技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰瓷砖,具体是指一种在墙面瓷砖装饰过程中,既方便施工整洁美观又容易保洁的节能环保瓷砖。
背景技术
现在商务办公和居家的房屋装修都需要使用瓷砖粘贴墙面,虽然有贴墙布墙纸和刷油漆,但是瓷砖耐磨耐刮和防潮防水好保洁等优势,在厨卫以及房屋公共区域都会在墙面粘贴瓷砖,也有粘贴墙裙和地脚线,但是使用的传统瓷砖也有不足之处,现在瓷砖都是生产整片,有很多部位需要使用小片的现场切割就会浪费一部分,在墙体外阳角瓷砖形成陶边及灰浆缝,虽然也有在两块瓷砖界面的内角各切除45度形成90度的阳角,但是切出来内角没有饱满的填充粘连和有效衬托,很容易损坏形成缺口,墙面粘贴的踢脚线和墙裙在瓷砖上侧面与大白墙衔接部位会形成台阶,上面散落的灰尘很难保洁,墙体的外阳角以及门窗框边等阳角都有裸露的陶边和灰浆缝,虽然有填缝剂和白水泥修补,也有用不锈钢U条和用铝合金U型条包边,也有使用阳角条粘贴,但是都有灰浆缝和颜色差异的存在,各种部位外阳角和墙面形成不协调现象和很难保洁的状况。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种墙面瓷砖装修过程中,墙面阳角没有陶边和灰浆缝裸露,减少能源器具消耗和原材料损耗,墙面整齐美观又易保洁的节能装饰瓷砖。
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种节能装饰瓷砖,包括在瓷砖的上侧面设置45度向墙面覆盖瓷面的瓷砖,在左侧面设置45度向墙面覆盖瓷面的瓷砖,在右侧面设置45度向墙面覆盖瓷面的瓷砖,设置90度右拐角小边条上侧面覆盖45度瓷面的瓷砖,设置90度左拐角小边条上侧面覆盖45度的瓷面的瓷砖,设置左、右整片拐角90度瓷砖,设置左、右整片拐角90度上侧面45度覆盖瓷面的瓷砖,设置左拐角整片90度连接小边条的瓷砖,设置右拐角整片90度连接小边条的瓷砖,设置单片左侧45度和上侧面45度覆盖瓷面的瓷砖,设置单片右侧面45度和上侧面45度覆盖瓷面的瓷砖,设置上、下拐角90度的瓷砖,根据1-2墙、2-4墙和37墙等相应规格,设置出上下、左右各种型号的小边条瓷砖,门框和窗框边根据相应墙型设置相应的小边条瓷砖。
采用这样的瓷砖,室内地脚线和墙裙上方和墙面大白衔接成为45度全瓷面,墙面各种阳角有没有暴露的陶边及灰浆缝,不用不协调的金属线条包边了,也不用再切割45度的内角拼角了,左、右拐角两块瓷砖一起施工便捷,减少了电能及切割器具的消耗,节省了清理运输等人工费用,更方便施工,墙面整齐美观又容易保洁。

图1-1上侧45度适用于墙裙上边缘,通过灰浆4呈45度粘贴和衬托内45度使瓷砖上方和墙面无缝结合,图1-3为左侧45度覆盖瓷面,通过灰浆4呈内45度粘贴和衬托,使1 和2可以无缝紧贴墙面,图1-4为右侧45度覆盖瓷面,通过灰浆1呈内45度粘贴和衬托,使4和5可以无缝紧贴墙面,图2-1和图2-2瓷砖左、右拐90度整体连接边条的瓷砖,图2-3 和图2-4瓷砖上、下拐90度整体连接边条的瓷砖,根据墙体的型号设置1-2墙、2-4墙和3-7 墙等各种同等型号的边条瓷砖,包括去掉门窗框位置的各种型号的边条瓷砖,使上、下和左、右各种阳角都呈现整齐的瓷面,图3-1和图3-2瓷砖左、右拐90度整片瓷砖连接边条和上侧 45度瓷面的瓷砖,适用于墙裙上方,通过灰浆呈内45度粘贴和衬托,使上方和墙面衔接部位以及外阳角整齐。
地脚线设置左、右45覆盖瓷面地脚线瓷砖,左45度边缘无缝紧贴于右侧门、窗框,右45度边缘无缝紧贴于左侧门、窗框,不粘灰浆的部位紧贴门窗框,达到整齐美观的效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的节能装饰瓷砖,其特征在于;所述的节能瓷砖是指在瓷砖的上侧面设置45度向墙面覆盖瓷面,左侧面设置45度向墙面覆瓷面,右侧面设置45度向墙面覆瓷面,设置单片瓷砖的左侧面和上侧面45度覆盖瓷面,设置单片瓷砖的右侧面和上侧面45度覆盖瓷面,45度外边缘紧贴墙面免灰浆粘贴。
