Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de fragmentation d'aliments, comprenant des châssis insérables de fragmentation placés dans des logements latéraux et pouvant être alternativement insérés dans un appareil de base, et un châssis insérable de fragmentation (4) pour couper des tranches, comportant une lame (14) s'étendant transversalement, et une tablette d'amenée (10) équipée d'un mécanisme de réglage de l'épaisseur de coupe, caractérisé par le fait que la tablette d'amenée (10) réglable en hauteur par plusieurs paliers est séparée dans le sens de la largeur de la lame, par l'intermédiaire d'une fente (11) respective, d'avec l'encadrement (9) du châssis insérable de fragmentation auquel elle est reliée, à une extrémité, par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière pelliculaire ; et par le fait qu'un levier de réglage (15), sollicitant la tablette d'amenée (10), est monté sur l'encadrement (9) au-dessous de ladite tablette, ledit encadrement (9) étant coudé d'un côté, sous la forme d'un listel de préhension (21), ce listel de préhension (21) comportant un trou oblong (20) définissant la plage de pivotement du levier de réglage (15) et servant d'appui pour ledit levier.
  2. Dispositif de fragmentation d'aliments, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la tablette d'amenée (10) est pourvue, à la face inférieure (23), d'un biseau ascendant (22) coopérant avec le levier de réglage (15).
  3. Dispositif de fragmentation d'aliments, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le levier de réglage (15) est réalisé de section transversale en L, au moins dans la région de la largeur de la lame, sachant qu'un premier emplacement d'encliquetage est démarqué derrière le biseau ascendant (22), par l'intermédiaire de la branche courte (25), et qu'un second emplacement d'encliquetage est démarqué dans une rainure (24) s'étendant transversalement à la face inférieure (23).
  4. Dispositif de fragmentation d'aliments, selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que le biseau ascendant présente une réalisation du type dents de scie, en vue de démarquer plusieurs emplacements d'encliquetage.
