Definitions

  • the invention relates to a frame for a drawer according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a frame of the generic type is from the DE 202 03 551 U1 known.
  • the one from the DE 10 2010 060 722 A1 Known frame has a connecting fitting as a functional device, which is mounted with a base section on a frame adapter of a frame of a drawer or is formed thereon.
  • a manually operated release lever is articulated on a locking lever and on the base section and extends into a free space in the frame adapter, so that it can be operated by a user in the free space by hand.
  • the frame has proven itself in practice, but requires a relatively large width.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to further develop the generic frame with a view to the possibility of realizing particularly narrow designs.
  • simple displaceability between the inner shell and the outer shell is to be realized.
  • the invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1. It also creates a drawer for a piece of furniture with one or more frames according to one of the claims related thereto.
  • Advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the subclaims.
  • the frame preferably has a kind of elongated housing in the manner of a shell, at least with an outer shell and an inner shell, between which a cavity is formed, which is easily accessible in this way.
  • sliding guide means that a first element is slidably guided on a second element and thereby slides directly or indirectly on this.
  • the sliding guide can be formed, for example, by a web of an element that slides on two or three sides, for example in a corner area or in a guide groove of a corresponding element.
  • the guide groove can be formed directly in the inner shell or the outer shell or in a further guide element attached to it.
  • the outer shell and / or the inner shell are formed from one or more steel elements, in particular steel sheets.
  • the invention is not limited to this, but in principle is also very suitable for inner and outer shells made of other materials, for example of light metal, in particular aluminum.
  • the guide elements are particularly advantageous here.
  • the guide elements are made of plastic.
  • one of the sliding guides is designed as an upper sliding guide and the at least one other of the sliding guides is configured as at least one lower sliding guide between the inner shell and the outer shell and that at least the upper sliding guide and / or the at least one lower sliding guide each have one or more of the guide elements arranged between the outer shell and the inner shell.
  • the terms “above” and “below” refer to a vertical direction in an installation position of the frame on a drawer to a lower installation position closer to the drawer bottom and to an upper installation position spaced further from this drawer bottom.
  • the guide elements are each arranged in a receiving channel formed between the inner shell and the outer shell.
  • the receiving channel is preferably formed from at least three or four walls, with at least one wall projecting above the height of the guide elements. Particularly preferably, two walls that run approximately parallel to one another in a vertical alignment with the drawer bottom have the same height. In this way, the guide elements are well protected and are visually concealed (with regard to the use position of the drawer with a frame according to the invention on a piece of furniture) of the outer shell and the inner shell in the respective receiving channel.
  • the guide elements are each fastened to the inner shell or to the outer shell and if the respective corresponding element - the outer shell or the inner shell - has a guide groove designed corresponding to the guide element, in the area of which the outer shell or the inner shell on the or the guide elements is slidably guided.
  • the frame has two different lower sliding guides between the inner shell and the outer shell and that both of the lower sliding guides each have one or more of the guide elements arranged between the outer shell and the inner shell. In this way, limited mobility can be realized in the lower region between the inner shell and the outer shell, which is sufficient to allow access to functional elements in the interior between the inner shell and the outer shell. In addition, it is possible in this way to position the outer shell and the inner shell very precisely relative to one another.
  • the guide elements of the sliding guides are each attached to the inner shell and / or to the outer shell.
  • one or more sliding and / or positioning means for fastening and / or positioning an attachment element are formed on one or more of the upper guide elements.
  • the at least one upper guide element advantageously takes on a multiple function, for example for arranging at least one angle element.
  • sliding guide means on one or more of the upper guide elements are formed, on which a cover strip with corresponding sliding guide means is slidably guided.
  • the upper guide elements are thus advantageously used both for the function of the sliding guide between the inner and outer shells and for the realization of further frame variants with a cover strip, with which, for example, other colors or shapes on the frame can be realized.
  • sliding guide means are formed on the upper guide elements, on which the cover strip is displaceably guided with corresponding sliding guide means.
  • two sliding guides are formed on the upper guide rails at the same time. This is on the one hand the sliding guide between the inner and outer shell and on the other hand a sliding guide for the cover strip relative to one of the elements inner and outer shell.
  • At least one type of the lower guide means is arranged in the front and / or rear end regions of the frame in each case between the inner shell and the outer shell in order to guide the inner shell and the outer shell well and preferably in these two regions to keep relatively precisely spaced and in order to secure them in the end regions of the frame against pulling apart beyond the designed displacement path.
  • the one type of lower guide elements is fixed on the inner shell and is guided directly or indirectly on the outer shell and if the other type of lower guide elements is fixed on the outer shell and directly or indirectly on the inner shell is slidably guided.
  • the first type of lower sliding guide means can be fixed to the inner shell or to the outer shell by a joining forming process.
  • the sliding guide means can also serve to make it easier to assemble the frame and to hold the one shell on the other shell in a simple manner.
  • This type of fastening is simple and can be implemented in a small space without additional components, so that the use of the joining forming process as a suitable manufacturing method opens up a possibility of reducing the overall width of the frame.
  • the upper and lower guide elements can each be constructed identically or differently from one another.
  • frames can be realized in which the inner shell and / or the outer shell, preferably made of sheet steel, together form a body which is essentially rectangular in cross section and whose maximum width B 3 is less than 15 mm.
  • Fig. 1 shows a piece of cabinet furniture.
  • the cabinet furniture 2 has a furniture body 3.
  • three drawers 4, 5 are used - purely by way of example.
  • the drawers 4, 5 are slidably guided in the furniture body 3, so that each of the drawers 4, 5 can be pulled out of the furniture body 3 into an open position and pushed out of this again into a closed position.
  • the in Fig. 2a and b Drawer 5 shown has a front panel 6a, which is designed here, for example, as a relatively high front panel 6a.
  • the drawer 5 also has two side frames - hereinafter also called frames 1 for short.
  • the frames 1 are preferably constructed with two shells.
  • the frame has a kind of elongated housing in the manner of a shell with an outer shell 11 and an inner shell 10.
  • the outer shell 11 is held on the inner shell 10 and is displaceable relative to the latter.
  • the outer shell is preferably held on the inner shell so as to be displaceable to a limited extent.
  • the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 each have a narrow cavity.
  • inner shell 10 and outer shell 11 does not mean that they have to be constructed in one piece. Rather, the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 can in turn be composed of several elements such as sheet metal strips, so that these sheet metal strips interact to form the inner shell and the outer shell 10, 11.
  • the drawer 5 also has a rear wall 12a and a drawer bottom 12b.
  • the outer shell 11 and the inner shell 10 are preferably - but not necessarily - made of sheet metal, in particular sheet steel. However, they can also consist of other materials.
  • the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 are each made in one piece or in several pieces from one or more metal sheets, in particular made of steel, which have been bent to form sections and on which cutouts and the like may be obtained by punching, cutting or the like. are trained.
  • the outer shell 11 and the inner shell 10 form a frame with a relatively small, ie "narrow" width, which (perpendicular to the Fig. 3a ) is preferably less than 15 mm, in particular narrower than 12 mm. Especially with such narrow frames 1, the invention can be used advantageously.
  • Fig. 2b the outer shell 11 of the frame 1 of the drawer 5, seen from the operator of the drawer 5, is not shown, and the inner shell 10 of the frame 1, seen from the operator of the drawer 5, is not shown.
  • a plurality of functional devices are arranged on each of the frames 1 and are essentially arranged in the installation space between the outer shell 11 and the inner shell 10. These functional devices include, for example, one or more locking devices and one or more fastening elements.
  • the drawer in the area of each of the two frames 1 has at least one, here two connection fittings 7a, 7b, with which the front panel 6a can be fastened to the frame.
  • the front panel 6a for each connection fitting 7a, 7b can be connected to a corresponding locking device 9a, 9b on the corresponding frame 1 on the left or right or connected in the assembled state via a support device 8.
  • the drawer 4 with a low front panel 6b is constructed analogously to the drawer 5 with a high front panel 6a. Differences between the two drawers 4, 5 exist in particular in the height of the front panel 6a and 6b (and possibly the rear wall) and, consequently, in the height of the frames 1, which are correspondingly lower in the drawer 4 with a lower front panel 6b. Accordingly, the frames 1 of the drawer 4 with a low front panel 6b each have only one locking device 9a or 9b.
  • the inner shell 10 is displaceable, preferably limitedly displaceable, relative to the outer shell 11. (see illustration for example Fig. 16 ).
  • the outer shell 11 is designed in one piece.
  • the outer shell 11 also has an outer wall section 13, which essentially or completely forms the visible outer wall of the frame 10 on the outer wall / side facing away from the drawer bottom 12b.
  • the inner shell 11 is shorter by its width B than the outer shell 11.
  • a lower edge 14 of this outer wall section 13 is preferably bent through 180 ° to the inner shell 10.
  • a groove-like lower guide groove 15 is formed on the outer shell 11 ( Fig. 3b ).
  • an upper edge 16 of this outer wall section 13 is also bent by a total of approximately 180 ° to the inner shell 10, so that a groove-like upper guide groove 17 is also formed.
  • the upper guide groove 17 is wider than the lower guide groove 15.
  • the upper edge 16 here also forms a cover strip section 18 which is angled toward the outer wall section 13 and which closes off the outer shell 11 at the top.
  • the cover strip section 18 is preferably bent through 90 ° relative to the outer wall section 13.
  • the upper edge 16 also preferably forms (in a manner still to be explained) a resilient bend 19 which extends downward from the cover strip section 18.
  • the upper edge 16 together with the cover strip section 18 and the bend 19 forms the upper channel-like guide groove 17 on the outer shell 11.
  • the inner shell 10 is configured in two pieces. But it can also be designed in one piece or consist of more than two sheets (not shown here).
  • the inner shell 10 has an inner wall section 20 and a container rail 21 fastened to the inner wall section 20 with one or more fastening points, these points being able to be produced by connecting methods such as riveting, clinching or welding.
  • One or more of the functional elements explained above are / are fixed on the container rail 21. It increases the stability of the respective frame 1 and simplifies assembly.
  • the inner wall section 20 serves, inter alia, to visually cover the frame 1 on the inside - ie towards the drawer bottom 12b.
  • the upper edge 22 of the inner wall section 20 (and here also that of the container rail) - see Fig. 3b - Is bent outwards or towards the outer shell 11 in such a way that it lies below the upper guide groove 17 and there forms a support leg 23 in the manner of a traverse.
  • An upper receiving channel K1 is thus formed between the support leg 23 and the inner and outer shells 10, 11 towards the upper edge region.
  • the support leg 23 is used here for fastening one or more first - upper - guide elements (s) 24. These are arranged in the upper receiving channel K1 and lie there well protected and visually covered. The outer shell 11 slides on them. They therefore form with the outer shell 11 a first, upper sliding guide S1 (see Fig. 3b ).
  • a plurality of the upper guide elements 24 are preferably distributed in a row spaced apart from one another on the support leg 23 of the inner shell 10.
  • the support leg 23 and an adjacent wall area of the inner shell 10 form two of the walls of the upper receiving channel K1.
  • the outer shell 11 forms two other walls of this receiving channel K1.
  • the upper receiving channel K1 is thus closed all around.
  • the upper guide elements 24 are therefore not visible from the outside in their installed position on a drawer.
  • the guide elements 24 can be fixed in place in the receiving channel K1, for example with screws or rivets and / or locking means or the like.
  • Preferred - since it is simple and uncomplicated - is a fastening with at least one latching hook 40 or more latching hooks which engage / engage in a latching recess 41 in the carrying leg 23 and / or the container rail 21 ( Fig. 3b and 3c ).
  • the upper (and also the further) guide elements 24 each form sliding elements, whereby after Fig. 3b the upper guide elements engage directly in the upper guide groove 17 of the displaceable outer shell 11.
  • the resilient leg 19 rests laterally on the guide elements 24.
  • the first - upper - sliding guide S1 is formed between the outer shell 11 and the inner shell 10.
  • the bend 19 is preferably designed as a resilient leg which resiliently engages laterally in a lateral recess 24a of the upper guide elements 24, the outer shell 11 is particularly well seated on the guide elements 24 in this area. In this way, a device for securing the outer shell 11 from the inner shell 10 is also realized in a simple manner.
  • the lift-off protection can also be implemented constructively in another way. This is done on 20 a) and b) referred.
  • the upper guide element 24 ′′ does not engage directly in a guide groove in the outer shell 11 (for example here in the guide groove 17) but in a guide groove 49 which is arranged in a further guide element 50.
  • This is mounted on the outer shell 11.
  • the further guide element 50 is provided with the guide groove 49, into which an upper guide web 51 of the guide element 24 ′′ fixed on the inner shell engages.
  • the further upper guide element 50 is arranged in the guide groove 17 and fixed (in a manner not recognizable here).
  • the upper sliding guide S1 between the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 is implemented constructively with two guide elements 24 ′′, 50, one of which is provided on the outer shell 11 and the other on the inner shell 10.
  • This one or more upper guide elements 24, 24 "(and 50) preferably consists of a plastic. The latter also applies to further guide elements 25a, 25b to be explained.
  • outer shell 11 is also guided further below - here at the lower edge - towards the inner shell 10 with further guide elements 25a, b relative to the inner shell 10.
  • At least one further sliding guide S2 is formed between the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11.
  • lower guide elements According to the figures shown, on the other hand, two different types are provided on lower guide elements, which are designated 25a and 25b in the drawings and which are each optimally adaptable or adapted to the tasks and geometries in the region of the two lower sliding guides S2, S3.
  • the first lower guide elements 25a are preferably fixed to the lower guide groove 15 on the outer shell 11 using a reshaping method, preferably in such a way that the joining process leaves no visible traces from the outside. They serve as combined guiding and fixing elements and also serve to hold the outer shell 11 on the inner shell 10.
  • the lower middle guide elements 25a advantageously engage with a vertically oriented guide leg 26b in a non-displaceably fixed manner in the lower groove 15 of the outer shell 11.
  • first lower guide elements 25a are provided by way of example. They preferably show on average (see 10 and 11 ) a T shape.
  • the preassembled guide elements 25a on the outer shell 11 carry a horizontally oriented cross member 27 of the inner shell 10 after placing the inner shell 10 with a horizontally oriented leg 26a. This limits a lower receiving channel K2 for the lower guide elements 25a, b upwards.
  • Another wall of this receiving channel K2 is formed by the outer shell 11 and the other by the inner shell 10. Since the middle lower guide elements 25a are fastened to the outer shell 11, the actual sliding guide S2 is formed on these guide elements 25a towards the inner shell 10, here on the container rail 21.
  • the lower middle guide elements 25a are thus advantageously arranged between the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 and are concealed and well protected there.
  • At least one of the middle (first lower) guide elements 25a which are fixed to the outer shell, has a spring element 30 - which is designed for this is to snap into a window or the like of the inner shell when the outer shell 11 is displaced relative to the inner shell in order to releasably fix the outer shell 11 relative to the inner shell 10 in a final assembly position, which can only be solved in special cases such as a maintenance case.

  • outer guide elements 25b - see 4 to 8 - Provided, which are each provided in the end region (ie towards the front panel and towards the rear wall) of the frame 1.
  • outer guide elements 25b stabilize in particular the outer end regions of the frame in the end region of the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11. They are also arranged in the lower receiving channel K2. However, they are fixed to the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 is displaceable relative to them / on them.
  • the outer guide elements 25b preferably each have a latching means such as a latching hook 28, which is / are attached to a corresponding latching means - for example on a window 29 of the inner shell 10.
  • the two outer lower guide elements 25a, b are also preferably approximately T-shaped in section, so that three legs 26a, b, c are formed on them.
  • the horizontal leg 26a has the latching hook 28 and is fixed to the inner shell 10, specifically in a cross-sectionally U-shaped receptacle 47 formed in the end region of the inner shell 10.
  • the lower vertical leg 26b engages in the guide groove which is open vertically upward 15 of the outer shell 11 and is slidably guided there.
  • the lower vertical leg 26b of these outer guide elements 25b which form a second type of the lower guide elements, engages in the lower guide groove 15 of the outer shell 11.
  • the third lower sliding guide S3 is thus formed in a simple manner.

  • the first guide elements 25a are preferably fixed with a reshaping method on the outer shell 11 on their guide groove, preferably in such a way that the joining process on the opposite side of the outer shell leaves "no visible” traces.
  • FIG. 3c four of the middle guide elements 25a of the first type are provided by way of example.
  • Two of the outer guide elements 25b of the second type are also provided, each of which is provided in the end region (ie towards the front panel and towards the rear wall) of the frame 1.
  • These outer guide elements 25b stabilize in particular the outer end regions between the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11.
  • the outer guide elements 25b preferably each have a latching means such as a latching hook 28 which is attached to a corresponding latching means - for example to a window 29 here on the (continuous or guide groove 15 of the outer shell 10 is / are provided in sections
  • All of the lower guide elements 25a, b are preferably approximately T-shaped in section, so that three legs 26a, b, c are formed on them, which can engage in corresponding grooves in the outer shell 11 and or in the inner shell 10.
  • a further component is provided on the shell of the frame 1.

  • the cover strip 35 in the manner of a decorative strip, has the advantage that it can be used to provide additional optical and functional variants of the frame or on frames without the structure of the frame having to be fundamentally changed. Different colored and / or differently shaped cover strips 35 can be provided in order to be able to change the design of the frame upwards in a simple manner for individual customers and / or to be able to implement attachments or the like on the frame in a simple manner.
  • the decorative strip complements the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 opposite Fig. 3 (two-part bowl) to a bowl that can also be called a three-part bowl.
  • the upper edge 16 of the outer shell 11 is still formed into a type of guide groove 17, but to a narrower upper guide groove 17, in which first upper guide webs 36 of the upper guide elements 24 'engage.
  • Further guide webs 37a, b on the upper guide elements 24 ' can be formed on the upper guide elements 24', into which one or more webs 39 of the cover strip 35 can engage, so that the latter is also displaceably guided on the inner shell 10.
