Claims (18)

  1. Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen eines Bands aus rostfreiem austenitischen Stahl (3), das ein mattes Oberflächenaussehen aufweist, das einen Glanz unter 30 und eine mittlere arithmetische Rautiefe Ra hat, die größer ist als 0,12 µm, des geglühten-gebeizten Typs, das die Schritte aufweist, die aus Folgenden bestehen:

  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taupunkt zwischen -5 und 10 °C liegt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spülgas aus Argon, Wasserstoff, Stickstoff und ihren Gemischen ausgewählt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung des Bands (3) mit einer Geschwindigkeit V1 größer als 10 °C/s, einer Temperatur T zwischen 1050 und 1150 °C, einer Haltezeit M zwischen 1 s und 120 s sowie einem Abkühlen des Bands (3) mit einer Geschwindigkeit V2 größer als 10 °C/s bis zu einer Temperatur unter oder gleich 200 °C ausgeführt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung des Bands (3) mit Hilfe einer Induktionsvorrichtung ausgeführt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung des Bands (3) mit Hilfe einer Widerstandsvorrichtung ausgeführt wird.

  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beizlösung aus den wässrigen Lösungen ausgewählt wird, die Fluorwasserstoffsäure und Salpetersäure umfassen, und aus den wässrigen Lösungen, die Fluorwasserstoffsäure und Ferroione Fe3+ umfassen.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beizlösung eine wässrige Lösung ist, die 10 bis 80 g/l Fluorwasserstoffsäure und 60 bis 140 g/l Salpetersäure enthält.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beizlösung eine wässrige Lösung ist, die 30 bis 50 g/l Fluorwasserstoffsäure und 80 bis 120 g/l Salpetersäure enthält.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beizlösung eine wässrige Lösung ist, die 5 bis 100 g/l Fluorwasserstoffsäure und 1 bis 150 g/l Ferroione enthält.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beizlösung eine wässrige Lösung ist, die 30 bis 80 g/l Fluorwasserstoffsäure und 30 bis 50 g/l Ferroione enthält.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band aus rostfreiem austenitischen Stahl (3) zum Beizen mit der Beizlösung besprüht wird.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band aus rostfreiem austenitischen Stahl (3) zum Beizen in ein Beizbad, das die Beizlösung enthält, getaucht wird.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur der Beizlösung zwischen 20 und 100 °C liegt.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur der Beizlösung zwischen 50 und 80 °C liegt.
  18. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktzeit des Bands mit der Beizlösung zwischen 10 s und 2 Min. liegt.
