Beschreibung Wandhalterunq für eine Handbrause
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Wandhalterung für eine Handbrause, mit einer senkrecht verlaufenden Wandstange, an der eine Halterung angebracht ist, in die eine Handbrause eingesetzt werden kann, beispielsweise mit ihrem Griff.
Derartige Wandstangen sind seit langem bekannt. Sie haben den Vorteil, dass die Höhe der Brause auf die Körpergröße eingestellt werden kann, wobei auch ein Duschen im Sitzen möglich ist. Die Handbrause kann auch aus der Halterung entnommen werden und zum Abbrausen eines Körpers benutzt werden. Der Nachteil derartiger Anbringungsarten für Handbrausen besteht darin, dass der Brauseschlauch immer auf die maximale Verstellmöglichkeit angepasst ist, meistens auch noch länger ist, so dass er beim Anbringen der Handbrause an der Wandstange störend herab hängt.
Diesen Nachteil haben fest installierte Kopfbrausen nicht. Dagegen haben diese den Nachteil, dass sie im Regelfall nicht verstellt werden können. Selbst wenn sie mit Hilfe eines Gelenks angebracht sind, kann nicht die Stelle der Kopfbrause geändert werden, sondern nur der Winkel, in den sie abstrahlt.
Bei einer bekannten Wandhalterung ist an einer senkrecht verlaufenden Wandstange ein Schieber angebracht, an dem ein mit diesem verschwenkbar verbundener Brausekopf angebracht ist. Die Zuleitung zu diesem Brausekopf geschieht über einen Schlauch (DE 27 20 507). Der Brausekopf lässt sich nicht abnehmen.
Ebenfalls bekannt ist eine Wandstange (EP A 76717) die aus einem fest installierten Teil und einem gegenüber dem fest installierten Teil nach oben herausragenden teleskopisch geführten verschiebbaren Teil aufgebaut ist. An dem oberen Ende des verschiebbaren Teils ist der Griff einer Handbrause angebracht, die ihr Brausewasser über einen Schlauch erhält.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, die Anwendungs- und Gebrauchsmöglichkeiten einer Brause zu erweitern und zu verbessern.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung einer Wandhalterung für eine Handbrause mit den im Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen vor. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
Während im Stand der Technik die Halterung für die Handbrause üblicherweise ein getrenntes Teil ist, dass auch als teilweise störendes Element bemerkbar ist, sieht die Erfindung vor, die Halterung so auszubilden, dass sie eine Fortsetzung der Wandstange bildet. Anderes ausgedrückt ist die Halterung in Verlängerung der Wandstange angeordnet. Dadurch wird ein optisch ansprechendes den Gesamteindruck der Wandstange nicht störendes, sondern ergänzendes Bild geschaffen.
Insbesondere sieht die Erfindung vor, dass die Halterung für die Handbrause als obere Fortsetzung der Wandstange ausgebildet ist, so dass die in die Halterung eingesetzte Handbrause als Kopfbrause wirken kann. Sie kann aber nach wie vor aus der Halterung entnommen werden und als Handbrause benutzt werden.
Um auch bei der Nutzungsmöglichkeit der Handbrause als Kopfbrause eine Einstellmöglichkeit oder Anpassung an unterschiedliche Bedingungen zu ermöglichen, kann erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, dass die Halterung schwenkbar gelagert ist, vorzugsweise um die Längsachse der Wandstange oder um eine hierzu parallele Achse. Es wird dadurch möglich, den Brausekopf der in der Halterung angebrachten Handbrause nach rechts oder nach links aus einer Mittelstellung zu verstellen. Gerade bei der Anbringung einer solchen Wandhalterung an einer Badewanne wird es auf diese Weise möglich, dass der Benutzer an unterschiedlichen Stellen der Badewanne stehen kann.
Insbesondere kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass die Halterung gebogen verläuft, wobei vorzugsweise die Mittellinie der Halterung in einer Ebene liegt, in der gegebenenfalls auch die Achse der Wandstange selbst liegt. Durch die gebogene Form wird auch die Wandstange optisch fortgesetzt und die Möglichkeit geschaffen, dass die in die Halterung eingesetzte Handbrause mit ihrem Brausekopf nach unten zeigt. Die gebogene Form macht es auch möglich, den zu der Handbrause führenden Brauseschlauch so zu haltern, dass er wenig stört.
Insbesondere kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass die Halterung als zur Rückseite und/oder zur Seite hin offenes Rohr mit einem Konus am äußeren Ende ausgebildet ist. Der Konus, der an sich bekannt ist, dient zum Einstecken des Griffs der Handbrause. Die Öffnung an der Rückseite und/oder an der Seite kann mit Vorteil dazu dienen, den Brauseschlauch während dieses Verlaufs aufzunehmen, so dass er geschützt untergebracht ist und nicht stört. Diese Möglichkeit wird noch dadurch verbessert, dass die Öffnung die Form eines hinterschnittenen Schlitzes aufweist.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die mindestens eine Wandstütze abgekröpft ausgebildet ist. Durch diese Abkröpfung wird ein Raum geschaffen, in dem der Brauseschlauch zwischen der Wandstange und der senkrechten Fläche herab hängen kann, so dass er noch weniger stört. Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die mindestens eine Wandstütze um mindestens den halben Durchmesser des zu der Handbrause führenden Schlauchs seitlich gegenüber der Wandstange versetzt angeordnet ist.
Erfindungsgemäß kann die Schwenklagerung der Brausehalterung in der Wandstütze angeordnet sein.
Die Schwenklagerung kann derart ausgebildet sein, dass die Verschwenkung der Halterung vor Erreichen der senkrechten Fläche begrenzt wird, an der die Wandstange mit Hilfe der Wandstützen angebracht wird. Es wird auf diese Weise das Berühren zwischen der Handbrause und der Wand verhindert und vermieden. Gleichzeitig wird auch dafür gesorgt, dass die Brausestrahlen nicht die Wand treffen, sondern die Person, die duscht.
In nochmaliger Weiterbildung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Schwenklagerung mit einer Rastung versehen ist, die bestimmte Stellungen der Halterung bevorzugt. Insbesondere soll vorgesehen sein, dass in der neutralen Stellung die Halterung stehen bleibt.
Erfindungsgemäß kann die Wandhalterung eine zusätzliche Schlauchführung aufweisen, die vorzugsweise hinter der Wandstange angeordnet ist, also zwischen der Wandstange und der Wand.
Natürlich ist es möglich, an der Wandstange selbst eine weitere Halterung für die Handbrause anzubringen, um auch in einer niedrigeren Stellung die Handbrause arretieren zu können. Diese zusätzliche Halterung kann auch um die Wandstange herum verschwenkbar und auch höhenverstellbar sein. Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Verdrehung um die Wandstange unabhängig davon erfolgt, ob auch die Wandstange verdreht wird.
Zur Befestigung einer Wandstange ist im Normalfall vorgesehen, dass zwei Wandstützen verwendet werden. Es ist aber auch denkbar, eine Wandstange aus mehr als einem Teil zusammenzusetzen, beispielsweise zwei Rohrabschnitte, so dass dann gegebenenfalls drei Wandstützen verwendet werden können.
Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform, den Patentansprüchen und der Zusammenfassung, deren beider Wortlaut durch Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht wird, sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Hierbei zeigen:
Figur 1 einen Axialschnitt durch eine Wandhalterung nach der Erfindung ohne Handbrause;
Figur 2 einen gegenüber der Darstellung der Figur 1 verkürzten Schnitt mit einer Zusatzhalterung;

Die in Figur 1 schematisch dargestellte Wandhalterung enthält als zentrales Element ein Rohr 1 , das im Bereich seines unteren Endes mit einem Lagereinsatz 2 versehen ist. Der Lagereinsatz 2 ist von unten her in das Rohr 1 eingeschoben und liegt mit einem nach außen gerichteten Flansch 3 an der Stirnkante des Rohrs an.
Im Bereich seines oberen Endes weist das Rohr ebenfalls einen Lagereinsatz 4 auf, der von oben in das Rohr eingeschoben ist. Aus dem oberen Ende des Rohrs 1 ragt ein Teil 5 des Lagereinsatzes heraus. Dieser herausragende Teil 5 des Lagereinsatzes 4 entspricht in seinen Außenabmessungen den Innenabmessungen des Lagereinsatzes 2.
Zur Befestigung des Rohrs 1 mit seinen Lagereinsätzen 2, 4 dienen zwei Wandstützen 6, die beide identisch ausgebildet sind. Jede Wandstütze 6 enthält eine an der Wand anzuschraubende Fußplatte 7, die Stufenbohrungen 8 aufweist. Durch die Stufenbohrung 8 können Schrauben geschraubt werden, deren Schraubenköpfe dann in dem erweiterten Teil der Stufenbohrung 8 zu liegen kommen. Mit dieser Fußplatte 7 ist eine Strebe 18 verbunden. Am äußeren, das heißt der Fußplatte 7 abgewandten Ende der Strebe 18 ist ein Lagerelement 9 ausgebildet, das einen nach oben gerichteten im Durchmesser verringerten zylindrischen Teil 10 und einen unteren Abschnitt 11 mit einer Innenbohrung 12 aufweist. Die Abmessungen der Innenbohrung 12 entsprechend den Außenabmessungen des vorspringenden Teils 5 des Lagereinsatzes 4 im oberen Teil des Rohrs 1.
Das Rohr 1 wird mit seinem Lagereinsatz 2 auf den im Durchmesser verringerten Lageransatz 10 der Wandstütze 6 aufgeschoben, bis der Lagereinsatz 2 zur Anlage an der Schulter 13 im Übergang zwischen den beiden Teilen 1 1 , 10 der Wandstütze 6 gelangt. Der Außenumfang des unteren Teils 11 der Lagerung 9 der Wandstütze 6 entspricht dem Außendurchmesser des Rohrs 1 , so dass auf diese Weise eine Fortsetzung der Außenform des Rohrs bis zum unteren Ende der Wandstütze 6 erfolgt.
Am oberen Ende wird der vorspringende Teil 5 des Lagereinsatzes 4 des Rohrs in die Ausnehmung 12 der oberen Wandstütze 6 eingeschoben, ebenfalls bis zu einer Anlage der entsprechenden Schultern. Dadurch ist das Rohr 1 zwischen den beiden Wandstützen 6 festgelegt. Beide Wandstützen 6 sind identisch ausgebildet. Von der oberen Wandstütze 6 ragt nur noch der Ansatz 10 nach oben. Auf diesen Ansatz 10 wird die Halterung 20 für den Brausekopf aufgesetzt. Die Halterung 20 weist die Form eines zur Rückseite hin geschlitzten Rohrs auf. In das untere Ende dieses Rohrabschnitts ist ebenfalls ein Lagereinsatz 2 eingesetzt, ähnlich wie am unteren Ende des Rohrs 1 der Wandstange. Zwischen diesem Lagereinsatz 2 und dem vorspringenden Teil 10 der oberen Wandstütze erfolgt eine Verbindung. Dadurch ist das Rohrstück 21 an der Wandstütze 6 festgelegt. Die Verbindung zwischen dem vorspringenden Teil 10 der Lagerung der Wandstütze 6 und dem Lagereinsatz 2 des Rohrstücks 21 kann so gestaltet sein, dass eine Verdrehung um deren beider Achsen erfolgen kann, gegebenenfalls mit einer Verrastung in bestimmten Positionen.
Das obere Ende des gebogenen Rohrstücks 21 weist eine Konushalterung 22 für den Griff einer Handbrause auf. Diese Konushalterung ist an sich bekannt, so dass sie nicht näher erläutert wird.
Wird in die Konushalterung 22 der Griff einer Handbrause eingesteckt, so kann der Brauseschlauch durch das Innere des Rohrstücks 21 bis zu der Verbindung mit der Wandstütze 6 geführt werden. Von dieser Stelle aus kann er frei herab hängen, wobei er dann in dem Bereich zwischen der Wandstange und den Fußplatten der Wandstützen 6 zu liegen kommt. An dieser Stelle kann er frei herab hängen, ohne zu stören.
Figur 2 zeigt, dass an dem die Wandstange bildenden Rohr 1 noch eine zusätzliche Halterung 30 für eine Handbrause angebracht werden kann. Die Halterung ist als Hülse 31 auf das Rohr 1 vor dessen Montage mit Hilfe der Wandstützen 6 aufgeschoben. Sie kann Federelemente aufweisen, damit ihre einmal eingenommene Position sowohl in axialer Richtung der Wandstange als auch in Umfangsrichtung beibehalten bleibt. Die vordere Halterungsöffnung 32 kann gegebenenfalls auch um eine horizontale Achse noch zusätzlich verdreht werden. Die Handbrause, die aus der Halterung 20 am oberen Ende der Wandstange entnommen wird, kann dann in die Halterung 30 eingehängt werden.
Figur 3 zeigt in einem gegenüber den Figuren 1 und 2 vergrößerten Maßstab perspektivisch eine Wandstütze, wie sie zur Befestigung des Rohrs 1 verwendet wird. Die Fußplatten 7 sind langgestreckt mit einer unteren Abrundung ausgebildet. Die Längskanten verlaufen bei Anbringung an der Wand senkrecht von oben nach unten. Im Bereich der einen Längsseitenkante ist der Steg 18 angesetzt, der rechtwinklig gegenüber der Rückseite der Fußplatte 7 verläuft. Der Rückseite der Fußplatte 7 ist zur flächigen Anlage an der Wand bestimmt.
Am vorderen Ende des Stegs 18 geht dieser tangential in die Lagerung 9 über. Der erwähnte in seinem Durchmesser verringerte Ansatz 10 weist eine etwas kompliziertere Gestalt auf, als dies aus der vereinfachten Darstellung der Figur 1 und 2 hervorgeht. Seine Außenkontur weist einen Durchmesser auf, der dem Innendurchmesser der unteren Öffnung 12 entspricht.
Durch den seitlichen Versatz des Stegs 18 gegenüber der Fußplatte und insbesondere gegenüber der Lagerung 9 ist dieser Steg auch gegenüber der Wandstange seitlich versetzt. Dadurch hat ein direkt hinter der Wandstange herab hängender Schlauch Platz, um in dem Raum hier untergebracht zu werden.
Durch die Verschwenkbarkeit der Halterung 20 um die Achse der
Wandstange kann die praktisch eine Kopfbrause bildende Handbrause nach rechts und links geschwenkt werden. Sie kann auch herausgenommen und als normale Handbrause verwendet werden. Die Anordnung verbindet die Vorteile einer fest installierten Kopfbrause mit dem Vorteil einer ohne Halterung nutzbaren Handbrause.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Wandhalterung für eine Handbrause, mit 1.1 einer Wandstange (1 ), 1.2 mindestens einer Wandstütze (6) zur Befestigung der Wandstange (1 ) mit Abstand vor einer etwa senkrechten Fläche, 1.3 mindestens einer an der Wandstange (1 ) angebrachten und/oder anbringbaren Halterung (20) zum Einsetzen einer Handbrause, wobei 1.4 die Halterung (20) für die Handbrause als Fortsetzung der Wandstange (1 ) ausgebildet ist.
2. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 1 , bei der die Halterung (20) als obere Fortsetzung der Wandstange (1) ausgebildet ist.
3. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Halterung (20) schwenkbar gelagert ist, vorzugsweise schwenkbar um die Längsachse der Wandstange (1 ) oder eine hierzu parallele Achse.
4. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halterung (20) gebogen verläuft, wobei vorzugsweise die Mittellinie der Halterung (20) in einer Ebene liegt, in der auch die Achse der Wandstange (1 ) liegt.
5. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halterung (20) als zur Rückseite und/oder zur Seite hin offenes Rohr (21 ) mit einem Konus (22) am Ende ausgebildet ist.
6. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die Öffnung die Form eines hinterschnittenen Schlitzes aufweist.
7. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die mindestens eine Wandstütze (6) abgekröpft ausgebildet ist.
8. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die mindestens eine Wandstütze (6) um mindestens den halben Durchmesser des zu der Handbrause führenden Schlauchs seitlich gegenüber der Wandstange (1) versetzt ist.
9. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Schwenklagerung der Brausehalterung in der Wandstütze (6) angeordnet ist.
10. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Schwenklagerung derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Verschwenkung der Halterung (20) vor Erreichen der senkrechten Fläche begrenzt ist.
11 . Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Schwenklagerung derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Schwenkbewegung gerastet ist, wobei die Halterung (20) insbesondere in der neutralen Stellung gerastet ist.
12. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer zusätzlichen Schlauchführung, die vorzugsweise hinter der Wandstange (1 ) angeordnet ist.
13. Wandhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer zusätzlich an der Wandstange (1 ) angeordneten um diese herum verschwenkbaren und gegebenenfalls höhenverstellbaren Zusatzhalterung.
