Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Kreuzspule auf eine Spulenhülse, enthaltenda) einen Spulenrahmen, bestehend ausb) zwei Spulenrahmenarmen zur Lagerung vonc) zwei Spulenhülsen-Zentriertellem,d) eine im Bereich des einen Zentriertellers wirksame Fadenansaugeinrichtung, dere) eine Fadentrenneinrichtung zugeordnet ist, sowief) ein Antriebsaggregat für die Spulenachse/Kreuzspule undg) einen entlang der Spulenhülse/Kreuzspule hin- und herbewegend angetriebenen Changierfadenführer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zentrierteller (4) minde stens einen von seinem Umfang radial nach innen gerichteten Saugkanal (4.1)aufweist, der in eine Hohlachse (2) mündet, die nach außen durch den zugeordneten Spulenrahmenarm (1) hindurchgeführt ist und an die in axialer Richtung ein Saugkopf (A) anstellbar ist, der mit einer Fadenklemmeinrichtung (17/18) und der Fadentrenneinrichtung (Trennmesser 31) ausgerüstet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Saugkopf (A) ein in axialer Richtung verschiebbarer Saugstutzen (12) gelagert ist, der an seinem der Hohlachse (2) zugewandten Ende eine Dichtung (13) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlachse (2) in ein an seiner äußeren Stirnseite im wesentlichen offenes Zylindergehäuse (10) mündet, gegen dessen Rand die Dichtung (13) zur Anlage bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugstutzen (12) innerhalb des Saugkopfes (A) in eine Kammer (14) mündet, in der stationär ein erstes Klemmorgan (17) gelagert ist, gegen welches ein in Bezug auf die Saugstutzenachse im wesentlichen radial verstellbares zweites Klemmorgan (18) zur Anlage bringbar ist, und daß die Fadenschneideinrichtung ein im wesentlichen radial in die Kammer (14) einfahrbares Trennmesser (31) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Klemmorgan (18) an einem gegen die Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (21) verstellbaren Zylinder (20) befestigt ist, in dem ein das Trennmesser (31) tragender, gegen die Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (19) verstellbarer Kolben (22) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Kolben (22) zugeordnete Rückstellfeder (19) sich mit ihrem einen Ende an einer internen Ringschulter des Zylinders (20) abstützt, während die dem Zylinder (20) zugeordnete Rückstellfeder (21) sich mit ihrem einen Ende an einer äußeren Ringschulter des Zylinders (20) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Kolben (22) zugeordnete Rückstellfeder (19) eine höhere Federsteifigkeit hat als die dem Zylinder (20) zugeordnete Rückstellfeder (21), derart, daß bei Beaufschlagung des Kolbens (22) mit Druckluft zuerst das an dem Zylinder (20) angeordnete zweite Klemmorgan (18) in Klemmstellung gegen das erste Klemmorgan (17) zur Anlage gebracht wird, bevor anschließend der das Trennmesser (31) tragende Kolben (22) in den Zylinder (20) eingefahren wird, um den zwischen den beiden Klemmorganen festgeklemmten Faden zu durchtrennen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (21) innerhalb eines Außenzylinders (23) verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugstutzen (12) an eine Saugquelle vorzugsweise in Form eines Druckluftinjektors (15) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein im Bereich des Zentriertellers (4) außerhalb des Changierweges des Changierfadenführers (7) liegendes Fadenrückhalteorgan (32) , das aus einer den Faden in Richtung des Zentriertellers (4) führenden Position in eine den Faden freigebende Position verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugkopf (A) eine mit einem Druckluftanschluß (25.1) versehene Zylinderkammer (25) aufweist, in der ein gegen die Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (26) verschiebbarer Kolben (27) untergebracht ist, dessen Kolbenstange an einem Mitnehmerzapfen (12.1) des Saugstutzens (12) angreift.
