Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un revêtement d'angle d'une remontée en plinthe au niveau d'un coin de mur, dans lequel le revêtement d'angle est fabriqué dans le même matériau que le revêtement de sol et le reste de la remontée en plinthe, en particulier en PVC, en caoutchouc, en linoleum ou en matériau de la même famille, dans lequel le revêtement d'angle est fabriqué à partir d'un premier composant en forme de bande (1) et d'un second composant en forme de bande (2), ce pour quoi le premier composant en forme de bande (1) et le second composant en forme de bande (2)(a) sont introduits l'un après l'autre dans un dispositif de moulage permettant de les plier le long de leur axe longitudinal,(b) sont chauffés l'un après l'autre au niveau d'une zone de pliage (3),(c) sont recouverts d'une cale de maintien d'arête (4) en plastique à élasticité permanente dans une partie convexe de la zone de pliage (3)(d) sont ensuite coupés en onglet sur le côté étroit pour former une ligne de contact (5) le long d'une arête murale et une ligne de contact (6) le long d'un sol, les lignes de contact (5, 6) possédant une transition ronde (7) au niveau du pliage (3) des composants en forme de bande (1, 2)et dans lequel, après que ces étapes (a) à (d) ont été exécutées sur les composants en forme de bande, les composants (1, 2) sont posés bout à bout le long des lignes de contact (5, 6) et le long de la zone de jonction (7), les composants (1,2) sont mis bout à bout le long de leurs lignes de contact et dans une zone de jonction et dans lequel la jonction (8) est recouverte d'une pâte synthétique qui forme un renforcement (9) sur l'arrière du revêtement d'angle.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la liaison au niveau de la jonction (8) entre les lignes de contact (5, 6) et la transition (7) est réalisée par exemple par collage ou par soudage, avant que la jonction (8) soit recouverte d'une pâte synthétique (9) sur l'arrière.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la découpe des deux composants (1, 2), leur déformation pour la réalisation de la zone de pliage (3), la pose de la cale d'appui d'arête (4) ainsi que la liaison des deux composants (1, 2) le long de leurs lignes de contact (5, 6) et la couverture de l'arrière de la jonction (8) avec une pâte synthétique (9) pour la réalisation d'un revêtement d'angle prêt au montage sont exécutés en usine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la couche de renforcement (9) en pâte synthétique est plus importante dans la partie convexe de la zone de jonction (7) et qu'elle diminue progressivement presque jusqu'à zéro le long de la cale d'appui d'arête (4) et le long des lignes de contact (5, 6).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche de renforcement (9) en pâte synthétique d'une épaisseur de 1 à 4 mm dans la partie convexe de la zone de jonction (7) et d'une épaisseur de 0 à 2 mm à l'extrémité libre des lignes de contact (5, 6) est appliquée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement d'angle est préfabriqué en usine.
