Claims (9)
- Glühlampenfassung für Kraftfahrzeugleuchten bestehend aus einem hülsenförmigen Fassungskörper aus Kunststoff, der eine Querwandung aufweist, in die die Kontaktfedern von der Glühlampenseite her selbstrastend eingeschoben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querwandung von einer separaten, von der der Glühlampe abgewandten Rückseite her in den zylinderförmigen Teil (2) des Fassungskörpers (1) eingesetzten Platte (3) gebildet wird, die mit dem zylinderförmigen Teil (2) vorzugsweise durch Verkleben, Verschweißen oder selbstrastend verbunden ist.
- Glühlampenfassung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (3) von dem hinteren Rand beabstandet vertieft in den zylinderförmigen Teil (2) des Fassungskörpers (1) eingesetzt ist.
- Glühlampenfassung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromleitungskabel (30, 31, 32) senkrecht zur Längsmittelachse des Fassungskörpers (1) verlaufend mit den Kontaktfedern (4, 5, 6) verbunden sind und als Verbindung die Schneidklemmtechnik Verwendung findet.
- Glühlampenfassung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfedern (4, 5, 6) in dem Bereich, in dem sie von der Platte (3) gehalten und in dem Bereich, in dem der Schneidklemmschlitz (28, 29) zur stromleitenden Verbindung mit dem Stromleitungskabel (30, 31, 32) angeordnet ist, im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet sind.
- Glühlampenfassung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (3) mit zur Fassungsrückseite weisenden, blockförmigen Vorsprüngen (20, 21, 22, 23) aufweist, in die Nuten zur Aufnahme der Enden (24, 25) der Schenkel (26, 27) der im Querschnitt U-förmigen Kontaktfederabschnitte (11, 12, 13) eingebracht sind.
- Glühlampenfassung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Steg (18) des im Querschnitt U-förmigen Abschnitts (11, 12, 13) der Kontaktfedern (4, 5, 6) eine federnd nachgiebige Rastzunge (19) herausgestellt ist.
- Glühlampenfassung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Kontaktanschlüsse kragenförmig umgebende, hintere Endabschnitt (33) des zylinderförmigen Teils (2) des Fassungskörpers (1) zum hinteren Rand hin geöffnete Schlitze aufweist, in die die Stromzuleitungskabel (30, 31, 32) eingeklemmt sind.
- Glühlampenfassung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Platte (3) und dem hinteren Endabschnitt (33) des zylinderförmigen Teils (2) des Fassungskörpers (1) gebildete Schale (34) mit Kleber gefüllt ist.
- Glühlampenfassung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylinderförmige Teil (2) des Fassungskörpers (1) in seinem mittleren Bereich einen Außenflansch (9) und davor angeordnete, radial vorspringende Nocken (10) aufweist, die zusammen einen Bajonettverschluß bilden.
