Claims (11)
- Machine à découper des tranches, comportant un boîtier de machine, un couteau circulaire (3) monté sur celui-ci et entraîné, une plaque de butée (7) réglable au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage (18), destinée à régler l'épaisseur des tranches découpées par rapport au plan de coupe du couteau circulaire, un chariot (9) maintenu à déplacement en va-et-vient sur le boîtier de la machine le long d'un guidage s'étendant parallèlement au plan de coupe, ledit chariot étant relié de manière articulée avec le guidage, de telle sorte qu'il est susceptible de basculer hors de sa position de travail jusque dans une position de nettoyage du couteau (3), et un dispositif de verrouillage qui comprend un disque de blocage (27) accouplé au dispositif de réglage (8) et un organe de blocage susceptible de s'enclencher dans un évidement (28) sur la périphérie du disque de blocage, ledit organe pouvant être actionné lorsqu'on bascule le chariot (9) hors de sa position de travail et susceptible d'être enclenché dans l'évidement du disque de blocage (27), le disque de blocage adoptant une position par rapport à l'organe de blocage (26) qui empêche l'enclenchement de l'organe de blocage dans l'évidement (28) et par conséquent un basculement du chariot (9) hors de sa position de travail lorsque la plaque de butée (7) et réglée à une épaisseur de tranche supérieure à zéro, au moyen du dispositif de réglage (8), et lorsque le chariot (9) est basculé hors de sa position de travail, un réglage de la plaque de butée (7) est bloqué par l'organe de blocage (26) enclenché dans l'évidement (28) du disque de blocage (27), caractérisée en ce que l'évidement du disque de blocage (27) est une gorge (28) s'étendant depuis la périphérie du disque en direction du milieu du disque, dont l'ouverture sur la périphérie du disque correspond sensiblement à la dimension de l'organe de blocage (26) susceptible de s'enclencher dans la gorge (28), en ce que l'organe de blocage (26) est guidé le long d'un trajet dirigé vers le milieu du disque de blocage et en ce que, lorsqu'il bascule hors de sa position de travail, le chariot (9) agit directement sur l'organe de blocage (26) au moyen d'un organe d'actionnement (18) articulé d'un seul côté.
- Machine à découper des tranches selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de blocage (26) est agencé sur une barre (22) maintenue à pivotement, la distance entre l'organe de blocage (26) et l'axe de pivotement (23) de la barre (22) correspondant sensiblement à la distance entre cet axe de pivotement et le centre du disque de blocage.
- Machine à découper des tranches selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la gorge (28) présente des surfaces latérales sensiblement parallèles.
- Machine à découper des tranches selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de blocage (26) est maintenu hors d'engagement avec la gorge (28) du disque de blocage (27) par la force d'un ressort, de préférence par un ressort à branches (24).
- Machine à découper des tranches selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage comprend une baguette de butée (20) s'étendant parallèlement au guidage (13) du chariot, laquelle présente sur son extrémité correspondant à la position finale de déplacement du chariot (9) un évidement (21) qui est en alignement avec l'organe de blocage (26) et avec le disque de blocage (27), et qui permet le passage d'un organe d'actionnement accouplé avec le chariot (9) afin d'actionner l'organe de blocage (26).
- Machine à découper des tranches selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que, avec le passage de l'organe d'actionnement (18) à travers l'évidement (21), le déplacement de pas de coupe du chariot (9) est verrouillé dans sa position de fin de course.
- Machine à découper des tranches selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de blocage (26) est maintenu hors d'engagement avec la gorge (28) par la force d'un ressort, l'organe de blocage (26) étant en appui sur la baguette de butée (20) avec une butée de verrouillage (25).
- Machine à découper des tranches selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les contours extérieurs de l'organe de blocage (26) et de la gorge (28) du disque de blocage (27) sont réalisés à arête vive.
- Machine à découper des tranches selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'en cas d'un réglage de la plaque de butée (7) pour une épaisseur de tranche "supérieure à zéro", le dispositif de verrouillage forme un appui sensiblement exempt de jeu pour le chariot (9) vis-à-vis des mouvements de basculement.
- Machine à découper des tranches selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'appui exempt de jeu est formé par l'organe de blocage (26) reposant sur la périphérie du disque de blocage (27) ainsi que par l'organe d'actionnement (18) engageant l'organe de blocage (26), ledit organe d'actionnement étant maintenu directement sur le chariot (9) sensiblement sans jeu.
- Machine à découper des tranches selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que dans la position de fin de course du chariot (9), l'organe d'actionnement (18), en particulier le poussoir, l'organe de blocage (26) et le disque de blocage (27) sont agencés dans un plan d'actionnement commun perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation du disque de blocage (27).
