- From DE 100 56 831 C1 is a similar Ceiling scarf device, in which at least the Yoke beams are made of steel.
- the supports are on so-called supporting frames connected, each between be attached to two adjacent yoke beams.
- the object of the invention is a Deckenschaltisch to create that in an efficient manner its possible uses is improved.
- the inventive, prefabricated Heidelberg a formwork on, on several cross members is attached.
- the formwork skin can, for example, consist of several Formwork panels exist.
- For the cross member is preferred that these are made of wood.
- At the yoke carriers are the required supports fastened by connecting heads, which serve the attachment of the supports, in each case one single Jochlini are attachable. This will be done realized that at least two of the existing yoke beams along essentially its entire length in regular Distances are provided with holes. At these holes the said connection heads are attached. This can for example, by means of inserted and secured Bolt be made.
- connection head With regard to the attachment of Supports on the connecting heads is to mention that these can be done via a spline connection. This will be a or more wedges wrapped in such a way that they support by means of a head plate provided at its upper end firmly clamp with the connection head.
- Connecting head should be mentioned that this also simple referred to as “head”, “head connection” or the like can be. In essence, is suitable as a connection head in the context of the invention, any element on which a Ceiling support is attachable, and in turn to a single Jochlini by means of the holes provided therein is fastened.
- connection heads each to be attached to a single Jochlini leads compared to DE 100 56 831 C1 to the advantage that the therein shown supporting frame are dispensable, between two Yoke beams are to be fastened.
- connection heads comparatively simple and inexpensive be designed by connecting directly to a single Jochlini are fastened.
- To interact with Markings that can be provided on the yoke beams can improve on the connection head one each Marking be provided so that if the two Markings are brought into alignment with each other, the Holes of the carrier on the one hand and the connecting head on the other hand are aligned with each other.
- connection heads almost stepless along the entire length of a yoke beam can be attached.
- This can be on and the same GmbHisch supports in a flexible manner be attached as they fit for customization different ceiling thicknesses and thus different Concrete pressures is required.
- the Distances between the supports as needed to identical designed Heidelbergisch be made so that a sufficient derivation of the forces occurring over the Support is guaranteed.
- the attachment of the heads to the Jochlinin is also comparatively fast too accomplish, for example, only bolts through Holes in the connection head on the one hand and the On the other hand, yoke beams have to be inserted and secured. This leads to a considerable time saving compared to the Attachment by means of metric screws, which are threaded into are to turn the yoke carrier.
- the continuous formation of holes at the yoke beams offers the advantage of having numerous add-on parts can be easily attached to the yoke beams.
