Abstract

本发明公开了一种印刷机输纸质量检测装置,包括输纸检测单元、输纸检测模块以及人机界面单元,所述输纸检测单元包括设置在印刷机上的预前规光电、拉规光电、前规光电以及编码器,所述预前规光电、拉规光电和前规光电分别与输纸检测模块的输入端口连接,所述编码器和人机界面单元分别与输纸检测模块连接,所述输纸检测模块对预前规光电、拉规光电、前规光电输入的信号与编码器进行扫描,记录下每次信号触发时编码器的角度值并在人机界面单元显示,并判断信号触发的角度值是否超出设定的正常角度范围。本发明通过输纸检测模块的快速信号处理能力,实现输纸质量的量化检测与显示,提供给操作者、维护者准确、实用的输纸质量量化数据,降低输纸操作的技能要求。

Description

一种印刷机输纸质量检测装置
技术领域
本发明属于印刷机检测技术领域,特别涉及一种印刷机输纸质量检测装置。
背景技术
单张轮转式印刷机一般采用光电传感器、PLC和一些简单的逻辑电路实现对输纸机输纸质量的检测,能检测歪张、缺纸、早到、晚到的定性检测结果。
由于PLC(或控制器)响应速度的限制,以往系统很难实现对输送纸张运动姿态的检测与显示,而运动姿态检测往往更能反映输纸质量的微弱变化与趋势,这对于及时调整输纸参数与故障诊断都有非常重要的意义。而且现有检测系统也很难发现由于安装或调整造成的误检。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种能够实现单张轮转式印刷机对输送纸质量的连续、实时、可视、参数化检测与控制功能的印刷机输纸质量检测装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:包括输纸检测单元、输纸检测模块以及人机界面单元,所述输纸检测单元包括设置在印刷机上的预前规光电、拉规光电、前规光电以及编码器,所述预前规光电和拉规光电用于对输纸在横向和纵向上位置的检测,所述前规光电用于对输纸在被叼牙叼走前位置的检测,所述编码器用于检测单张轮转式印刷机的主机角度,所述预前规光电、拉规光电和前规光电分别与输纸检测模块的输入端口连接,所述编码器和人机界面单元分别与输纸检测模块连接,所述输纸检测模块对预前规光电、拉规光电、前规光电输入的信号与编码器进行扫描,记录下每次信号触发时编码器的角度值并在人机界面单元显示,并判断信号触发的角度值是否超出设定的正常角度范围。
本发明所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其所述输纸检测模块的输出端口与PLC控制系统连接,所述PLC控制系统用于在一定角度检测输纸检测单元中各检测光电的状态。
本发明所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其所述输纸检测单元还包括纸边光电,所述纸边光电与输纸检测模块的输入端口连接,所述纸边光电用于对纸张缺损检测。
本发明所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其所述预前规光电、前规光电以及纸边光电均为两个,且分别设置在靠近纸张的左右边缘处。
本发明所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其所述输纸检测单元还包括零位传感器,所述零位传感器与输纸检测模块的输入端口连接,所述零位传感器作为编码器角度的零位基准。
本发明所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其所述输纸检测单元还包括送纸吸嘴传感器,所述送纸吸嘴传感器与输纸检测模块的输入端口连接,所述送纸吸嘴传感器用于对输纸机机械角度检测。
本发明所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其所述输纸检测模块通过连续扫描前规光电和编码器的信号进行连续扫描,计算出纸张输送方向的长度,在人机界面单元显示,并判断纸张长度是否超出设定的正常范围。
本发明通过输纸检测模块的快速信号处理能力,实现输纸质量的量化检测与显示,提供给操作者、维护者准确、实用的输纸质量量化数据,降低输纸操作的技能要求,成为单张纸印刷机辅助输纸操作不可或缺的装置。

下面结合附图,对本发明作详细的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种印刷机输纸质量检测装置,包括输纸检测单元1、输纸检测模块2以及人机界面单元3,所述输纸检测单元1包括设置在印刷机上的预前规光电1a、拉规光电1b、前规光电1c以及编码器1d,所述预前规光电1a和拉规光电1b用于对输纸在横向和纵向上位置的检测,所述前规光电1c用于对输纸在被叼牙叼走前位置的检测,所述编码器1d用于检测单张轮转式印刷机的主机角度,所述输纸检测模块为核心信号处理单元,主要由CPU、输入接口、输出接口等组成,所述预前规光电1a、拉规光电1b和前规光电1c分别与输纸检测模块2的输入端口连接,所述编码器1d和人机界面单元3分别与输纸检测模块2连接,所述输纸检测模块2的输出端口与PLC控制系统4连接,所述PLC控制系统4用于在一定角度检测输纸检测单元1中各检测光电的状态,以满足PLC控制系统的其它控制要求;所述输纸检测模块2对预前规光电1a、拉规光电1b、前规光电1c输入的信号与编码器1d进行扫描,记录下每次信号触发时编码器1d的角度值,角度值既是纸张运动所产生的特征值,反应输纸质量的好坏与趋势,该值往往在一定的角度范围内波动,通过输纸检测模块实现对输纸检测光电的准确检测,检测精度达到0.1°,并通过人机界面单元3显示检测信息,并判断信号触发的角度值是否超出设定的正常角度范围,若超出范围可以停止输纸或报警。
其中,所述输纸检测单元1还包括纸边光电1e、零位传感器1g和送纸吸嘴传感器1f,所述纸边光电1e、零位传感器1g和送纸吸嘴传感器1f分别与输纸检测模块2的输入端口连接,所述纸边光电1e用于对纸张缺损检测,所述零位传感器1g作为编码器角度的零位基准,所述送纸吸嘴传感器1f用于对输纸机机械角度检测,输纸检测模块通过零位传感器1g还能实现编码器角度自动校正;所述预前规光电1a、前规光电1c以及纸边光电1e均为两个,且分别设置在靠近纸张的左右边缘处。
所述输纸检测模块通过连续扫描前规光电1c和编码器1d的信号进行连续扫描,计算出纸张输送方向的长度,在人机界面单元显示,并判断纸张长度是否超出设定的正常范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:包括输纸检测单元(1)、输纸检测模块(2)以及人机界面单元(3),所述输纸检测单元(1)包括设置在印刷机上的预前规光电(1a)、拉规光电(1b)、前规光电(1c)以及编码器(1d),所述预前规光电(1a)和拉规光电(1b)用于对输纸在横向和纵向上位置的检测,所述前规光电(1c)用于对输纸在被叼牙叼走前位置的检测,所述编码器(1d)用于检测单张轮转式印刷机的主机角度,所述预前规光电(1a)、拉规光电(1b)和前规光电(1c)分别与输纸检测模块(2)的输入端口连接,所述编码器(1d)和人机界面单元(3)分别与输纸检测模块(2)连接,所述输纸检测模块(2)对预前规光电(1a)、拉规光电(1b)、前规光电(1c)输入的信号与编码器(1d)进行扫描,记录下每次信号触发时编码器(1d)的角度值,角度值既是纸张运动所产生的特征值,反应输纸质量的好坏与趋势,该角度值在一定的角度范围内波动,通过输纸检测模块实现对输纸检测单元(1)的准确检测,并在人机界面单元(3)显示,并判断信号触发的角度值是否超出设定的正常角度范围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:所述输纸检测模块(2)的输出端口与PLC控制系统(4)连接,所述PLC控制系统(4)用于在一定角度检测输纸检测单元(1)中各检测光电的状态。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:所述输纸检测单元(1)还包括纸边光电(1e),所述纸边光电(1e)与输纸检测模块(2)的输入端口连接,所述纸边光电(1e)用于对纸张缺损检测。
4.根据权利要求3所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:所述预前规光电(1a)、前规光电(1c)以及纸边光电(1e)均为两个,且分别设置在靠近纸张的左右边缘处。
5.根据权利要求3所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:所述输纸检测单元(1)还包括零位传感器(1g),所述零位传感器(1g)与输纸检测模块(2)的输入端口连接,所述零位传感器作为编码器角度的零位基准。
6.根据权利要求3所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:所述输纸检测单元(1)还包括送纸吸嘴传感器(1f),所述送纸吸嘴传感器(1f)与输纸检测模块(2)的输入端口连接,所述送纸吸嘴传感器(1f)用于对输纸机机械角度检测。
7.根据权利要求3所述的印刷机输纸质量检测装置,其特征在于:所述输纸检测模块(2)通过连续扫描前规光电(1c)和编码器(1d)的信号进行连续扫描,计算出纸张输送方向的长度,在人机界面单元(3)显示,并判断纸张长度是否超出设定的正常范围。
