Claims (10)

les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (42, 38, 44) sont disposés de telle manière, que l'insert (14) recouvre le bord tranchant (22) du couteau (20) par le haut dans la deuxième orientation. - Insert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (14) repose sur le couteau (20) dans la deuxième orientation.
- Insert selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (42, 38, 44) sont disposés de telle manière que dans la deuxième orientation, la plaque de base (23) de l'insert (14) recouvre le bord tranchant (22) du couteau (20) par le haut, ou repose sur le couteau (20).
- Insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de fixation (34, 36, 38, 40) sont des premiers moyens d'enclenchement (34, 36, 38, 40), pour pouvoir bloquer l'insert (14) par enclenchement sur le corps de base (12) dans la première orientation.
- Insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (42, 38, 44) sont des deuxièmes moyens d'enclenchement (42, 38, 44), pour pouvoir bloquer l'insert (14) par enclenchement sur le corps de base (12) dans la deuxième orientation.
- Insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par des moyens de guidage longitudinal (26, 28, 40), pour pouvoir déplacer l'insert (14) dans le sens longitudinal sur le corps de base (23) de la râpe de cuisine (10), au moins entre une position d'enclenchement et une position de libération.
- Insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens d'enclenchement (42, 38, 44) comportent des moyens d'enclenchement axial (42, 38, 44), pour bloquer l'insert (14) par enclenchement dans le sens longitudinal sur le corps de base (12).
- Insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens d'enclenchement (42, 38, 44) comportent des moyens de butée transversale qui, dans la deuxième orientation, empêchent un mouvement de l'insert (14) sur le corps de base (12), dans un sens transversal par rapport au plan de coupe du couteau (20).
- Insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les premiers et deuxièmes moyens de fixation (34, 36, 38, 40) (42, 38, 44) sont disposés sur l'insert (14) de façon espacée les uns par rapport aux autres, selon un écart (D) dans le sens de coupe.
- Râpe de cuisine (10) avec un corps de base (12) et un insert (14) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
