Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fire door according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Fire doors are usually constructed of a sheet steel sheathing with appropriate framework and arranged in the shell fire protection insert, the fire protection insert next to heat-insulating materials, such as mineral wool and especially rock wool and fire retardants, which by heat in case of fire an endothermic chemical and / or physical reaction, such as phase transformations or the release of physically and / or chemically bound water, so that the heat generated by the fire is at least partially reduced by the corresponding reactions.
- heat-insulating materials such as mineral wool and especially rock wool and fire retardants
- phase transformations or the release of physically and / or chemically bound water so that the heat generated by the fire is at least partially reduced by the corresponding reactions.
- This ensures that the required service life in accordance with the standardized fire resistance classes are achieved.
- a fire door of fire resistance class F30 must reach a 30-minute service life, with a predetermined temperature, about 1000 ° C, acting on the door fire side without the temperature on the protected side rising above a certain limit may.
- there are various standardized fire resistance classes such as
- Such fire doors are, such as in the DE 199 52 931 A1 described, either multi-layered with outer thermal barrier coatings and a preferably centrally arranged fire protection agent layer or even executed within the heat insulation evenly distributed or integrated in this fire protection.
- a multi-layered construction with multiple layers in the thickness direction is often chosen, since at the required thicknesses of the fire protection inserts or the fire doors, the fire protection inserts in one piece achieve too high a weight and therefore complicate the production of fire doors.
- multi-layer door protection inserts increase the effort of introducing the fire protection insert in the shell the fire door.
- the insert itself is always present in a plate shape according to the height of the cavity of the steel door to be filled.
- the fire protection insert is made on the one hand in several parts, wherein at least one upper and one lower part or optionally also a plurality of superposed parts, ie layers, are provided and on the other hand, the parts are equipped with different fire retardancy.
- a plate is used to fill the cavity of the steel sheet door, but at least two insulating elements, also facilitates handling during assembly of the fire door, since the difficult handling of large areas and thus fracture-susceptible plates of the fire protection insert is avoided.
- the production of fire doors usually not yet done mechanically, but the installation is done manually. This simplifies the manufacture of fire doors.
- the critical area is located in the upper area of the steel door, since the upper door seal in the frame on the transversely and bilaterally present steel sheet better transfers the temperature to the door leaf than, for example, in the central area of the fire door, where the frame rests only on both sides of the door leaf. Furthermore, with increasing heating, the insulating liner sags downwards, so that the density above becomes progressively lower and therefore high temperatures in the upper region on the side facing away from the fire can be measured after a short time.
- the fire protection insert is to be interpreted in terms of life, in the prior art, the Dämmeinlage is designed starting from the critical area, resulting in that when used a fire panel the plate must be designed overall in relation to the critical area. This inevitably results in a corresponding cost of materials, which also leads to an increase in the price of the fire door.
- the parts can be designed individually to the corresponding fire retardant properties, it is possible that the uppermost insulating element, ie the insulating element, which is located in the critical area, can be designed according to these criteria, whereas the lower Insulating elements on the other hand, lower fire protection resistance can be designed.
- a middle layer can be provided in the door lock area in the door lock area in the width direction of the door, which can in turn be subdivided into a door lock segment and a residual segment, so that prefabricated standardized components are used for the door lock segment can find. This also simplifies the production of fire doors considerably.
- the more fire-retardant parts are provided in the upper part of the fire door in a range of up to 25% to 40%, in particular about 30% or 33% of the total height of the door, since normally the increased temperature load occurs in this area, especially in the upper third of the door.
- additional fire protection agents may be provided or integrated in the fire protection insert, preferably a substance which exhibits an endothermic chemical and / or physical reaction, in particular in the form of a phase transformation and / or dehydration, on temperature increase or heat load.
- Such substances are, for example, hydroxides, in particular metal hydroxides, preferably having proven here aluminum or magnesium hydroxide.
- These substances can be evenly distributed in the fire protection insert of mineral wool and especially rock wool or used in a separate layer, for example using binders such as water glass, silica sol and / or Magnesiabinder.
- binders such as water glass, silica sol and / or Magnesiabinder.
- Several corresponding fire protection layers may be provided, but it has been proven to provide a single layer in the middle of the parts of the fire protection insert.
- Fig. 1 a side view of a fire door 1 is shown, the peripherally has a frame structure 2, which together with sheet steel shells 3 and 4 (see FIGS. 2 and 3 ) forms an outer shell of the fire door 1.
- a frame structure 2 which together with sheet steel shells 3 and 4 (see FIGS. 2 and 3 ) forms an outer shell of the fire door 1.
- two parts 5 and 6 of a fire protection insert are arranged, wherein the upper part 5 extends over approximately 40% of the total length of the door, while the lower part 6 is in the remaining area of about 60% of the total length.
- both the upper part 5 and the lower part 6 is constructed in three layers and that of a first rock wool layer 7 and a second rock wool layer 9, which are arranged on the outer sides, and a centrally located between the rock wool layers 7 and 9 fire protection layer 8.
- Die Fire protection layer 8 may in this case consist of a dehydrating agent when exposed to heat, for example a dehydrating hydroxide such as aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide, which is mixed with binders such as water glass, silica sol and / or magnesia binder.
- a dehydrating hydroxide such as aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide
- binders such as water glass, silica sol and / or magnesia binder.
- the fire protection layer 8 may also include rock wool or mineral wool in general, in which the fire retardant, which shows an endothermic chemical and / or physical reaction, stored or integrated in the case of heat.
- the upper part 5 and the lower part 6 are each designed as a plate, but the individual layers, so the first mineral wool layer 7 and the second mineral wool layer 9 and the fire protection layer 8 may be formed as separate parts, in particular in plate form.
- the abutting and abutting parts preferably have a shape such that they can be assembled in the manner of a positive connection or a centering connection, so that a butt overlap is achieved.
- a stepped rebate or a tongue and groove connection has proven itself, as in Fig. 3 with the shiplap shown at 11 is the case.
- the Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of a fire door 100 according to the invention, in which the peripheral frame 12 is shown only schematically.
- the fire door 100 has a fire protection insert, which comprises a total of three parts 14 to 16, wherein at 13 a free space for a later to be used lock box is recessed. While the upper part 15 and the lower part 16 with the upper part 5 and the lower part 6 of the preceding embodiment of Fig. 1 to 3 are comparable, a middle layer between the upper part 15 and lower part 16 is provided with the segment 14 in the fire door 100, which is formed shorter by the width of the lock box.
- This subdivision of the fire protection insert into a total of three parts 14 to 16 is advantageous if a lock or lock case is provided in the region of the free space 13 shall be. Due to the space provided 13 advantageously eliminates subsequent processing of the door panel to use a lock case can.
- seams 17, 18 and 19 formed by the subdivision of the fire protection insert of the fire door 100 can analogously to the seam 10 of the embodiment of Fig. 3 be formed.

Description
- Fig.1
- eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Feuerschutztür, bei welcher die Stahlblechschale an der Vorderseite weggelassen wurde;

- eine Schnittansicht der Feuerschutztür aus
Fig. 1 entlang der Schnittlinie A-A; und in - Fig. 4
- In
Fig. 3 ausgebildet werden.
