燥。其原理是将材料冷冻,使其含有的水份变成冰块,然后在真空下使冰升华而达到干燥目的。冻干药物是一种使用冻干技术处理药物的方法,通过冻干可以延长和标准化在液态中最小的药物产品的保质期。冻干是通过将液体药物直接转化为蒸汽而没有液体的中间形态,而从冷冻药物中去除液体部分的方法,冻干的主要步骤为冷冻(从液态至固态),初级干燥(升华)和二次干燥(用于除去非冷冻液体)。
冻干后的药物使用时需要与复原溶剂混合后才能给患者输液或者注射,现有技术将冻干药物与复原溶剂分开包装,使用时用注射器在药瓶内混合,复原溶剂根据药物种类的不同选择也不同,上述混合过程中可能产生药物污染的风险,由于冻干过程需要先降温后升温,经过上述温度变化复原溶剂可能失效,所以不能将药物和复原溶剂一起进行冻干处理。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种冻干药物施药装置,该装置不会出现药物混合被污染的问题,方便混合施用冻干药物。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种冻干药物施药装置,包括药物腔、复原溶剂腔和密封条,所述药物腔与复原溶剂腔相邻设置,密封条设置在药物腔与复原溶剂腔之间,密封条将药物腔与复原溶剂腔隔开,当对复原溶剂腔内的复原溶剂施加压力时复原溶剂可以将密封条冲开使复原溶剂与冻干药物混合;
所述药物腔的底部设置排气管,排气管外设置单向排气阀,所述复原溶剂腔的底部设置输液管和注液管。
优选的,所述复原溶剂腔底部还设置备用注液管,备用注液管设在注液管旁。
优选的,所述密封条的中间部位设置易折断区,易折断区的厚度要小于密封条的其他部位,方便密封条在药液混合时被冲开。
优选的,所述复原溶剂腔、药物腔与注液管、输液管、排气管连接处的外围区域设置外密封件,外密封件内充入惰性气体。
优选的,所述药物腔的上部设置便签,便签与复原溶剂腔上部设置吊孔。
优选的,所述药物腔、复原溶剂腔由聚烯烃/苯乙烯-嵌段共聚物或任何其它合适的材料制成。
优选的,所述排气管、输液管和注液管由聚丙烯和聚碳酸酯或任何其它合适的材料制成。
优选的,所述复原溶剂腔和药物腔为透明的,方便实时观察药液混合情况。
采用本发明的技术方案,能得到以下的有益效果:
本发明的冻干药物施药装置可以方便的混合冻干药物和复原溶剂,整个混合过程都在密封无菌的腔体内进行,杜绝了药物污染的可能性。本装置根据冻干药物的不同注入不同种类的复原溶剂,使用混合方便,本装置为一次性医用器械。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,本冻干药物施药装置包括药物腔2、复原溶剂腔1和密封条8,药物腔2与复原溶剂腔1相邻设置,密封条8设置在药物腔2与复原溶剂腔1之间,密封条8将药物腔2与复原溶剂腔1隔开;如图2所示,当对复原溶剂腔1内的复原溶剂施加压力时复原溶剂可以将密封条8冲开使复原溶剂与冻干药物混合;密封条8的中间部位设置易折断区9,易折断区9的厚度要小于密封条8的其他部位,方便密封条8在药液混合时被冲开。药物腔2的底部设置排气管3,排气管3外设置单向排气阀4,复原溶剂腔1的底部设置输液管5和注液管6。
药物密封在药物腔2内然后放入冻干机进行冻干处理,此时不注入复原溶剂,由于药物与水分的沸点不一样,水分经过冻干以后由排气管3排出,排气管3端部设置单向排气阀4,使水汽只能排出不能重新进入。药物处理好后在便签10 上写好药物的相应名称等药物基本信息,使用时根据需要在注液管6内注入相对应的复原溶剂;为防止出现注液管6出现堵塞的情况,设置了备用注液管7备用。
如图1所示,复原溶剂腔1、药物腔2与注液管6、输液管5、排气管3连接处的外围区域设置外密封件12,外密封件12内充入惰性气体,当连接处出现渗漏时充入的惰性气体就会冒出使外密封件12瘪掉,当出现渗漏时要立即停止使用。
如图3所示,复原溶剂腔1上部设置吊孔11,吊孔11用于输液时吊挂。本装置的一种实施方式是复原溶剂腔1和药物腔2为透明的,方便实时观察药液混合情况。
本装置的药物腔2、复原溶剂腔1由聚烯烃/苯乙烯-嵌段共聚物或任何其它合适的材料制成;排气管3、输液管5和注液管6由聚丙烯和聚碳酸酯或任何其它合适的材料制成。上述材料要能够承受零下40°的低温和常温而不改变性状。

Claims (8)

1.一种冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:包括药物腔、复原溶剂腔和密封条,所述药物腔与复原溶剂腔相邻设置,密封条设置在药物腔与复原溶剂腔之间,密封条将药物腔与复原溶剂腔隔开,当对复原溶剂腔内的复原溶剂施加压力时复原溶剂可以将密封条冲开使复原溶剂与冻干药物混合;
所述药物腔的底部设置排气管,排气管外设置单向排气阀,所述复原溶剂腔的底部设置输液管和注液管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:所述复原溶剂腔底部还设置备用注液管,备用注液管设在注液管旁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:所述密封条的中间部位设置易折断区,易折断区的厚度要小于密封条的其他部位,方便密封条在药液混合时被冲开。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:所述复原溶剂腔、药物腔与注液管、输液管、排气管连接处的外围区域设置外密封件,外密封件内充入惰性气体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:所述药物腔的上部设置便签,便签与复原溶剂腔上部设置吊孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:所述药物腔、复原溶剂腔由聚烯烃/苯乙烯-嵌段共聚物或任何其它合适的材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:所述排气管、输液管和注液管由聚丙烯和聚碳酸酯或任何其它合适的材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冻干药物施药装置,其特征在于:所述复原溶剂腔和药物腔为透明的,方便实时观察药液混合情况。
