Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour couper des aliments, en particulier des fruits, des légumes ou analogues, contenant un corps principal (1), dans lequel sont disposés entre deux bords longitudinaux (2, 3) au moins une plaque (7) et au moins un couteau (8) dont l'arête coupante (9) se trouve à distance de cette plaque (7), et avec une poignée (10) pour recevoir l'aliment à couper, une pièce de guidage (14) étant disposée sur la poignée (10) et pouvant être reliée à un bord longitudinal (2,3) tout en coulissant longitudinalement, et la pièce de guidage (14) étant reliée à la poignée (10) tout en pouvant pivoter (10) grâce à une charnière, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement est disposé parallèlement aux bords longitudinaux (2,3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (10) est constituée d'une plaque inférieure (11) à partir de laquelle s'élève un logement creux (12).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le logement (12) n'est pas rond, mais quadrangulaire avec des coins arrondis.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un poussoir (13) qui peut coopérer avec le logement (12), pour appuyer sur les aliments.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que en ce que des pointes (19,20) sont prévues sur le côté inférieur de la plaque inférieure (11) et du côté inférieur du poussoir (13).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de guidage (14) comporte un bord d'appui supérieur (16) et un taquet inférieur (17).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de guidage (14) comporte un bord d'appui (18) de forme adaptée à la plaque inférieure (11).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le bord d'appui supérieur (16) et le bord d'appui (18) se trouvent sur des côtés opposés.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les bords longitudinaux (2, 3) sont réalisés de façon symétrique.
