Claims (4)
- 중량%로 탄소(C) 0.080% 이하, 규소(Si) 1.0% 이하, 망간(Mn) 1.0% 이하, 인(P) 0.040% 이하, 황(S) 0.030% 이하, 크롬(Cr) 11.0%~11.35%를 함유하며 나머지는 Fe 및 기타 불순물로 이루어진 크롬계 스테인리스강 슬래브의 표면 품질을 향상시키는 방법에 있어서,상기 스테인리스강 슬래브의 주조 완료 후, 상기 슬래브의 양 가장자리로부터 중심 방향으로 300mm 위치까지의 상기 슬래브의 양 길이 방향 부분을 650℃~750℃에서 3시간 동안 유지하는 제1 단계,상기 슬래브를 36℃/hr 이하의 속도로 300℃까지 냉각하는 제2 단계, 및상기 슬래브를 상기 300℃에서 상온까지 공냉하는 제3 단계를 포함하는 스테인리스강 슬래브의 표면 품질 향상 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 크롬계 스테인리스강은 페라이트계 스테인리스강인 스테인리스강 슬래브의 표면 품질 향상 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 크롬계 스테인리스강은 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강인 스테인리스강 슬래브의 표면 품질 향상 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 단계는 버너에 의한 국부 가열로 온도를 유지하는 스테인리스강 슬래브의 표면 품질 향상 방법.
