Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure device for connecting two parts according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a closure device comprises a first closure part and a second closure part.
- the first closure part can be attached to close the closure device to the second closure part and is held in a closed position on the second closure part.
- a first engagement projection of the first closure member may be engaged with the second engagement projection in an engagement direction for closing the closure device, and in the closed position is positively engaged with the second engagement projection.
- On the second closure part there is further arranged a blocking element which is moved out of a basic position upon engagement of the first closure part with the second closure part by cooperation with the first closure part, so that the first engagement projection can be brought into engagement with the second engagement projection.
- the locking element Upon or after the engagement between the first engagement protrusion and the second engagement protrusion is established, the locking element returns to its home position to lock in the home position the positive engagement of the first engagement protrusion with the second engagement displacement against the engagement direction.
- a closure member is attached via a mounting plate to an object.
- the mounting plate here has openings which can be brought into engagement with engagement projections of the closure part.
- spring tongues are provided which elastically dodge when attaching the closure member to the mounting plate and reach after establishing a positive connection of the engagement projections of the closure member with the edge of the openings of the mounting plate back to their normal position to release the engagement protrusions from their in the normal position To lock intervention.
- Known closure is arranged on a first closure part, a pin which can be brought into engagement with an engagement recess on a second closure part.
- a pin which can be brought into engagement with an engagement recess on a second closure part.
- the pin urges a locking element aside, which comes after making the engagement of the pin of the first closure member with the engagement recess of the second closure member back to a normal position in which the engagement of the pin is locked with the engagement recess.
- the locking member can be actuated to release the pin and remove it from the engagement recess.
- closure devices that are to close in haptic pleasant, smooth manner, in the closed position a firm grip and thus ensure a secure connection between parts to be joined and also are open in a lighter, more comfortable way.
- the WO 2008/006355 A2 describes a magnetic buckle, in which a first closure part can be inserted into a second closure part. At the second closure part, a latching lug is arranged on a spring plate, which can be brought into engagement with a latching recess on the first closure part in a closed position of the closure device.
- US 2004/0107547 also discloses a closure device.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a closure device that allow easy closing, a firm grip in the closed position and easy opening.
- magnetic means are provided between the first closure part and the second closure part, which are designed to assist the attachment of the first closure part and the second closure part by providing a magnetic attraction force.
- the present closure device provides two closure parts in each case an engagement projection with undercut and in particular rigid can be arranged on a base body of the respectively associated closure part.
- These engagement projections are engaged with each other to close the shutter device, for which purpose the engagement projections have to be moved past each other until the first engagement projection can be positively slid into engagement with the second engagement projection in the engagement direction.
- the engagement projections provide a firm hold of the closure parts together, so that the closure device can be highly loaded without the closure parts separating from each other.
- a blocking element is additionally provided, which is designed, for example, as an elastic spring tongue arranged on a base body of the second closure part or as a blocking part arranged resiliently on the base body.
- the locking member deviates in attaching the first closure member to the second closure member such that the first engagement projection of the first closure member can be slid in the engagement direction into engagement with the second engagement projection of the second closure member.
- the blocking element returns to its basic position and locks in this basic position the positive engagement of the first engagement projection with the second engagement projection against the engagement direction. The retention of the first engagement projection on the second engagement projection and thus of the first closure part on the second closure part is thus secured, so that the closure device can not be inadvertently opened.
- magnetic means are provided, for example in the form of a magnet on the first closure part and a magnet on the second closure part or in the form of a magnet on one of the closure parts and a magnetic armature in the form of a component made of a ferromagnetic material on the other of the closure parts are formed.
- the magnetic means act between the first closure member and the second closure member by cooperating magnetically attractively upon attachment of the first closure member to the second closure member and thus the first closure member is magnetically supported in engagement with the second closure member is pulled.
- the magnetic means may in this case be advantageously dimensioned such that the engagement of the first engagement projection with the second engagement projection when applying the Closing parts to each other as far as possible is automatically produced and in particular the avoidance of the locking element when attaching the closure parts to each other in a magnetically assisted manner largely automatically.
- an easy-to-close closure is provided, in which the closure parts have to be attached to each other only in a relatively imprecise manner to each other and the actual closure of the closure then largely runs automatically in a magnetically assisted manner.
- the engagement direction corresponds to a load direction in which, when the closure device is used as intended, a load acts between the closure parts.
- a load is advantageously applied to the first closure member which pulls the first engagement projection into engagement with the second engagement projection or loads the first engagement projection at least in the engagement direction so that the engagement projection is securely held in engagement with the second engagement projection ,
- the blocking element can be realized, for example, by a locking tongue arranged on a basic body of the second closure part, which is designed to elastically escape from its basic position when the first closure part is attached to the second closure part in a direction transverse to the engagement direction and returns again during or after the engagement to return to their basic position.
- the locking tongue is advantageously formed integrally with the base body, for example, produced as a plastic injection molded part, extends in particular in the engagement direction and is designed to be elastically resilient in a direction transverse to the engagement direction.
- the first engagement projection or a locking lug provided on the first closure part can be guided along the locking tongue and act on the locking tongue in such a way that the locking tongue is urged resiliently in the direction in which it is elastically configured, such that the first engagement projection is engageable with the second engagement projection.
- the locking tongue returns to its basic position in which it blocks the engagement of the first engagement projection with the second engagement projection by acting on the first engagement projection or on a locking lug configured separately on the first closure part.
- the blocking element is in this case rigid, so not elastic designed, so that the engagement is effectively locked and in particular a movement of the first engagement projection against the engagement direction from the second engagement projection is not readily possible.
- the blocking element may be configured such that it returns to its basic position when the engagement is made or only after the engagement between the first engagement projection and the second engagement projection is established.
- the locking element may snap back to its home position as soon as the engagement is made (that is, after engagement fabrication).
- the blocking element causes a bias on the first closure part due to its elastic configuration, which presses the first engagement projection in the engagement direction into engagement with the second engagement projection and thus already assists the engagement during the manufacture of the engagement.
- the first engagement projection of the first closure part is in form-locking engagement with the second engagement projection of the second closure part.
- this engagement is blocked by the blocking element in that the blocking element prevents the first closure part and thus also the first engagement projection from moving in the direction of engagement, so that the first engagement projection can not be brought out of engagement with the second engagement projection counter to the engagement direction.
- this blockage can be canceled, wherein different actuation variants for opening are conceivable and possible, or the first engagement projection and the second engagement projection can be disengaged without a separate cancellation of this blockage being necessary.
- the closure device may comprise an actuating device which is designed to act upon actuation of the blocking element in order to lift the blocking of the engagement between the first engagement projection and the second engagement projection by moving the blocking element from a basic position.
- the blocking element is thus pushed aside, so that the path for the first engagement projection or for a locking lug against the engagement direction is released from the second engagement projection and thus the first closure part can be removed from the second closure part.
- the actuator may be e.g. be an integral with the locking element executed handle or a separate, movable operating part.
- an actuating device for opening the closure device can be provided, which is designed to move, when actuated, a locking lug arranged on the first closure part with which the blocking element cooperates in the closed position to block the blocking of the locking lug by moving the blocking lug Canceling engagement between the first engagement projection and the second engagement projection.
- a locking lug on the first closure member which is moved out of the region of the locking element to cancel the blocking of the movement of the first closure member against the engagement direction relative to the second closure member.
- the actuating device may comprise a lever element, which is arranged pivotably about a pivot axis on the base body of the first closure part.
- the lever element On the lever element, one or more locking engagement elements, in particular in the form of projections in the manner of locking lugs, which are in the closed position lockingly engaged with the locking element on the second closure part and thus the engagement between the first Eingriffsvorspruch the first closure part and the Lock second engagement projection of the second closure member against the direction of engagement.
- the lever member together with the locking engagement members disposed thereon the lock can be released by moving the lock engagement members out of their locking position relative to the locking member of the second closure member.
- the blocking between the first closure part and the second closure part can thus be canceled, so that the first closure part can be moved counter to the engagement direction relative to the second closure part and thus released from the second closure part.
- the lever element may for example be formed of metal, in particular of a ferromagnetic sheet. This has the advantage that after actuation of the lever element, the lever element can be automatically moved back into an initial position due to the magnetic effect of a magnet arranged on the first closure part, so that the first closure part can in turn be attached to the second closure part for closing the closure device.
- a lever portion is provided on the lever element, which occurs during pivoting of the lever element for opening the closure device in operative connection with the second closure part and a force against the Engagement direction causes the first closure member relative to the second closure member.
- the lever section can dip, for example, into an opening in the main body of the second closure part and come into abutment with an edge section of this opening, so that the first closure part is displaced counter to the engagement direction relative to the second closure part.
- the lever portion of the lever member may also serve to bring about when setting the first closure member to the second closure member, a reset of the lever member to its original position in which the at least one locking engagement element on the lever element in locking engagement with the locking element of the second closure member.
- the first closure part as a whole or a part of the first closure part can be moved relative to the second closure part in order to block the engagement between the first engagement projection and the second engagement projection and / or the positive engagement between the first engagement projection and to cancel the second engagement projection.
- the blocking of the movement of the first closure member against the engagement direction can be removed by moving a locking lug on the first closure member or the engagement projection out of the area of the blocking member by moving the first closure member in this way release movement against the direction of engagement.
- the movement of the first closure part or of the part of the first closure part for opening the closure device can take place linearly along a straight-line path or else by twisting.
- different types of actuators such as actuation buttons or actuation slide, conceivable and possible.
- actuation buttons or actuation slide conceivable and possible.
- actuation buttons or actuation slide conceivable and possible.
- actuating devices are independent of each other can be operated to each affect an associated blocking element or a Sperrnasse possible.
- An actuating direction, in which the actuating device is for actuating for example, be directed transversely to the direction of engagement. It is also conceivable, however, for the actuating device to be actuated in an actuating direction which is directed along the direction of engagement (in the direction of engagement or against the direction of engagement).
- the direction of actuation should be chosen so as to provide a comfortable, application-adapted, user-friendly operation.
- a ramp is arranged on the first closure part and / or on the second closure part in that, when moving the first closure part or the part of the first closure part, the first closure part and the second closure part run along the ramp, so that the first closure part is separated from the second closure part in a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction.
- the separation can take place counter to a closing direction into which the first closure part for closing the closure device is to be attached approximately to the second closure part.
- the magnetic means act attractive, so that at the same time removal of the magnetic means from each other and thus a weakening of the acting magnetic forces is effected by the supported by the ramp separation of the closure parts when opening.
- the locking member locks in the closed position, the engagement of the first engagement projection with the second engagement projection, so that the first engagement projection can not be readily brought against the engagement direction disengaged from the second engagement projection.
- the blocking element when a limit force acting on the first closure part counter to the engagement direction is exceeded, cancels the position of the engagement between the first engagement projection and the second engagement projection.
- this may be provided on the blocking element a slight bevel, which causes when exceeding the limit force that a locking lug or the first engagement projection of the first closure part runs onto the locking element and pushes it aside, so that the first engagement projection against the engagement direction disengaged from the second engagement projection can be brought.
- the blocking element thus blocks the engagement only in a counter to the direction of engagement directed force, the below the limit force. If the limit force is exceeded, the blocking element is pushed aside, so that the closure device can be opened.
- the first closure part or / and the second closure part has a run-on slope which is such that when the first closure part is attached to the second closure part in a closing direction different from the engagement direction, the first engagement projection runs onto the second engagement projection and opposes the first closure part the engagement direction is urged until the first engagement projection is engageable with the second engagement projection in the engagement direction.
- the closing direction is directed, for example, transversely to the direction of engagement.
- the ramp describes an inclined plane that is at an angle between z. B. 30 ° to 60 °, in particular 45 ° (based on the surface normal of the inclined plane) is directed to the closing direction and the engagement direction. Such a ramp facilitates the attachment of the closure parts together.
- the engagement protrusions are formed as rigid members on a base body of the closure members, the engagement protrusions must be moved past each other for engagement, and it is also necessary to move the first engagement protrusion undercut against the engagement direction far enough relative to the second engagement protrusion. in that the engagement projections with undercut can be brought into engagement with one another. This movement against the direction of engagement is assisted by the ramp on which the closure members slide along each other until the engagement projections are engageable with each other.
- the ability to close the closure device in a direction deviating from the direction of engagement closing direction is very beneficial in daily use.
- known pin closure and engagement recess must be relatively precisely manually engaged in the direction of engagement, which may be difficult in the dark, for example.
- the magnetic means may advantageously be formed by a first magnet of the first closure part and a second magnet of the second closure part.
- the magnets are advantageously arranged on the closure parts such that they magnetically attract when the first closure part is attached to the second closure part, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are offset in the closed position - viewed along the engagement direction - such that in the closed position, a magnetic attraction acts on the first closure member in the engagement direction.
- the magnetic means thus cause a bias between the closure members, which tries to pull the first engagement projection in the engagement direction into engagement with the second engagement projection, and thus magnetically assisting the engagement and also the retention of the first engagement projection in the second engagement projection.
- the magnet of the first closure part is thus arranged in front of the magnet of the second closure part, so that the magnetic attraction between the magnets has at least one force component in the engagement direction.
- the magnetic means act magnetically attracting in a closing direction, which may be directed for example approximately perpendicular to the direction of engagement. Due to the action of the magnetic means, the closure members are thus attracted to each other when being applied in the closing direction, wherein the force action between the magnetic means is such that the first engagement projection of the first closure member is magnetically assisted with the second engagement projection of the second closure member and thus the closing of the closure device in a magnetically assisted manner is largely automatic.
- the first engagement projection on the first closure part and the second engagement projection on the second closure part are advantageously shaped and arranged in such a way that reinforcement of the engagement results when the closure device is loaded.
- two engagement projections may be provided on the first closure part and the second closure part, each extending at an acute angle to each other, so that a V-shape results.
- the tip of the Vs points in the engagement direction, which preferably also corresponds to the loading direction, so that in the loaded state the grip of the engagement projections of the first closure part in the engagement projections of the second closure part is reinforced.
- the V-shape is also advantageous with regard to two further aspects.
- the effective width here is approximately the width of the V-shaped engagement projections in the loading direction.
- first engagement projection and the second engagement projection may each be designed arcuate.
- V-shape or arch shape also has the advantage that V-shaped or arcuate engagement protrusions may have improved stability over a simple linear engagement protrusion.
- a plurality of engagement projections are arranged on each closure part, which are offset from each other along the engagement direction.
- the engagement projections may in this case be arranged in the manner of a row or in the manner of a matrix on the respective closure part, so that a plurality of engagement projections are brought into engagement with each other for closing.
- the number of blocking elements here does not have to correspond to the number of engaging projections.
- a single blocking element for blocking the movement of the first closure part counter to the direction of engagement relative to the second closure part is sufficient.
- Engagement projections may also be arranged, for example, periodically or in groups on the closure parts, so that the closure parts can be brought into engagement with one another in different closed positions.
- the engagement protrusions may also be realized by groups of V-shaped or arcuate engagement protrusions arranged in the manner of a row or matrix.
- the advantageous reinforcement of the positive engagement of the engagement projections under a load in the loading direction is a significant functional difference to a conventional buckle, as it is known in a variety of variants for application, among other things to backpacks.
- the principle of the buckle is precisely defined by the fact that two closure parts in an insertion direction, which is opposite to a direction of loading, are attached to each other. This means that the load capacity of such a closure depends on the stability of necessarily resiliently designed latching elements.
- a closure in which advantageously the loading direction reinforces the form-locking of two, in particular, rigid engagement sections, offers great safety and high load-bearing capacity.
- Such a closure is therefore well suited for safety-relevant applications such as helmet caps or seat belts especially for child seats or strollers not only from a technical but also from a user-psychological point of view.
- first closure part and the second closure part are identical. This results in a particularly simple manufacturability with only one tool, for example by means of plastic injection molding, wherein for closing the closure parts are mirror images of each other and the first engagement projection of the first closure member is brought into engagement with the second engagement projection of the second closure member.
- first closure part and / or the second closure part is arranged such that it can be sunk down on a housing such that the closure part is at least partially enclosed by the housing in a lowered position and when the first closure part is attached to the second closure part for establishing the engagement between the first engagement projection and the second engagement projection is extended from its retracted position.
- the respective closure part In the retracted position, the respective closure part is thus at least partially sunk in the housing, so that in particular the engagement projection does not or only partially protrudes outwards.
- a Gurtbandage is arranged for fastening a belt and in a loaded state load forces along a load direction on the closure parts act such that the first closure member in the direction of engagement relative to the second Locking part is charged.
- the buckle can also be configured as a purely mechanical, non-magnetic closure device.
- magnetic means for assisting the closing operation may also be present in the buckle, so that the above-described also applies to the buckle.
- the buckle is a closure device in which by (releasable) connection of the closure parts to train straps to be loaded are interconnected.
- the load direction is in this case directed along the engagement direction, so that when pulling the straps of the hold of the closure parts is reinforced and thus the buckle can not be opened easily in the loaded state.
- the engagement of the closure parts is in this case additionally secured by the blocking element, so that inadvertent release in the loaded or unloaded state is not readily possible.
- FIG. 1A and 1B A first embodiment of a closure device 1 is shown in FIG Fig. 1A and 1B such as FIGS. 2A and 2B shown in different perspective views.
- the closure device 1 has a first closure part 2 and a second closure part 3, which can be attached to each other for closing the closure device 1 in approximately a closing direction X.
- engagement protrusions 220, 221 of the first closure part 2 mechanically engage with engagement protrusions 320, 321 of the second closure part 3, so that the closure parts 2, 3 are held together by means of the engagement protrusions 220, 221, 320, 321.
- the first closure part 2 has a main body 20, on which a webbing receptacle 21 is designed for fastening a belt.
- an engagement means 22 is formed, which is essentially formed by two engagement projections 220, 221, which each extend in a straight line and together form a V-shape.
- the engagement projections 220, 221 are each formed in the manner of undercuts.
- the second closure part 3 also has a base body 30 to which a webbing receptacle 31 for attaching a belt is attached.
- a base body 30 to which a webbing receptacle 31 for attaching a belt is attached.

- this closing operation is magnetically assisted by the closure parts 2, 3 are magnetically attracted to each other.
- a web guide 207 is provided which, when the closure parts 2, 3 are engaged, comes into engagement with a groove guide 300 on the base body 30 of the second closure part 3.
- the closure parts 2, 3 are defined transversely to the closing direction X and transversely to the engagement direction Y relative to each other, so that a displacement of the closure parts to each other only along the engagement direction Y is possible.
- the mechanical stability of the closure device 1 is thereby improved.
- a lifting section 462 of the lever element 46 which is remote from the locking lugs 460A, 460B, engages with an opening 463 in the base body 30 of the second closure part 3 by acting on an edge section of this opening 310 causes the first closure part 2 against the engagement direction Y, which pushes the second closure part 2 with its engagement projections 220, 221 out of engagement with the engagement projections 320, 321 of the second closure part 3 upon actuation of the lever member 46, as shown in FIG Fig. 28D is shown.
- the lever element thus serves, on the one hand, to lock the closure parts 2, 3 relative to each other in the closed position and, on the other hand, to support the opening process for separating the closure parts 2, 3 from one another.
- the lever element 46 may be made, for example, as a metal part, for example as a sheet metal part made of a ferromagnetic material. This has the advantage that a magnet 25 acts on the first closure part 2 attracting to the lever element 46 and brings it into an initial position in which the closure parts 2, 3 can be attached to each other. In this initial position, the locking lugs 460A, 460B on the lever member 46 in a position in which they lock with the locking elements 33, 34 in abutment when the closure parts 2, 3 are attached to each other. Due to the magnetic effect on the lever element 46, the lever element 46 is also held in this position when the closure device 1 is in the closed position, so that the closure parts 2, 3 are locked in their position ( Fig. 28C ).
- lever member 46 may be biased for example via a mechanical spring element relative to the base body 20 of the first closure member 2 in the direction of its initial position, so that the lever member 46 is reset after actuation also due to the mechanical spring action in its initial position.
- Such a mechanical preload makes sense, in particular, if no magnetic means are provided on the closure parts 2, 3 and the closure device 1 is thus designed purely mechanically or if (only) a magnetic armature is provided on the first closure part 2.
- the provision of the lever member 46 can also be done by interaction of the lever portion 462 with the second closure member 3 by the lever portion 462 when attaching the closure parts 2, 3 comes into contact with the second closure member 3 while the lever member 46 is returned to its original position.
- closure devices of the type described here can be used for connecting two parts, for example for connecting two straps, straps, ropes, cords or the like or as a closure for a bag, a lid, a box, a glove box, or other container.
- Closures of the type described herein can also be used for connecting other parts, for example for connecting objects to a backpack, a jacket or trousers, as a closure for satchels, for fastening objects to a sports helmet, for attaching mobile phones or computers to brackets, Attachment of accessories such as a bicycle lock on a bicycle or used to connect other parts.
