Claims (7)
- Procédé de lavage de pièces de linge, selon lequel, après le lavage des pièces de linge, le liquide de traitement est au moins partiellement séparé des pièces de linge traitées et les substances actives pour le lavage usagées sont éliminées au moins en grande partie du liquide de traitement séparé des pièces de linge par une filtration de précision, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de linge sont lavées dans un liquide de traitement contenant au moins une substance active pour le lavage dans une machine à laver en continu (10) comprenant plusieurs chambres successives (16) avec au moins une zone de prélavage et une zone de lavage, les substances actives pour le lavage usagées sont séparées du liquide de traitement par différentes étapes de traitement, et le liquide de traitement débarrassé des substances actives pour le lavage usagées est au besoin ajouté aux pièces de linge avant le prélavage et/ou le lavage, après l'élimination d'au moins une grande partie d'au moins une substance active pour le lavage usagée du liquide de traitement, la teneur de ladite au moins une substance active pour le lavage encore contenue dans le liquide de traitement est déterminée pendant le traitement, la teneur mesurée de ladite au moins une substance active pour le lavage encore contenue dans le liquide de traitement est comparée avec une teneur de consigne en au moins une substance active pour le lavage dans le liquide de traitement et, si la teneur est inférieure à la teneur de consigne, une quantité appropriée d'au moins une substance active pour le lavage est ajoutée au liquide de traitement avant sa réutilisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque substance active pour le lavage usagée est éliminée au moins en grande partie du liquide de traitement après au moins un prélavage, de préférence également après le lavage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une substance active pour le lavage usagée est éliminée au moins en grande partie à plusieurs reprises du liquide de traitement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'un rinçage des pièces de linge lavées dans un dispositif de drainage, au moins une substance active pour le lavage usagée est éliminée au moins en grande partie du liquide de traitement séparé des pièces de linge après le lavage et également du liquide de traitement séparé des pièces de linge avant le rinçage dans le dispositif de drainage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une préfiltration est réalisée avant la filtration de ladite au moins une substance active pour le lavage usagée du liquide de traitement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la filtration d'au moins une grande partie d'au moins une substance active pour le lavage usagée du liquide de traitement a lieu par une micro- et/ou ultrafiltration.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la filtration, notamment de la micro- et/ou ultrafiltration, des substances actives pour le lavage usagées ayant une taille de particule de 0,005 µm à 10 µm, de préférence de 0,5 µm à 1 µm, sont éliminées au moins en grande partie du liquide de traitement.
