Description

接線端子結構之改良
本創作是有關於一種接線端子結構之改良,是針對一種可供LED插接之接線端子的座體,特別涉及能夠在該接線端子座體之插線口上、下方對外部導線之線端提供遮掩及護持作用的結構,尤其涉及該結構之傾斜面與插線護牆。
接線端子也稱為連接器,主要是用來連接電子零件與電子零件之間的金屬導線(俗稱電線),或者連接電子零件與電路板之間的導線,亦可供插接電子零件的導電接腳,而作為電子零件之插接座使用;該電子零件包括電阻、電容、電感、LED、變壓器、液晶面板、觸控面板…等等;依此,可藉由接線端子傳輸電源或電子信號,而方便電子產品、電子設備內部電路板與電子零件之間的安裝及配置。
目前市面上之接線端子的種類繁多,一般而言,傳統接線端子通常具有一絕緣座體、以及多數被包覆於該絕緣座體內部的導電夾,該導電夾主要是以導電金屬材料製成,具有若干用以夾持外部電子零件之導線或接腳的彈性夾片、以及若干顯露於座體外表的焊接腳,該接線端子之座體可藉由所述焊接腳被焊接於電路板上,而隨著電路板設置於電子產品或設備內部。而且,該座體外表具有一插線口,該插線口可供外部電子零件之導線或接腳插入座體,以接受所述彈性夾件之夾口的夾持。此外,為了方便將電子零件之導線或接腳自接線端子之導電夾的夾口中抽出,以利於更換電路板或電子零件,方便維修電子產品或設備,傳統之接線端子上大多設有可用以開啟導電夾之夾口的構造。
由於該接線端子之座體通常都固定於電子產品或設備內部,如果希望在不大幅拆解電子產品或設備的前提下,快速更換電子產品或設備內部之電路板或電子零件,則人員必需將手伸入電子產品或設備內部,以摸索方式確認接線端子之座體的所在位置,並且以摸索方式將原有之電子零件的導線或接腳自座體的插線口內抽出,隨後再以摸索方式將待換上之電子零件的導線或接腳插入座體的插線口內。
然而,傳統之接線端子的座體造型大多方正平整,以徒手摸索的方式不容易確認座體上插線口的位置,縱使摸到了插線口的位置,也不容易將電子零件之導線或接腳對準插入座體的插線口內,導線或接腳非常容易推觸到插線口外緣的座體外壁上而彎曲扭曲,並且偏離插線口,造成使用上相當不便的問題,且目前接線端子之體積趨於小型化,導致上述問題更加嚴重。
故,如何將上述之問題加以摒除,實為本案創作人所欲解決之技術困難點之所在。
爰是,本創作之主要目的,即在於提供一種接線端子結構之改良,特別是關於一種能夠在該接線端子座體之插線口上、下方對外部導線之線端提供遮掩及護持作用的結構,改善上述先前技術中,傳統之接線端子的座體造型大多方正平整,以徒手摸索的方式不容易確認座體上插線口的位置,也不容易將電子零件之導線或接腳對準插入座體的插線口內,造成使用上相當不便的問題。
為達成上述之目的,本創作接線端子結構之改良,包括一座體、以及一設於該座體內的導電夾,該座體一端在一伸出側及一內縮側之間設有一傾斜面,該導電夾具有一夾口;     該傾斜面上設有一相對於該夾口的插線口,且在傾斜面之該內縮側的邊緣設有一相對該伸出側伸出方向凸出之插線護牆,使座體一端藉由該傾斜面及插線護牆構成凹陷形態。
藉由上述,當希望在不大幅拆解電子產品或設備的前提下,快速更換電子產品或設備內部之電路板或電子零件時,人員可將手伸入電子產品或設備內部,以摸索方式快速尋找到插線護牆,而迅速確認座體上插線口的位置,並將原有之電子零件的導線或接腳自插線口內抽出,隨後以摸索方式將待換上之電子零件的導線線端或接腳,快速移至座體之插線護牆的附近,並且將該導線之線端或接腳快速插往該插線護牆附近的座體上,由於插線護牆遮掩於插線口外緣,因此該導線之線端或接腳可非常容易且快速地插入該插線口內。
即使該導線之線端或接腳恰好插在傾斜面上,亦可藉由傾斜面引導該導線之線端或接腳往插線護牆移動,而容易在移動過程中滑入插線口內,可防止該導線之線端或接腳滑移遠離插線口的情形。當該導線之線端或接腳插往插線口的角度過大,使該導線之線端或接腳因為壓觸插線口外緣而造成彎曲扭曲的狀況時,亦可藉由插線護牆止檔該導線之線端或接腳產生大幅的變形,並且護持已稍微彎曲的導線之線端或接腳進入插線口。
據此,能夠在該接線端子座體之插線口上、下方對外部導線之線端或接腳提供遮掩及護持的作用,而有利於護持外部導線之線端或接腳對準並插入該插線口,同時防止導線之線端於插入時發生扭曲而偏離插線口的情形,進而提升使用上的便利性。
依據上述主要結構特徵,該導電夾具有至少一顯露於該座體之底面的焊接腳,該傾斜面銜接於該座體的頂面與底面之間,且傾斜面往該座體另一端傾斜的邊緣係銜接該座體頂面。如此,可引導該導線之線端或接腳往插線護牆移動,而容易在移動過程中滑入插線口內。
依據上述主要結構特徵,該導電夾具有一可帶動啟閉該夾口的施力部,該座體頂面設有一對應該施力部的通口,且通口內設置一可驅動該施力部的按鈕。如此,經由按壓該按鈕,使按鈕驅動該施力部帶動導電夾啟閉該夾口,以利於快速將導線或接腳自插線口內抽出。
依據上述主要結構特徵,該導電夾、插線口、通口及按鈕為複數組,各導電夾併排設置於該座體內,該插線護牆往該座體兩側方向延伸而護持於各插線口同一側。或者,該導電夾、插線口、通口、按鈕及插線護牆為複數組,各導電夾併排設置於該座體內,兩相鄰的插線口之間設有一中隔牆,且兩相鄰的插線護牆之間形成一凹區,該中隔牆位於該凹區與傾斜面之間。
為能明確且充分揭露本創作,併予列舉較佳實施之圖例,以詳細說明其實施方式如後述:
請參閱第1及2圖,揭示出本創作之實施方式的圖式,由上述圖式說明本創作接線端子結構之改良,包括一座體1、以及一設於該座體1內的導電夾2。該座體1具有一頂面11及一底面12,且座體1兩端設為一前端13及一後端14。該座體1之前端13在一伸出側131及一內縮側132之間設有一傾斜面15,該傾斜面15銜接於該座體1的頂面11與底面12之間,且傾斜面15往該座體1內縮側132傾斜的邊緣151係銜接座體1的頂面11。
第2及3圖並描繪出,該導電夾2是以導電金屬片彎折而成,具有二用以夾持外部電子零件之導線或接腳的彈性夾片21、23,以及至少一顯露於座體1之底面12的焊接腳25,該座體1可藉由焊接腳25焊接於外部電路板上;該導電夾2的二彈性夾片21、23之間形成一夾口20;而且,該導電夾2的二彈性夾片21、23上各自往兩側凸出彎曲形成一施力部22、24,該施力部22、24接受外力驅動時能夠帶動彈性夾片21、23開啟及關閉該夾口20。
請第2及4圖,說明該座體1頂面11設有一對應該施力部22、24的通口16,且通口16內設置一與座體1分體的按鈕3;具體來說,該導電夾2具有一延伸至各施力部22、24之間的彈性臂26,且按鈕3設於彈性臂26上。該按鈕3受外力按壓時能夠驅動該導電夾2的施力部22、24。
圖中並顯示了,在所採較佳的實施例中,該傾斜面15上設有一相對於該夾口20的插線口17,且在傾斜面15之該內縮側132的邊緣151設有一相對該伸出側131伸出方向凸出之插線護牆18,使座體1前端13藉由該傾斜面15之伸出側131及插線護牆18構成凹陷形態。該導電夾2、插線口17、通口16及按鈕3可為複數組,例如:一組導電夾2可用以電連接電源之陽極,另一組導電夾2可用以電連接電源之陰極。各導電夾2併排設置於該座體1內,該插線護牆18往該座體1兩側方向延伸而護持於各插線口17同一側。
或者,請參閱第5圖,說明亦可將該導電夾2、插線口17、通口16、按鈕3及插線護牆18亦可設為複數組,使每個插線口17外緣都具有插線護牆18。而且,兩相鄰的插線口17之間設有一中隔牆152,且兩相鄰的插線護牆18之間形成一凹區153,該中隔牆152位於該凹區153與傾斜面15之間。
藉由上述,當希望在不大幅拆解電子產品或設備的前提下,快速更換電子產品或設備內部之電路板或電子零件時,人員可將手伸入電子產品或設備內部,以摸索方式快速尋找到插線護牆18,而迅速確認座體1上插線口17的位置;同時,經由按壓該按鈕3的動作,使按鈕3驅動該施力部22、24帶動導電夾2啟閉該夾口20,而快速將原有之電子零件的導線或接腳自插線口17內抽出。
隨後,再以摸索方式將待換上之電子零件的導線線端或接腳,快速移至座體1之插線護牆18的附近,並且將該導線之線端或接腳快速插往該插線護牆18附近的座體1上;由於插線護牆18遮掩於插線口17外緣,因此該導線之線端或接腳可非常容易且快速地插入該插線口17內。
在操作期間,即使該導線之線端或接腳恰好插在傾斜面15上,亦可藉由傾斜面15引導該導線之線端或接腳往插線護牆18方向滑動,而容易在滑動過程中滑入插線口17內,可防止該電子零件之導線線端或接腳滑移遠離插線口17的情形。
此外,當電子零件之導線線端或接腳插往插線口17的角度過大,使導線之線端或接腳因為壓觸插線口17外緣而造成彎曲扭曲的狀況時,亦可藉由插線護牆18止檔導線之線端或接腳產生大幅的變形,使導線之線端或接腳稍微彎曲,並且護持已稍微彎曲之導線線端或接腳進入插線口17。
據此,能夠在該接線端子座體1之插線口17上、下方對插接導線之線端或接腳提供遮掩及護持的作用,而有利於護持外部導線之線端或接腳對準並插入插線口17,同時防止導線之線端或接腳於插入時發生扭曲而偏離插線口17的情形,進而提升使用上的便利性。改善上述先前技術中,傳統之接線端子的座體造型大多方正平整,以徒手摸索的方式不容易確認座體上插線口的位置,也不容易將電子零件之導線或接腳對準插入座體的插線口內,造成使用上相當不便的問題。
綜上所陳,僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,並非用以限定本創作,凡其他未脫離本創作所揭示之精神下而完成之等效修飾或置換,均應包含於後述申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種接線端子結構之改良,包括一座體、以及一設於該座體內的導電夾,該座體一端在一伸出側及一內縮側之間設有一傾斜面,該導電夾具有一夾口;     該傾斜面上設有一相對於該夾口的插線口,且在傾斜面之該內縮側的邊緣設有一相對該伸出側伸出方向凸出之插線護牆。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述接線端子結構之改良,其中該導電夾具有至少一顯露於該座體之底面的焊接腳,該傾斜面銜接於該座體的頂面與底面之間,且傾斜面往該座體另一端傾斜的邊緣係銜接該座體頂面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述接線端子結構之改良,其中該導電夾具有一可帶動啟閉該夾口的施力部,該座體頂面設有一對應該施力部的通口,且通口內設置一可驅動該施力部的按鈕。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述接線端子結構之改良,其中該導電夾及插線口為複數組,各導電夾併排設置於該座體內,該插線護牆往該座體兩側方向延伸而護持於各插線口一側。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述接線端子結構之改良,其中該導電夾、插線口、通口及按鈕為複數組,各導電夾併排設置於該座體內,該插線護牆往該座體兩側方向延伸而護持於各插線口同一側。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述接線端子結構之改良,其中該導電夾、插線口及插線護牆為複數組,各導電夾併排設置於該座體內,兩相鄰的插線口之間設有一中隔牆,且兩相鄰的插線護牆之間形成一凹區,該中隔牆位於該凹區與傾斜面之間。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述接線端子結構之改良,其中該導電夾、插線口、通口、按鈕及插線護牆為複數組,各導電夾併排設置於該座體內,兩相鄰的插線口之間設有一中隔牆,且兩相鄰的插線護牆之間形成一凹區,該中隔牆位於該凹區與傾斜面之間。
