Claims (10)

  1. Trancheuse universelle comprenant un boîtier (1) et un couteau circulaire (2) logé de manière rotative, et une plaque de réglage (3) qui présente une surface d'appui (4) pour une marchandise à trancher et comprenant un mécanisme de réglage de largeur de coupe (5) destiné à régler la plaque de réglage (3) par rapport au couteau circulaire (2), le mécanisme de réglage de largeur de coupe (5) présentant une section filetée (13) qui a prise dans une section filetée correspondante (14) sur la plaque de réglage (3), caractérisée en ce que la trancheuse universelle présente un moyen de serrage (11 ; 12) au moyen duquel la plaque de réglage (3) peut être précontrainte sans jeu contre le mécanisme de réglage de largeur de coupe (5), le moyen de serrage introduisant une force dans la plaque de réglage, laquelle génère un couple qui est introduit dans la plaque de réglage et précontraint la plaque de réglage par rapport au mécanisme de réglage de largeur de coupe.
  2. Trancheuse universelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un moyen de serrage élastique (12) a respectivement prise sur un bord de la plaque de réglage (3), opposé au couteau circulaire (2).
  3. Trancheuse universelle selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que respectivement une extrémité des moyens de serrage élastiques (12) est en contact avec une surface intérieure de la plaque de réglage (3), respectivement en ce qu'elle s'appuie sur un côté intérieur du boîtier (1).
  4. Trancheuse universelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de réglage (3) présente une surface d'appui (4) qui, à proximité de son bord (6) tourné vers le couteau circulaire (2), présente au moins une saillie (8) dépassant par rapport à la surface d'appui restante (7).
  5. Trancheuse universelle selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une pluralité de saillies (8) sont ménagées, lesquelles sont réparties régulièrement sur toute la longueur du bord (6) tourné vers le couteau circulaire (2).
  6. Trancheuse universelle selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une saillie (8) s'étend sur toute la longueur du bord (6) tourné vers le couteau circulaire (2).
  7. Trancheuse universelle selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la saillie (8) présente une section en plateau (9) qui est adjacente au bord (6) et présente une section inclinée (10) qui est disposée entre la section en plateau (9) et la surface d'appui restante (7).
  8. Trancheuse universelle selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la section en plateau (9) s'élève de 0,5 à 2 mm du niveau de la surface d'appui restante (7).
