Claims (11)

  1. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) comprenant un boîtier en matériau isolant (2) et au moins une connexion par borne à ressort (11) dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (2), ainsi qu'au moins un élément d'actionnement (4) logé de manière à pouvoir pivoter dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (2) et conçu pour ouvrir respectivement au moins une connexion par borne à ressort (11) associée, dans laquelle l'élément d'actionnement (4) possède deux segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b) espacés l'un de l'autre, qui s'engagent au moins en partie par une zone de palier pivotant (14) dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (2) et qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre face à la zone de palier pivotant (14) au moyen d'un traverse (5) en formant un bras de levier, dans laquelle les zones de palier pivotant (14) des segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b) espacés l'un de l'autre de l'élément d'actionnement (4) forment un axe de rotation (D) sur lequel l'élément d'actionnement (4) est monté pivotant dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (2), et dans laquelle une connexion par borne à ressort (11) associée est logée au moins en partie dans l'espace compris entre les zones de palier pivotant (14) de l'élément d'actionnement (4), et dans laquelle les zones de palier pivotant (14) possèdent des segments d'actionnement (16) qui sont respectivement destinés à solliciter un ressort de serrage (17) associé d'une connexion par borne à ressort (11) lors du pivotement de l'élément d'actionnement (4) d'une position fermée à laquelle l'élément d'actionnement (4) est amené à pivoter par sa traverse (5) dans la direction du boîtier en matériau isolant (2) et à laquelle se ferme un point de serrage formé par une connexion par borne à ressort (11) et permettant de serrer un conducteur électrique, à une position ouverte à laquelle l'élément d'actionnement (4) est amené à pivoter par sa traverse (5) en s'écartant du boîtier en matériau isolant (2) et à laquelle s'ouvre un point de serrage formé par la connexion par borne à ressort (11) et permettant des serrer un conducteur, caractérisée en ce que les segments d'actionnement (16) sont disposés sur les zones de palier pivotant (14) des segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b) avec un écartement entre eux qui est inférieur à l'écartement entre les segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b), dans laquelle les segments d'actionnement (16) s'étendent parallèlement aux segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b) et sont formés d'un seul tenant avec les segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b), de manière à créer une fente de guidage (30) respective entre un segment d'actionnement (16) et le segment de paroi latérale (8a, 8b) directement adjacent associé et à ce qu'une nervure de guidage (27) respective du boîtier en matériau isolant (2) s'engage dans une fente de guidage (30) associée afin de guider l'élément d'actionnement (4) dans la zone de palier pivotant (14) lors du mouvement pivotant autour de l'axe de rotation (D) .
  2. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (4) est adapté au boîtier en matériau isolant (2) et à la connexion par borne à ressort (11) associée de manière à ce que la force de pivotement par levier (FH) qui agit sur la traverse (5) pour faire pivoter l'élément d'actionnement (4) de la position fermée vers la position ouverte, ainsi que la force d'actionnement de ressort (FF) exercée par les segments d'actionnement (16) sur le ressort de serrage (17) lors du pivotement de l'élément d'actionnement (4) de la position fermée vers la position ouverte, agissent du même côté par rapport à l'axe (D).
  3. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b) adjacents de deux éléments d'actionnement (4) disposés côte à côte dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (2) sont directement adjacents l'un à l'autre.
  4. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier en matériau isolant (2) possède une partie formant boîtier de bornes (12) et une partie formant couvercle (13) séparée, dans laquelle la partie formant boîtier de bornes (12) et la partie formant couvercle (13) sont reliées l'une à l'autre à l'état monté par au moins une connexion par borne à ressort (11) insérée dans la partie de boîtier de bornes (12) et un élément d'actionnement (4) associé, et en ce que la zone de palier pivotant (14) est logée dans un espace formé entre la partie formant boîtier de bornes (12) et la partie formant couvercle (13).
  5. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la partie formant boîtier de bornes (12) et/ou la partie formant couvercle (13) possède des évidements de palier (15) partiellement circulaires pour le montage pivotant de l'élément d'actionnement (4) dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (2), dans laquelle une périphérie extérieure partiellement circulaire de la zone de palier pivotant (14) qui est adaptée de manière correspondante à l'évidement de palier (15) partiellement circulaire s'engage dans un évidement de palier (15) associé.
  6. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les segments d'actionnement (16) possèdent une périphérie extérieure partiellement circulaire présentant une découpe (32) servant à former un épaulement dépassant dans la direction du centre du segment d'actionnement (16), dans laquelle ladite au moins une connexion par borne à ressort (11) possède respectivement une barre collectrice (2) et un ressort de serrage (17) muni d'une patte d'actionnement et la patte d'actionnement du ressort de serrage (17) repose sur l'épaulement lors du pivotement de l'élément d'actionnement (4) pour ouvrir un point de serrage formé entre une arête de serrage (21) du ressort de serrage (17) et la barre collectrice (22), afin de serrer un conducteur électrique.
  7. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b) d'un élément d'actionnement (4) sont reliés entre eux par une barrette transversale (5) qui, lorsque l'élément d'actionnement (4) est dans l'état pivoté en position haute dans lequel le point de serrage est ouvert, s'étend de l'extrémité libre des segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b) jusqu'au boîtier en matériau isolant (2).
  8. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la barrette transversale (5) fait saillie au-delà de l'extrémité libre, opposée à la zone de palier pivotant (14), des segments de parois latérales (8a, 8b).
  9. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux connexions par bornes à ressort (11) ou plus sont logées côte à côte dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (2) et en ce que les connexions par bornes à ressort (11) possèdent une barre collectrice (22) commune.
  10. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les zones de palier pivotant (14) sont montées sur un segment d'une barre collectrice (22) de la connexion par borne à ressort (11) associée.
  11. Borne de connexion de conducteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les contours extérieurs des segments d'actionnement (16) se situent dans l'espace compris entre le plan formé par une barre collectrice (22) de la connexion par borne à ressort (11) associée, et un plan formé par une branche de butée (18) de la connexion par borne à ressort (11) associée.
