Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten von Bogen (10; 11; 12) quer zur Bogenlaufrichtung (L), wobei eine einen Bogen (10; 11; 12) transportierende Saugwalze (05) den Bogen (10; 11; 12) gegen eine Seitenmarke (03) bewegend angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) pro auszurichtenden Bogen (10; 11; 12) ein halbe Umdrehung, d. h. halbtourig, ausführend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten von Bogen (10; 11; 12) quer zur Bogenlaufrichtung (L), wobei eine einen Bogen (10; 11; 12) transportierende Saugwalze (05) den Bogen (10; 11; 12) gegen eine Seitenmarke (03) bewegend angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) in Umfangsrichtung mehrere Segmente mit Sauglöchern (06) aufweist, wobei jedes Segment einen anderen auszurichtenden Bogen (10; 11; 12) ansaugt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) in Umfangsrichtung zwei Segmente mit Sauglöchern (06) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Bogen (10; 11; 12) in Bogenlaufrichtung (L) geschuppt übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Längsachse in der Saugwalze (05) annähernd in Laufrichtung (L) der Bogen (10; 11; 12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) rotierend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) von oben auf die Bogen (10; 11; 12) wirkend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verhältnis von einer Länge (I05) der wirksamen Haltefläche in Längsrichtung zu einer Breite (b05) der wirksamen Haltefläche in Querrichtung größer 3, vorzugsweise größer 5, beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) an einem Anlegetisch (01) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rhythmischlaufende Saugwalze (05) im Umfang mindestens ein Segment mit Sauglöchern (06) und ein Segment ohne Löcher aufweist, und dass innerhalb der drehbar gelagerten Saugwalze (05) ein feststehendes Saugluftrohr (21) derart angeordnet ist, dass zum Ansaugen und Seitentransport eines unter der Saugwalze (05) liegenden Bogens (10; 11; 12) durch einen schmalen Schlitz über die Länge der Saugwalze (05) nur ein schmaler Streifen aller Luftlöcher mit Saugluft beaufschlagt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) rundum Sauglöcher (06) aufweist, rhythmisch oder frei umläuft und die Saugluft getaktet über ein schlitzartiges Mundstück (22) innerhalb der Saugwalze (05) und nach unten gerichtet zugeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der unten liegende aktive, schmale und lange Saugluftstreifen der Saugwalze (05) zwischen dem Toleranzband (13) der einlaufenden Bogen (10; 11; 12) und der versetzt ausgerichteten Seitenkante des auslaufenden Bogens (10; 11; 12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich bis zu drei Bogen (10; 11; 12) gleichzeitig im Bereich der Saugwalze (05), darunter und parallel dazu, auch während der aktiven Bogenziehung aufhalten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuppenabstand der Bogen (10; 11; 12) auf dem Anlegetisch (01) so klein ist, dass sich bei arbeitender, von oben ziehender Saugvorrichtung bereits ein nachfolgender Bogen (10; 11; 12) unter dem angesaugten Bogen (10; 11; 12) in Richtung Vordermarken (02) bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugwalze (05) halbtourig umläuft und zwei gegenüberliegende Saugluftsegmente betrifft und dazwischen einen etwas kleineren Radius aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der Saugwalze (05) über einen eigenen Motor synchron zur nachgeordneten Maschine erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der Saugwalze (05) über einen eigenen Motor synchron zur nachgeordneten Maschine mechanisch über eine quer unter dem Anlegetisch (01) rotierende Nutwelle mit verschiebbaren Kegelrädern erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb eine Formatverstellung quer zur Bogenlaufrichtung (L) zulässt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der nach Bogenformat einstellbaren Saugwalze (05) mittels einer über dem Anlegetisch (01) angeordneter biegsamer Welle von einem festen Antriebspunkt erfolgt.
