Claims (10)

  1. Râpe de cuisine (10) pour découper des produits à découper tels que les fruits, les légumes, etc., avec
    - un corps de base (12) auquel est fixée une lame (26) qui est placée sur une arête d'une plaque d'écoulement (23), et
    - un accessoire remplaçable (14) qui peut être fixé au corps de base (12) pour le réglage de différentes épaisseurs de coupe dans différentes positions, l'accessoire (14) formant une surface de guidage (30) sur laquelle les produits à découper peuvent être déplacés en direction de la lame (26),
    - les différentes positions comprenant une position de sécurité dans laquelle une face frontale (32) de l'accessoire (14) est placée à côté de la lame (26), et ce, de telle manière que la surface de guidage (30) se trouve à la hauteur de la lame (26) ou au-dessus,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'accessoire (14) comporte sur sa face frontale arrière (32) au moins un tenon (50) qui se trouve en dessous de la lame (26) dans la position de sécurité.
  2. Râpe de cuisine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'accessoire (14) est posé au moins partiellement sur un appui (40, 44) du corps de base (12) dans la zone de la face frontale (32).
  3. Râpe de cuisine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la lame (26) est en forme de V et la face frontale (32) de l'accessoire (14) se termine en pointe, de manière correspondante en forme de V, et en ce que le tenon (50) est disposé dans la zone de la pointe de la face frontale (32).
  4. Râpe de cuisine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le tenon (50) est disposé autour de la pointe.
  5. Râpe de cuisine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (12) et l'accessoire (14) comportent des moyens de fixation (34) associés les uns aux autres pour fixer l'accessoire (14) au corps de base (12) de manière fiable dans les différentes positions.
  6. Râpe de cuisine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de fixation (34) sont configurés comme des moyens à crans (34).
  7. Râpe de cuisine selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que l'accessoire (14) est fixé au corps de base (12) à l'aide des moyens de fixation (34) et d'une unité à crans (52, 42) supplémentaire dans la position de sécurité.
  8. Râpe de cuisine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'unité à crans (52, 42) supplémentaire est prévue sur la face inférieure de l'accessoire (14).
  9. Râpe de cuisine selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que l'unité à crans (52, 42) supplémentaire comporte un levier à crans (52) qui fait saillie à partir de la face inférieure de l'accessoire (14) et qui, dans la position de sécurité, vient en prise derrière une arête (42) du corps de base (12).
